Zimmer alt aber sauber, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Umgebung etwas laut, dafür im Zentrum. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Hôtel situé près du port mais bruyant par la circulation et une clim qui fait un bruit pas possible donc ne pouvant pas dormir avec ..mais hôtel avec personnel très gentil et serviable

Di positivo evidenzio: la posizione, la cortesia del personale e la colazione (tutto sommato accettabile). Per contro la camera è completamente da ristrutturare : aria condizionata rumorosa, frigobar non funzionante, bagno molto vetusto. Evidentemente le stanze non sono tutte corrispondenti alle foto pubblicate sul sito dellhote!l!

Hotel situato in posizione strategica, al centro di Palermo a pochi passi da via Maqueda. Prezzo ottimo per una quadrupla con colazione compresa. Gentili i titolari ed il personale. Da ritornare. Consigliato

Le stanze sono grandi e pulite. Il bagno è molto nuovo e la doccia bellissima. La colazione è buona e i ragazzi che lavorano molto simpatici e gentili.

Hotel con camere rinnovate solo in parte ma ben tenute anche le restanti camere che nonostante siano datate sono correlate delle primarie comodità e soprattutto pulitissime in ogni singolo angolo. Zona colazione anchessa rinnovata risulta molto accogliente ed il persone sempre gentilissimo e disponibile, come del resto anche i dipendenti della reception. Al piano terra si trova una camera (Agoràmolto ampia con divanetti e tavolini dove gli ospiti si possono rilassare, leggendo un libro o semplicemente chiacchierando con gli amici.

Scarsa pulizia in stanza (formiche ovunque), condizionatore super rumoroso e per prendere lascensore bisogna fare una decina di scale.Chi ha un passeggino o per un disabile diventa davvero difficoltoso per accedere nella strutturaColazione discreta.Buona la posizione, hotel posto nei pressi del centro.

Beware pictures of this hotel online are misleading. Rooms look nothing like the pictures. Old, smelly, run down and the shower room was filthy, toilet seat chipped and falling apart. Stayed one night and left. Manager was rude when i raised my complaint, took no responsibility and blamed 3rd party company that the room was booked through. Stay away from this hotel. There are nicer ones to stay at in Palermo.

Rooms are a bit outdated and bathroom may need bit of maintenance but for the rest ok. Close to center, nice breakfast.

Midden in het centrum op loopafstand van vele bezienswaardigheden. Erg vriendelijk personeel en schone kamers. Dit hotel beviel ons meer dan een vier sterren hotel waar wij verbleven in een andere stad. Erg tevreden!!

Ottimo albergo la centro di Palermo. Anche se per una notte soltanto lesperienza è stata molto soddisfacente. La camera pulita il letto comodo tutto confortevole.Personale gentilissimo. Assolutamente da consigliare.

Prima hotel vlakbij de bezienswaardigheden van de stad, heerlijk ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel. Alleen de bedden zijn aan vervanging toe, ze zijn veel te hard.

Kamers zagen er schoon en verzorgd uit.De service was goed. Niet iedereen sprak goed Engels. En de meeste waren aardig een persoon had meer belangstelling voor zijn telefoon of was aan het bellen.Ontbijt was heel uitgebreid en je kon uit vele producten kiezen, zag er verzorgd uit.In de avond kreeg je een voucher om in een restaurant te gaan eten, dit was echt perfectioneren zit bijna in het centrum, op loopafstand. Je kan hier veel bezichtigen en heerlijk rondlopen.Het enige nadeel was dat je de auto maar ergens moest parkeren en er regelmatig geld in de parkeermeter moest stoppen, je kon ook van de wegbrengen service gebruik maken (dan brachten ze jou auto ergens heenmaar dit koste 60 euro per dag.Wij hebben 2 heerlijke dagen gehad in Parlermo.

Lalbergo è un palazzo dell800 sito in zona tranquilla appena fuori il centro storico, ad Ovest, a pochi passi dal teatro Massimo e via Maqueda. Abbiamo preso una stanza economy, al terzo piano delledificio, grande 20 mq e con soffitto almeno a 3,50 MT, arredata con vecchio stile ma sempre pulita e comoda. A quel prezzo è risultata un ottima soluzione, perché consente di arrivare in pochi minuti a piedi in ogni posto turisticamente interessante del centro storico come pure alla fermata del bus per laeroporto del Politeama.

Prenotato con Booking doppia economy da 18 a 21 marzo, assegnata camera 202, appena entrato avverto odore di disinfettante alcolico frammisto ad altro che non identifico immediatamente. Solo a notte fonda vengo svegliato dal forte odore di fognatura che emana dal bagno. Sono quindi costretto a dormire con aspiratore acceso e portafinestra aperta. Intorno alle 7 scendo in reception, che è allocata nellampio vano scale, per chiedere il cambio camera, che mi viene accordato dopo il checkout, dato che non ci sono altre camere immediatamente disponibili. Mi viene assegnata camera 201, che dà direttamente sul vano scale, la camera è pulita e profumata ma non esattamente silenziosa. Il vano scale funge infatti da cassa di risonanza di tutti i suoni e rumori che si producono allingresso; per cui sono letteralmente subissato di fastidi sonori che si protraggono fino a tardi, con inserti notturni del receptionist che si guarda le serie al PC senza la cortesia di usare le cuffie e che culmina alle 5,30 del mattino collingresso di altro personale con lazzi e convenevoli scambiati senza riguardi, spostamento di tavoli e sedie in sala breakfast e vociare in direzione del clochard che staziona di fronte allhotel e che risponde a tono.Insomma non proprio quel che si dice un soggiorno soddisfacente.

Nice Hotel in Central location

Very good experience.Although it could still improve in the design of the corridors and change the air conditioned machine which is quite old and a bit noisy, we had a great time. The room is extremely nice and well furnished with a pretty comfortable mattress. Exquisite personnel.It is located in a very central area of Palermo, therefore I would strongly raccomend it for visiting the city.

The hotel was conveniently locate in a nice area of central Palermo. Staff at reception was very nice and helpful. Our room on the third floor was "traditional Sicilian" style, to put it politely. It was smelling of old furniture, the mattress was so old that the springs were coming out and the bed sheets had holes in them. The bathroom was a wartime survivor, with the shower in a pit and the falling apart toilet seat with a disconnected tube and a broken flush running water the whole time.

No hot water just warm water for tea. Also shower no hot water but just warm water.

the hotel is located near the city centre and surrounded by food places/restaurants. its less than a 5 minute walk to the main high street shops such as h&m and sephora. the room is air conditioned and includes a small tv and balcony. the staff were helpful. the room looked average, nothing too fancy.

It is well located, at convenient place, near the old city center. The hotel itself is a bit dated. Very nice and polite staff.

Very nice service. Good breakfast. Hotel old, but clean, in the city centre. You have to pay the parking on the street- 1 euro per hour (8.00 till 20.00 with 2 hours siesta break).

We spent a long weekend (3 nightsin this small nice Hotel of Palermo. Rooms were simple but well equiped (towels, hairdryer, shampoo, soap, bidet, small fridge, small balcony, small TVwich made the room perfect for couple nights. The staff was very helpful and nice. We were satisfied with the room and the service. The location of the hotel is really good, it is easy to get any part of the city from here. There are shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. We had breakfast in the hotel (for 5 Euros), wich was really good and plenty (coffee, tea, soft drinks, ham, cheese, eggs, boiled eggs, croissant, cakes, cereals and yogurt).

Small but friendly hotel in the center of Palermo. Convenient to reach. Two sets of stairs at the entrance.

Wasnt terribly impressed with the room itself, but great staff there 24/7, centrally located to all things youd want to see in the center of Palermo and parking available at an affordable price.

Nice hotel to stay in the centre of Palermo. Rooms are fine, exactly what you need with airco and a nice shower. Breakfast is just fine, not to much choices but perfect balanced.

Very old, old matrace, smell in old small bathroom. We payed but left after 1h, we could not imagine to sleep in that room.

fine location, close to landmarks. Rooms are big enough, all clean, noise from street was minimal. I slept very well. Rooms equipped with TV, AC, towels etc...There is problem with parking on the street, so they offer you to use private garage 10mins walking toward port for 14euro.
