Hotel Traylor LLC in Allentown

Run away its not a typical hotel. You cant even get in the building btwn certain hrs its locked down literally like a prison. From what I hear its a lot of the long term renters who need to be locked up somewhere.

The website holds NO PURPOSE it does NOTHING . You can NEVER get in contact with anyone regarding a room . The front desk will NEVER answer the phone . What type of establishment is this ?

When it was built in the 19s it was probably posh, now its a shadow of its former glory.

Great place to live, very clean, rent is affordable.

Wanted to rent a room for a few months. Nobody responded to email. I saw they had posted an ad online with phone number.. never a text back. Went by office during business hours.. nobody. Not sure the purpose of the business, but its not mine to do with.

I paid a month in advance for a room that I no longer need it asked for my money back and they tried keeping it that didn’t work out too good for them when I disputed the charges on my credit card and got my money back winning! Lol complete slumlords nothing new in Allentown though

I dont stay there. My problem is that I been call the office for about a month now and NOBODY picks up!! It always sends you to voicemail. But when I went to the building, there is someone sitting in the office, ON HER PHONE!!! I think Ill pass on trying to get a place in this building... smh.

This place is disgusting, I went in my room n left, roaches crawling up walls, bathroom was horrifying, no bedding, holes in mattress protectors, people should be paid to stay there not have to pay

Lived here twice, only because I had no other housing alternative. Biggest mistake ever!!

I havent had direct contact with this hotel in 50 years, when it was the elite hotel of Allentown with a grand, Skylight ballroom and housing many distinguished families in their appartments.Based upon patient comments, it is now a flop house, housing Section 8 clients. Some exterminators reportedly refuse to service this building, due to hypodermic needles and other drug paraphernalia littering public areas.

A friend lives here and I come to visit often. Some of the people are extremely disrespectful (which they cannot do anything abouthowever, the ones I have met seem personally seem to be really sweet and awesome people. The achutecture of the place is astounding, I love the hardwood floors that some of the rooms have as well as the balconies, old doors and their hardware. The fact that you cannot get into the building without a key makes me feel a little bit better about being in downtown Allentown.

Its a business I got it but what lengths would you go to to make money. If I was the owner I would reinvest to give my hotel a clean environment

My wife and I stayed here for one week with one channel on a 1985 television. No one cleans the rooms.large roaches were panhandling in front of and inside the room.it cost us 480$.240 a week and 240 security deposit.when we checked out before 11 as instructed.we got a call telling us our deposit was forfit do to a readers digest left in the room and the fact that WE didnt vacuum the floor which was as clean as we recieved it.i dont doubt that she pocketed our deposit.as she may have done countless times to others as she has done in the past.dont do it.

Location is good. Close to a lot of restaurants and bars. The hotel itself is definitely your typical low budget place. Not the cleanest and not somewhere I would enjoy staying. I actually did not feel safe being there.

I deliver goods at Hotel Traylor. Always seems jam packed & disorganized. The receiver never seems to work with efficiency & on many occasions has made simple errirs

This place has really stepped it up. Most of the people who stayed here prior were drug dealers. Now I actually wouldnt mind renting a room.

A lot of money for very little. If you like crack heads yelling at literally nothing as an alarm, 3-530am, then again around 9..or people threatening to jump out the window (times may varyor three to four people so doped out that they talk to the elevator... Or if you like paying 700 a month for an incubator (no AC), that cost extra, no parking unless you pay or park on the road... I forgot to add... "Maintenance " comes around at random times, so does management, banging on your door to inspect. Dave, if you see this, let me know.. Huge lawsuit. Worst place Ive ever been too. Dave owns the property and gets away with it by paying people off and with the old mayor.

When to visit a friend but really want to start renting there after visiting my friend

Definitely cleaner than I had expected. Not luxury, but I was surprised how safe I felt.

This place is disgusting 😡!!! HUGE Roaches, filthy bathrooms, water turns cold to hot 😕and no one is ever in the office!! How can you pay rent or ask for maintenance if no one is ever there!! Say bye to your car too!! they tow it even if stuck in the snow with a permit to PARK on the property... But it gets better 😅 pay 300 THAT DAY if not pay a late fee of 45 each day... Just looking out for people who really need a good value place to stay at. NEVER going there EVER again!!

I went to Visit this place, on the back of Traylor Hotel they have a Grocery store, name Traylor Grocery Market. They have any thing you need, American , Mexican, Dominican, Puerto Rico and all Spanish food to buy for cooking. Excellent customer services. 1444 Hamilton St Allentown PA.
