Hotel Tilto in Vilnius

Very nice place. Clean rooms. Delicious brakfest. Polite Staff. Location is perfekt, not to far to old town, 250 m and you are starting visiting grate town.

Lovely little hotel in a great location, 2 mins walk from cathedral square. Rooms were a bit small but nice breakfast and they were kind enough to provide a breakfast box when we had to leave early for our flight. Nice eating places in same road

Nice hotel rooms and not too pricey

A nice Hotel and the top rooms are 2 story. The breakfast is realy good and fills you up before a long day and the Hotel is allmost in the city Center.

It was an alright stay. Walls could be thiker but in general for a short stay there was nothing wrong with it. Seemed fairly secure.

The location of the hotel is amazing, the rooms are beautiful and clean, the staff very helpful and breakfast ideal... All in all, the accommodation was great!!!

Great place within the old town so we were able to do all we wanted to on foot. Rooms compact with good facilities and very clean. Friendly helpful staff too.

Great location. Off the main Street so its pretty quiet. They do have a secure parking lot for a very good price vs parking on the street. Hotel itself is pretty small and I dont expect a grand entrance from a very old historic building but would be nice if they did more authentic touches to accentuate it. Lobby is very small and a bit tight if you have few people at the time. A decent breakfast bar.

A bit small and narrowed at everyting - rooms, halls, restaurant, but at least is very near to DownTown and Old City, within 3-5m walk

It is a very cosy hotel. If its ever fully booked, it would house around 70 guests in around 30 rooms. The location is perfect – two minutes away from the cathedral. Beautiful walls and ceilings with some old brick exposed in certain places. Soft lighting.

Good hotel in a lovley town.Clean rooms (curtains could realy use a loundry machine), minimum toiletries, basic breakfast.Could give it 3 stars but the staff were very helpful.

So spent three nights here recently and feel i have a good idea about the services offered. The hotel staff were friendly and the hotel it generally clean and tidy which in my mind make some goo basics for staying anywhere. The room i was in was a two upstairs in the loft area and two on the main floor with a toilet/shower room. There was enough space although head height upstairs was not great but as long as your either lied or sat on the bed youd be fine. The bathroom was very clean if a little bit worn. for example bottom of the door frame was noticeably water danged and the shower had a curtain replacing part of the glass door strap tied on albeit it very tidy which is why i only noticed on the last morning. There are the free toiletries and complimentary water which is nice as well as a small fridge and safe provided. the card keys did lose their programming though which can be fixed easily at reception but was slightly annoying. these past few comments are little niggles as the price for the hotel and proximity to the centre of town are fantastic. only one more niggle was the breakfast, there was plenty of choice including cooked breakfast which is nice to have. but the staff were quite slow in replacing smaller pitchers of orange juice or even things such as knives. and they apparently ran out of coffee which i found it hard to believe. a bit of a shame but did not spoil things overall. so for me there is plenty to make it a good 4 out of five stars mainly the price and location and decent room cleaning service and overall quality for the price which some people forget when they expect the world for nothing. if your spending a long weekend or couple of nights in Vilnius this would suit your needs well if budget is something you have in mind but still dont want to sacrifice any of the comfortable basics and want a decent nights kip!

Its a very good and not expensive hotel in the heart of Vilnus. Friendly and helpful staff. Quite good breakfast. You can walk to any places of interest.The only problem of this hotel is pour noise insulation. Be ready to hear whats happening next door.

Lovely room. Staff is very friendly. Do check your reservation and airport transfer, mine wasnt arranged eventhough I booked it with my reservation (and it is cheaper to get a taxi).

The bar was empty during the day when we were there. Ordered beer it was beer. Filled it up pretty well.

We arrived at hotel Tilto at 2in the morning, after a long trip flying from Krakow/warsaw. We booked a family room (we are four sisters travelling together, a special situation and that is why we wanted to stay together and got a family room), the reception desk attendant was friendly, but as we entered the room the air conditioning upstairs (2 levels in the roomwas not working, no windows, low ceiling - something near to hell!! We went down, talked to the girl, she went to the room, tried to turn the air conditioning on - no success!!It is not possible to sell that room for four adults!! No way! There is not enough room for luggage and should be against law to offer a place with NO window and NO air conditioning! And, you know, it is summertime - temperature around 30o celsius!!!So we spent two hours on the phone trying to find a place to stay from 2 to 4 in the morning!!! We could find ONE bedroom for 155euro (to stay from 4am to 12am!!). Two people moved and two stayed in the room (in the lower part with windows - small one and air conditioning).Hotel Tilto spoiled our evening. Sad situation. We are adults, trying to find some time to spend together and enjoy. We would like to know how to sue hotel tilto: we would like them to pay for our night in the other hotel and a moral imdemnizationWorse: they tried to charge one night telling booking we did not show up! They lied! How are you supposed to carry on with people like that?We await your prompt reply concerning the situation!
