Hotel Taninul in Tamuin

Excelente lugar para tener un pequeño descanso. Cuenta con habitaciones muy cómodas y todas las amenidades que se puedan necesitar. Solo no cuenta con wifi en cada habitación. Ni televisor.

Las camas de las habitaciones no son matrimoniales, son individuales.... está un poco descuidado el hotel para lo que cobran, creo que es un poco elevado... el check in es a las 3 pm y el check out a las 12.00 pm... en la suite que nos quedamos, una parte funcionaban los contactos x la noche, en el día no funcionaban... punto malo 👎🏻

Las aguas termales son una gran experiencia, la alberca muy divertida, la comida rica y el servicio en el restaurante muy rápido y el personal fue muy amable conmigo y con mi esposo. El hotel está muy grande y tiene un estilo bonito, la verdad, ni me quiero ir 🥰

Overall, it’s an ok hotel and for the price, you get what you pay for. The street to drive up is super ugly. The rooms aren’t all that.

Las instalaciones se ha deteriorado mucho así como el camino de entrada. Sin embargo el sitio sigue siendo magico junto la montaña, el agua termal deliciosa y el barro excelente para la piel. Ojalá le inviertan y se promocione adecuadamente para recuperar su esplendor.

Esta demasiado caro, si van a visitar la alberca mejor coman algo afuera o metan un pollo asado a escondidas, las habitaciones horribles, son climas de ventana como de los años 90s. El hotel huele raro muy aparte del olor de las aguas termales, se percibe un olor como a sucio. Lástima de lugar ojala le inviertan más. No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto.

Muy descuidado. Las camas son horribles el colchón parece esponja. Los aparatos de aire acondicionado muy ruidosos y viejos. Le falta foco en el baño. Escaleras exteriores de madera carcomida. Lo único bueno es que está alejado de la ciudad y no hay ruido. Tiene restaurante pero la verdad ni ganas de comer ahí. La alberca y aguas termales pues mas o menos pero les falta limpieza. Las instalaciones viejas y mal conservadas. Faltan extinguidores en el pasillo ala izquierda planta alta. Parece hotel abandonado...

Un lugar varado en el tiempo, literalmente, lo visite hace 9 años y este año tuve oportunidad de regresar, y es lamentable lo mal que está, las albercas, el lodo sigue genial, desafortunadamente las habitaciones, su aire acondicionado arcaico, camas duras, etc hacen q se te olvide y solo pienses en lo caro q resulta la estancia. El camino de entrada en pésimo estado lleno de baches. Recomiendo solo ir en plan de visitar las albercas, es mejor hospedarse en otro lugar. Por cierto en otra opinion vi q mencionan ronchitas en las piernas después de salir de la alberca, me paso igual :( triste muy triste la vd

Las habitaciones son amplias pero los colchones ya deben reemplazarse. Le falta mantenimiento. En limpieza le doy un 10. Los snacks de la alberca no tienen muchas opciones. La experiencia de la alberca, el barro y el masaje es excelente.

We had so much fun in there specially on the mud and the spa area that we wanted to go back this year again.

Nature is absolutely beautiful here, rooms are okay could use some cleanliness!

It was great and beautiful here!! The swimming pools made me feel so refreshed and the environment is perfect! 🥰 Only downside was their beds. Not that comfortable.

I found this hotel exceptional overall. The service was great and the breakfast & dinner were great. I got to enjoy the the mud scrubbing and thermal waters. They left my skin soft and hydrated. The hotel is older and wifi is only available in the lobby; initially I didnt like the idea, but it really did force you to rest.

Beautiful grounds. Nice sulfuric water. Floating and watching the birds above is so relaxing. Natural mud for a skin mask. Enjoy!!

Nice beautiful hotel ,very affordable . the restaurant there has very good flavor and quality food. If you attract ghost or spiritus its not a good place for you.

The only thing this hotel has going for it is the thermal waters but the hotel itself has been forgotten maintenance of it and tamascal is all hype no time in the actual tamascal.cards for the towels are over priced at 350pesos if lost and they charge you if they give them too you or not the management needs to be fired as well as staff needs a complete revamp the road needs paving the rooms needs maintenance and kitchen needs a different cook I stayed there for 4 days no wifi or in room phones very outdated

A place to relax

It was not what I expected. Water, although I know it is supposed to smell, the smell was too strong and it looked dirty. I do not recommend

To expensive, not safe for old people (in case of emergency you must go-to the lobby by your on), there pools doesnt have a water filter, in the morning is only warm water to take a shower, the food is olso to espensive and the restaurant open late at 8:00 and the room have some issues (refrigeration, doors, dirty and damage floors, etc.).

The staff was very rude and incompetent. And we killed 22 roaches on the room in just one day of stay. It is impressive the level of dirtiness of the place.

Excellent place, it is a great place to enjoy the nature and the thermal pool is fantastic. Totally recommended for a vacation trip

Go here only if you want a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Its a spa place for relaxation with a hot spring pool and regular pool. Nice cool air conditioned room.

This hotel has many activities, its not the most modern of hotels but believe me that this is the best you could get in the area, it has 2 different pools, one is built around a sulfur hot spring (it smellsand the other one is a cold water pool, there are some caves to explore, a relaxing temazcal, delicious regional food, horseback riding, zip-lines, theres internet only at the lobby area not in the rooms so get used to it, this place is for getting more in contact with nature, so please understand why you wont have internet anywhere else.

This is an awesome place with a cave, thermal pool, and a large chlorine pool to explore and play. It is also not too expensive to stay the night. Los Micos water attraction is a short distance away and also worth the visit.

There is no wifi on the rooms only on the loby..i had problems with getting clean towels no hot water..food is not that great goin in town to eat is better..we had to change room becouse of cloged toilet..no phone in the room..

Supposed to have thermal pool... it was Cold..rooms have Roaches... A/C does not work properly... and Food...was TERRIBLY BAD... GOT SICK... FOOD IS FROM DAYS.. ILL SHOW YOU A PICK.. Slimy Fajitas... just got to taste them to get sick..🤕🤒😷

Great service, gently personal, tasty food...I had some expectations for this place but since I visited it I saw a lot of details and experiment some sensations I recommend you this place because it little piece of extraordinary a escape from routine-I specially recommend it for those bussines men who need some space of time to clean their minds and create new ideas...

Treat value customers poor twice! We came here last night and they told us we dont have reservation and required us to pay. We refuse pay because we already paid it from online and finally let us sleep here but found disgust smelly room, outdated bathroom, old tube and room and bad huge molds! Wow then next morning.. Know what? They required us to pay extra persons to sleep. I told them it must be error in their system and I did reservation 4 persons for 2 bed in a room but they treat us poor treat way. Even I show it them on my iPhone where its shown 4 persons or 2 persons are same price! I told them that I will be contact at hotel online where I paid and I knew it will fix then contact back to hotel to fix it at same price! Not worth sleep here because this hotel really stink-molds and dont know how to treat value customers but focus on customers money to raking out of our pocket for dirty trick-money!
