Service quality is being decreased day by day. Focused on profit not services. Quality of Complementary items are below than worst. Average cleaning room.

Good, because a stuff who belongs to the hotel Valley Garden. He navigate me the place where i performed my magrib Salah.But i am disappointed because there is no specific place to perform Salah in hotel Valley garden

Good service orientation but always need to book rooms in advance.

Rooms were great .Their restaurant food was delicious.But I had a slight issue with house keeping.They didnt even clean the room property.Overall a good experience.

Their Lift is too cozy.. barely 5person can stand there.. Rooms were also Quite Ok but they need to clean their bathroom More..

Update:Recently I stayed, I went to the kitchen early morning. I witnessed a young man, maybe the owner son or someone with authority and power cursing at the poor Chief in the kitchen. I felt really bad for the cook.I travel allot around the world and last night was my second time staying in this hotel. Last time I stayed with an American friend for 2 weeks and it was absolutely amazing stay. This one employee Saiful Shuvo was sooo hospitable and professional that makes us want to come back to stay here in the future. Thank you management.

Its a nice hotel in sylhet city. Its in the busy point of city sobhani ghat point. You can move sylhet city from this hotel very easily. The room decorating is very good. The buffet breakfast is the attractive thing of this hotel. Buffet menu is also attractive. There are different types of room. Choose your room according your wishes. Stay and enjoy the hospitality of this hote.

I booked 2 rooms paying bKash Tk. 2000 in advance. When we reached, they said there was no room booking for us. They gave us rooms at 2.00 pm instead of 8.00 am. Their room service is totally frustrating. The water taps only supply too hot or too cold water. The room service was also not up to the mark at all.

Located very near H R Chattar in Sylhet, this hotel is a budget hotel but offers all the facilities. The rooms are neat and clean, food is awesome, staffs are amiable.

Service was great by the new head waiter however the food was not to taste.The main course was dry and tough! The sauce they had given was a mixture of tomatoes, onions and ketchup. Expected a bit more street food quality especially paying these prices.I wouldnt come again.P.s - No desserts available

Crooks... Never stay there if you book online... They ignore online bookings and con you into their own rates...

Nice hotel in sylhet city , yesterday night stayed at this hotel , I arrived time around 00:30 am but the front desk service very quickly, didn’t take time to sign many document, so it took me around 5 minutes only ! Room is quite clean , I didn’t found any mosquito inside the room , normally it’s season so many mosquito in Bangladesh, I checked basin and toilet also very clean ! Exhaust fan sound also very silent! ! The only depreciation is bed long not enough for me ! My foot extension to out of bed , therefore I have to sleep in different angle ! Only this depreciation! If I come sylhet I will consider stay here again !

Located at the center of the city. Very busy area. The hotel itself if amazing. Rooms are spacious and very well decorated. The breakfast buffet however is very bad. The foods are tasteless. They serve very minimum food. So you will be waiting for a long time. Rather than that our experience was more than satisfactory.

I had a confirmed reservation which I made in the morning via book.com, check in time confirmed for 2pm, I had a reservation confirmation by text and email via book.com. I turned up to the front desk to check in but the manager decided to charge me more than what I had confirmed online, I even had a confirmation email from the hotel that they have received my booking.BUNCH OF CROOKS!!!The room I got was even worse then the cheap alternative, waist of money.

As a 3 star hotel, they could not fulfill the expectations. I want to share an honest review. But first, thanks to the reception to allow us early morning check-in.The room size is standard. The window lock was broken. There were no lights available near the dressing table. However, we were confused if it was the dressing table which they mean. Air Condition indoor device was in top height that trouble to reaching the air properly.The cabinet was so small.The toilet was triangular, shrink, lack of water issues.Although there is an English spoken center available just opposite our room.The quality of the food was not good. Half boiled eggs, vegetables without taste. Although, my wife get food poisoned.I recommend not trying because you will not get the service by paying for it.Search for a better hotel near the Dargah Gate.

They have a sign called *Free WiFi* but as a wedding guest I asked for the password and they refused to share. In the beginning one of their employees gave me a wrong password. It didnt work so I asked another person in the reception. He said the WiFi Internet it too slow. I told him ok, but I dont mind. I see the Free WiFi sign so I asked. He then said well, this is only for the people who live in our hotel.I didnt like their way of refusing a request with lots of excuses in the beginning. If there is a sign for free WiFi and thats with condition then they must mention this *condition applied* on the sign paper.Morever, Beef didnt taste good at all.

Still now I have been there for more than 6 times.3 times for my Ielts exam and rest for attending on seminars. I found the staff very polite and helpful.

I used this hotel and their restaurant in so many occasions. Each and everytime, they matched my expection and went beyond.Food is amazing. Their Kacchi Biriyani has to be the best one I have ever tried. From a desi curry to asian soup, everything tastes amazing here.Their service is extra ordinary. Very knowledgeable staff, who always go extra mile to make your stay/ meal memorable.Last but not least, they cater for special events such as business meetings, wedding or birthday parties etc. They customize the menu and decor for each party. Find the manager / director named Rajon, who is a very Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful person and always keen to accommodate your requirement and meet your expectation.

Everything is so delightful in valley garden, i am out of words to show my gratitude towards them. Their staffs, room service, cozy restaurants everything is A grade. One thing i found little mismatching was their reception area was small compare to their hotel. I wish Hotel Valley Garden and the team good luck and prosperity. Thumbs up to their service.

We got 50% off in regular room rent, so it was value for money stay for us. Initially the rooms had a funky smell which subsided after using room freshner. But dont go for couple room, it doesnt have proper lighting and fan.

So good with all kinds of facilities. And, their staff just wonderful👌. I loved their behaviour and help. Its a good place for enjoining time with family/friends or beloved persons. And obviously, their hotel is clean which is the most important one👈

Every Monday kacchi platter for 290 taka.Jali kebab was good . Basmati rice was properly cooked and the quantity was alright. It comes with 1 piece of mutton which was a bit hard .Borhani & the salad were the way they should be. I stayed there for one night and I immediately recommended two of my friends to stay there. It was nice experience for them as well. I loved the amenities they provide at this hotel. Undoubtedly one of the best hotel at Sylhet downtown.

Very good service. Complimentary buffet breakfast is also pretty good. They gave soap, brush, shampoo, paste everyday as long as we stayed. But rooms are of smaller size.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Price is also reasonable. Facilities and amenities are very good and I also like the behaviour of the staff. Location wise, it may not be the best place because you will have to move a bit to see the famous places of the town. This is probably the only reason I have given them a 4 star. Overall, it is a value for money place.
