Other amenities include an indoor pool, a spa, a sauna and a hammam, as well as meeting space.
Its not 4 stars hotel at all, room too small, its clean and friendly stuff.
The worst hotelThe staff were goodBut the room very small I couldn’t open my bags .it wasn’t sound isolatedThe door was difficult to be closed. The room services were vey bad for two days there wasn’t any change of towels so we asked them forThe bathroom was full of water every time we took shower and we weren’t have enough towels to clean itThe pool veryyy smallThe hotel worth 1 to 2 star.
22/8 till 28/8Not even worth 4 starsRooms are sooo smallNo place for luggage in triple roomRoom service so badThere was no Noise isolationNo elevator from first floor u have to take the stairs for first floorBreakfast was bad , same for 7 daysThe only good thing was the staff were smiley and nicethe location kind of good u have to go downhill to metro and uphill to tram both are not helpful for parents
Stayed in June 2022.They had the same lousy, boring, bad breakfast for 12 days I stayed there.Rooms were small. The guy at the reception was sarcastic, rude and unhelpful. He didnt even smile.Worst 4 star hotel I have stayed in.Not even worth 4 stars.I wouldnt recommend anyone staying here.
tourist scam! sauna & steam (hammamare not included in the price , its 10 euro pp per day lol, the question I would like to ask why be so petty and you guys are calling yourself a 4 star hotel 🤣 this is a jokerooms are really small, staff on the other hand is very helpfulnever staying here again :)
Good hotel it have a very nice location . The breakfast should be improved . It even got a small rooftop pool . The room size is very small .
Yusuf was extremely helpful with arranging bags, laundry and just generally helpful. Front desk assisted with laundry and barbershop recommendations. Room was great with a nice view of the bosphurus. Unfortunately it was placed opposite to a management office that had resulted in the room entrance and corridors permanently smelling of stale and concentrated cigarette smoke. There was a continuous machine switching noise at the entrance of our room (next to engine room- not a boat??That kept us up at night. Decent location to metro stops in old city
Swimming pool cold and hotel too expensive
Helpful staff especially Yunus, always smiling at you and very kind. In general, all staff are kind. Variety of food on breakfast. We ordered a two single bed room but they let us stay in a double bed room. When we told them, they directly offered another room the next morning. morning. We preferred the first one so we stayed there.
The place is nice, and yhe personel helpfull
Terrible service, the pool is terrible, has no heaters freezing inside and was dirty, not hygienic at all, and the receptionists are like brainless, that are not aware of their responsibilities,
Very mid, small rooms
I throughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Zagreb. The service was great, the room was very clean and the location is perfect.
Okay hotel. Its fine for 1-2 nights but not for longer. Extremely small rooms, no room service of food at the time of my stay and not a lot of space to put your stuff.
Rooms need upgrading Breakfast was poor not really 4 star service only Bell boy was good nothing else
I Realy loved the beds and the staff and just the space downstairs but my most respect goes to Yunus because when arriving at the hotel he saw me with heavy luggage and he was nice enough to help me out with it and in general kind and caring Pearson and the hamam sauna pool steam room were very good at night it keeps you refreshed and a good night sleep in zagrebs comfort
Receptionists are helpful and friendly especially young one. Location of hotel is great it is close to metro, you can go on Grand Bazaar and Sultanahmet by foot. We didn’t use swimming pool and sauna so idk about that. Cleaning lady was also friendly she cleaned our room every day and give new towels. It is not 100% silence outside of hotel you can hear few cars on the night but that is not problem because it was not noicy. Only bad thing is that every day breakfast is the same. What is there is good but they need to add more options because all days i was eating the same. Overall good i would recommend.
As a frequent traveller, I perceive the deflation of star rating! This hotel is not even two stars worth it! Noisy, dirty, tiny rooms describes the hotel! Last but not least, the services wrt spa was not included in the room price (this is quite misleading)! The inly positive about the hotel is its location!I stayed there between 25 December 2021 and 3 January 2022!I will not recommend as I will not book this hotel again!
Nice place to stay if you visiting Istanbul. All the staff are very nice .Our personal favourit is Yunus (he is a real gem).I really miss the turkish bath since we left. Highly recommend this place !
Location is perfect, staff very polite and the reception very but very friendly and helpful. The rooms well they are small. If you are only 2 person ok but if youre 3 it is very tight, no enough space to put your suitcase. The bathroom is also very small.
-- The room is soo soo small and smells of cigarette it was very un pleasant, the bad was short and small too-- The neighborhood is very noisy at night.++The only good is that the hotel is near the tram station by 5 mins walk and the breakfast was great.
This Hotel and it’s management is excellent. The rooms are clean, friendly service and just a good atmosphere from the moment you check in until you check out. Recently, 9 of stayed there during our trip to Istanbul and all of us feel the same way. In fact when my niece visited Istanbul, I called the management who remembered who I was and booked her stay at Zagreb. Very convenient and plenty to do around the hotel. The management deserves 10 stars.
Zagreb hotel Istanbul good place and wenderfulle staff reception.
View of abandoned buildings. Pool deep but a small shallow area. Breakfast decent.
good and clean ,I spent three nights in this hotel the staff are friendly and kind
first of all, the room, location and staff is good. they deserve at least 4 stars. The main issues of hotel are voices coming outside, and cleanliness. One of the glasses in the room was so dirty. It has ashes in it.. And the voice. omg. people telling outside in the morning. I hated that.
We stayed in Zagreb a full week. The staff was very friendly and approachable.Very clean,a good coverage of WIFI.Breakfast was superb.Location was very good, two minutes walk from tram station and there are lot shops around the hotel.Definitely recommend to all.
Great experience, good breakfast and helped store luggage when we were away for free.
Although location wise it is near to metro station ,food street and tram stations but rooms are very small dont look like 4 star hotel
Very bad hotelSmall roomSmall toiletsNo tea. No boilerI dont recommend due to the price and its 4 star hotelBut actually its only 1 star hotel
Good location hotel a little outdated but still provides safe accommodation with facilities which are clean and serve the purpose. Breakfast is okay staff are helpful pool is clean and rooms are well maintained.
The location is very good, 3-4 minutes from tram station( Aksray station). It is easy to travel from this station to old City attractions such as: blue mosque, Hagie Sofia, grand Bazar etc. It is also close to metro station. The room was fine with clean and wide bathroom. Breakfast was Ok with the same menu ( open boffet). The stuff were polite and helpfull.Over all it was really nice and great value for the price
Well, this is 4 star hotel located in europian part of Istanbul near some historical locations, however imp 2 stars serves it right. They do not provide toothpaste and toothbrush, also there is no slippers in the bathroom which means one must use toilet and take shower barefoot or buy some himself. The bathroom door of our hotel room was broken and could be closed completely, also inside the fridge was half frozen and its door could not be closed completely if not closed in special manner. The location is pretty noisy. The breakfast is nothing special. Finally the hotel has got some unpleasant odor at its intrance, lobby, hallways and some rooms; we visited some rooms and chose one which wasnt smelly !!!!
Nothing like in the pictures.. Clean and basic. Not 4stars more like 2. Okay for 1 or 2 nights stay.
Rooms are so tiny, not like the pictures on booking. The hotel is 2nd level, you need to go on stairs to get to hotel reception. Management is not cooperating.
This hotel as so many good things good location very nice staff very good Breakfast so nice door mane and helpful peoples room are clean 24 hour front desk
Worst 4 stars hotel ever...👎👎👎The staff is not service minded at all the talk to you as if you have been cursing at them...👎Breakfast the same shame...👎No elevator from the entrance 👎The Turkish bath is only a bath where you take care of yourself 👎The cleaning a shameful, totally dusty👎Ive put do not dustup on door but the knock on the door in the morning👎👎👎If it was a 1-2 stars then great but not even 3 stars...Im leaving before my vacation is over and checking out, to hopefully a better hotel 🤔Ps jeg er fra DK.
Would give zero if i could. The lady, merve, cancelled my reservation a couple of hours before i arrived simply because we booked months earlier for a good price and she wanted the high on the day price. Never before have I met such a rude person who disrespected and insulted me and my family. Because of her i was left stranded for 8 hours without food and a hotel with young children and a toddler. We then had the stress of searching for a new hotel, paying extra and losing a day of our holiday. She should not be allowed to work in a place where she deals with people because she obvioulsy has no idea on how to deal with them.
Very nice and clean, good breakfast, reasonable room prices
Small rooms, fake photos of the rooms, overcharge when you book a room through booking, no elevator on the entrance. The price is too high for the quality.
On the pictures are the rooms very big and when you go to your rooms its so small you can not go to wc or in your bed it was terrible and very bad we was two person and it was not good the breakfast was old !!!!
No elevator from street to reception but there is between the floors. Stuff is so nice. Breakfast was good. Localisation is so good.
Well placed for the tram and very close to the major sites. Breakfast was a Turkish affair and was plentiful and delicious. The staff were polite and eager to please. Great value hotel
The worstes host( personal),especially the manager who was wery agresive in language...never hapend/seen this before all the world. For 2 housr theyve ruined my image about Turkey 😔
Good hotel for the price you pay. Good breakfast with lots of options. The reception looks like done with lack of taste though. But the rooms look more expensive. The toilet was not clean. There is a pool worth visiting with nice view (not roof top).
I really liked this Hotel Nice and cheerfull staff i wish you all the best. Your costumer
Beds are squeaky. Bathroom isnt the cleanest. Small rooms. Decent wifi. Good AC. Good Location (15 mins walk from grand bazaar and 20 mins from Blue Mosque,).
Worst hotel I have ever been . bad experience . rude receptionist, I asked for the manager to speak with but they refused . no access for disabled person or for buggy because of the stair with no lift . avoid
Young couple, stayed here for 6 nights in 2014. Nice hotel, OK breakfast and stuff, but small room. Close to tram and metro station (5 minutes walk).
This hotel is definitely not 4 star poor breakfast not nice service small rooms. Im disappointed
