Excellent hotel, loved the services they give. Its infront of an Oyo hotel, they do have a bridge between them, so whatever. But this hotel way wait is awesome. Id prefer this than the Oyo ones.

Whenever we visit Kadodara for working purpose our all team used to saty at way wait hotel since 2017 but today on Diwalis 1st day hotel reception person (Day shift short height thin fellowsurprised us with his real face. My priveous visit i have lost my Debit card hence I requested to online transaction & they have accept the same, after 5 days again I visited & i have paid my hotel bill by online transaction only. However today 26th October 2019 i have done payment by online transaction & instant the bill amount credited to the hotel owner account. We went for the breakfast at ground floor while having breakfast the reception guy came to our table and shouted on us very badly "tumko bola tha ki online payment mat karo tumne kyon kia , mujhe mera paise cash de do" showing unnecessary aggression on us so i told him in front of the restaurant counter person "This is the way you treat to customer, Hamne aapko paisa nahi dia kya? Aapko paisa dene k baad bhi aap aisa kaisa bol sakte ho?"seriously guys if you reading my review carefully dont visit this hotelhowever hotel room (104)washroom are also not good after complaining for washbasin leakage they dont repair the same,also for taking bath water is also very very bad they dont install any kind of softener or any technology for the same.Conclusion:- they dont care about guests, they just want to do pure business but while doing this business they have forgot one thing our nations line-" mehmaan Bhagwaan hota hai" so finally I am giving this hotel ZERO Star 👎Jai Hind !!

I ate lunch here , they offers Punjabi (North Indianfood in lunch and dinner. The taste was okay and hygiene maintained here was okay. The hotel is like not so good and not so bad type. Its like Average facility. There are pretty good hotels near by than this one. This is situated just near Kadodara cross road.
