Nice place. Simple breakfast but worth it.Excellent service. Only down side, they dodnt clean our room even if we did put the sign on the door.Other then that a memorable weekend.

Great place to stay.

After a bad night before and a 7 hour drive the reception and the room was a great comfort. Will be highly recommending for fellow travelers. Very clean inside ,outside sitting areas for each room, great pool, lots of restaurants across the street.

Im sure the establishment is well looked after and all amenities are there and nice but the service is less than desirable. We had a booking there at a reasonable price for one night but then without any fault of of own, the trip was canceled. We called the very next day which was 7 days prior to the booking to see if we can canceled due to the reasons noted and they never wanted to hear us out, "no refund" policy stands before customer satisfaction no matter what. Even to the point that the clerk, hung up on us while we were discussing the possibility of maybe reaching out to a manager. I see the old school of language discrimination from French to English is very well still alive out there. Thanks for showing your true colors....

1st.They said they forgot to return back our deposit frm our credit card when we called after 5 days.2nd: they gave us a handicap room even though nobody was handicapé, and we can not even park front of our room kz it was of course for handicapé..3. They gave us a breakfast list but have maybe also forgotten lots of what we wrote to order.Shower and others in the room were good though.

Cost a bit high for rooms. Double beds available maybe an extra wide single and definitely not the standard size. Glad we had two beds available as we would have been uncomfortable. Otherwise seemed ok.

Above my expectations.Very clean room and comfortable beds.

The comfiest bed I ever slept in. Like sleeping on cloud. Bathroom clean. Room clean. Although cant smoke cigarettes or marijuana of any kind on property. Marijuana at all Im the town the hotel is in on public property, you will find a sign in your room (this is as of Thursday October 14th 2021)

I stayed at this motel for 2 weeks. They kept my deposit of 100$ for the first week saying they found dog hair in the room. I dont have a dog and definitely didnt bring it with me to Sherbrooke 2 hours away where I was working over night in construction for a department store. I asked the hotel for some kind of proof ie: video or photos of this dog going into my room (seeing as to how they have cameras everywhereor even photos of this large quantity of dog fur from my room. They had none, all they had was a he said she said from the cleaning lady.

The Room is very nice and so is the receptionist. However, I dont understand how the TVs in the rooms are from 2004. The cost to replace them with decent TV is quite low nowadays.

Lovely little hotel the reception was warm and they had a great breakfast options. Parking is good especially for large vehicles.

Great service and flexible hours, very generous with the breakfasts. No complaints.

I have been to a lot of hotels, on business, and this one is just okay. The staff had a hard time speaking English. And most of the channels were French on the television. Other then that .the place was good.

Modern hotel with convenient location off the highway!; clean rooms and friendly staff. Can be noisy at times on one side depending on traffic, but they offer complimentary ear buds if needed!Hotel modern avec une bonne location pour toute! Propre chambres puix les travailleurs amical!

Very nice motel, clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast was a tad boring. But many food options across the road.

The staff was really nice and the rooms were wonderful. The breakfast buffet was kinda like a restaurant. It was a nifty motel/hotel thing.

Excellent location near Sherbrooke with a short drive to Bishops University near Lennoxville. Clean rooms and ideally located close to restaurants and fuel station within access to the motorway. Definitely recommend for a business or vacation trip. Breakfast was beautifully presented and staff are very friendly and professional.

Clean and modern updates. Service was super. Close drive to King Street and lake front.

Asked for a crib in reservation but they forgot and gave it away to someone else. No elevator. Terrible breakfast.

We loved this place in the past. Seems to have changed. Rooms not as nice. Breakfast is still amazing

We got the suite with the big bathtub and king bed. Super comfy and spacious, tub was great. There is also a microwave and refrigerator in the room with a small dining table. There is a shower and balcony.Havent slept yet, but despite the location being close to the road it seems very quite.Also, front desk made us feel welcome even with our lack of French proficiency.Breakfast was included.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. It felt like home for a weekend! Beds were comfortable and it place was cozy. Breakfasts were decent and the front desk is there for any requests youd have. I wouldnt hesitate to return, great price for the hotel.

Stayed for a week. I liked the location, only a few minutes from the big mall. Rooms were clean and beds are comfortable. The staff are courteous and friendly, they have no problem getting you anything you need.

I went to this hotel for two nights. There was a provincial baseball tournament. We were 3. The staff is amazing, very courteous and accommodating. They were very attentive to our needs. The continental breakfast is excellent. Theres strong air conditioning in the rooms. Our kids had a blast in their pool. Amazing! Our go-to next time were in Sherbrooke.

Nice place, staff spoke english very well and were friendly and nice. We are a family of 4, 2 teenagers, and got the large room with a single pull out sofa. Worked great, had a room divider, so was basicaly 2 rooms. Pull out couch came with customary bar in back, but my son would rather a bar in his back than have to share bed with sister. Beds are foam and comfy. Continental breakfast was plain, but has juice, breads, fruit and cereal. Plenty of eating options across the street though. Pool is nice, I assume heated since temp was at 77 .

Excellent all around! It was the perfect choice for our family stay. The grandkids loved the pool and the adults loved the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness and the price. Will certainly stay there again.

A fantastic place to lay ones head when passing through the French speaking province of Quebec.The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. All staff also spoke English making it easy for a non-French speaker to learn all about Sherbrooke.The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable. Couple those fact with the delightful free breakfast and you have yourself a cannot miss combination!A side note, the roads in Sherbrooke can be a bit rough in places, so take your time especially if on a large motorcycle (like a Goldwing, speaking from first had experience).

Great place to stay, have no problem with English. All amenities right across the road.

Excellent location if a stay at Chus Fleurimont Hospital is needed. Bus stop nearby. Breakfast included. Customer service is awesome. Will return!

Hotel is close to hospital. Staff is super dedicated. All the services you need are offered, there is even a charging station for electric cars!!

Really like the stay here, spacious rooms and super comfy with great little breakfast :)

Me and my girlfriend stayed her for a night to see the screaming eagles and Sherbrooke play, not far from arena about 6 mins; it’s a very nice hotel. Clean, cozy, and have friendly staff. I reccomend.

Located closed to CHUS, this hotel offers a good ratio quality price. The rooms are cleaned and I appreciated the free breakfast.

Arrived in Sherbrooke hours sooner than expected. My room was already available and was able to check in early. Check in was a breeze and front desk was exceptional! Room was nice, clean, and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

The concierge at this bed and breakfast spoke perfect french and english. they had suggestions of things to do and gave free keireg coffee. There was a lemon water dispenser that was a perfect touch to the one-story motel because it was very refreshing to fill water bottles with before hikes. The breakast was modest, but great and clean. The rooms were sound-resistant despite a kids hockey team spending the night there. There were even microwaves and fridges in the rooms! The hotel was not particularly glamourous-looking or fancy, but it has the things you need for your stay and more.

We stayed in one of the rooms while visiting family. Rooms were clean, comfortable and as advertised. We used the bar to grab a few drinks. Staff was friendly and ready to help. Very nice stay.

Great rooms and personal, but the choices at the buffet for the breakfast were quite limited.

Its not that nice outside or inside but the price was so reasonable that one cant complain. Continental breakfast was, really continental with no espresso option to be found.About the price, i tool a deal with local event (which was 40 minutes awayon a Sunday that ends up more expensive then buying the night and the event separately...

Nice place at a good location (lots of restaurant nearby and just beside the highway).Id have rated it 4 star if the staff had not wrongly accused me of smoking weed, almost lost my 100$ depot for false accusation.

We stayed at Hotel le Floral for two nights as part of our performances with the Festival du Monde. The staff were very polite and helpful and the rooms were comfortable. We would gladly stay again next time we were in Sherbrooke.

Great place to stay! Very friendly staff (reception + breakfast), clean rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast variety is simple but good. The whole Hotel appears very tidied up. We would definitely stay there again!! Thank you!

It is nothing fancy but it isnt a no tell motel. It is very clean, the staff members are great, and the free breakfast is ample. It has a small bar and is located near restaurants and shopping venues. Its not the place for a romantic getaway, but it is perfect for travelers on the move who appreciate a friendly greeting at the end of the day. I stayed there while in Quebec last month and will be there again this month. I consider myself picky and this was good enough for me.
