Good service

Worst service ever. I have never seen this type of service. Behaviours too much bad. AC is not working properly. Haven’t Wifi facilities. 😡😡😡

I have visited many tourist places and stayed in many hotels till now. But this is one of the most unworthiest places. I will not suggest anyone to stay here.1. Room Review (5/10)2. Such a horrible hotel with a higher cost. Washroom was dirty and washroom doors locker didnt work.Staffs are not friendly.Bad experience.

Worst hotel ever...I went to the bathroom of my room and locked in for an hour..door lock is not working...AC is not working properly....Do not come to this hotel unless you wanna ruin your travel..

I want to provide my review in terms of below criteria:Location: 4 star, very accessible place.Price: CheapService: 1 Star. Very poor. No room cleaning service when u stay there. Room once clean before ur check in & after ur final check out. In between, no cleaning is available which is bizarre. Even every night, they asked for payment which is also uncomfortable too. No intact water bottle they have provided rather gave a bottle of water from their freezer.Please dont choose this hotel unless u have budget issue or u r not concerned what service they provide.

everything is okay but no window and some cleaning problem

Good food quality. Well decorations inside. Situated at naiorpul point. Just a few meters away from osmani Memorial zoo. I hope you can enjoy your meal there. Though their price is a bit high. But quality is the main thing. I have eaten their chiken biriyani and begun bharta. They were testy nad remain fresh a long time.

Net and clean price reasonable. Actually best price. Breakfast complimentary. I am happy for their service.Excellent behaviour. Nice hotel & restaurant. Lift available. Excellent staff service. Middle of sylhet. Beside roadside so vehicle available. Good decoration. Family guest acceptable. No need kabinnama.

Sylvies is nice hotel at nioripool in Sylhet.Hotel room are good to stay. You can visit all tourist spots from this place and stay here safely. Hotel staffs are polite and behavior is good.. you can contact with Nine tourism to booking this hotel...

Cheap but not so good. Service is not upto the mark.

Too much dust in the balcony and the bathtub was not broken.Rest is good.

Very comfortable, Clean and Tidy. Complementary Breakfast served Hot. Bad Wi-Fi. Overall experience was great!

This is three star type average quality hotel .. they have also a restaurant .. Location is so good .. you can move from here easily. all kind of transport available ..staff are also good 🙂

Damp smelling rooms and poor menu, beautiful rooms though.

Good Place to Stay but their service is pretty bad. Things I didnt like are :1. Red Water. The Water Contains alot of Iron.2. You cant get Extra pillow or Blanket. Youll have to pay additional charges for them.3. They wont clean your room while you stay.4.They wont give mosquito repellent too.Otherwise Good to Stay
