Good hotel in Sylhet.

Quality standard is not like before, compared to the price, it is unexpectedly dirty and I had to literally clean everything myself with a sanitising wipes I had no choice I didn’t want my baby to get sick, you wouldn’t be able to use the lift after 4 o’clock I was unable to go to 3rd floor with my baby and shopping bags I had to speak to the manager to turn on the left. Morning breakfast it’s not that good, you will get a choice of roti, lentil curry and vegetable carry.Room service staff are very slow expect money for everything they do. I have spoken to one of the staff at the reception regarding the issues but he wasn’t happy with the issue I was pointing out “ he said Ok Ok” Only reason why I spoke to the reception staff so they can improve and amend the problems. I am surprised to see all those five star reviews. Date visited hotel supreme 04/09/2022

It is a hotel as well as a restaurant, where various programs and wedding ceremonies can be held. The service is good.

Room was good, employees are good. Location wise good place.

Service is not upto the rate. They dont provide washed bed covers and other clothes for new guests. Which is very disappointing as per cost and standard.

Quite far from main areas but Its ok. They provide free breakfast also. Rooms are at reasonable price and environment is really good also rooms are big enough

Its ok in some areas.+ Room was bearable. Air conditioner was old but worked. Good location and service. Need to do a few extra things to improve.- bathroom was filthy and ridden with cockroaches. This needs to be fixed with regular cockroach gel and more thorough cleaning and plain white or black tiles and simple decor. Needs better stronger LED lighting.

Hosted a wedding reception there. Food was not cooked to the required quantity. Half the guests went home unfed and the presentation, cleanliness, waiters was awful.We wanted the men and women seperate, How are you using men in the womens Hall, what was the point of separating and paying extra if you werent gonna do that?Overall not gonna use again ever.

One of the best hotel in sylhet town. Its located on the center of the city. So you can enjoy all the lavish facilities of the town from this point. The room tariffs are well balanced. The providers complimentary breakfast along with the room. All in all if you want a good accommodation with a cheap rate inside Sylhet town then Hotel Supreme is one of the best choice. The hotel stuffs are very professional and always at service. Their food is good too. The rooms are okay, however, check the rate and match the features. Otherwise, you may end up having another room instead of the room you actually booked. Geyser in the bathroom needs improvement.Overall, a place with value for money for travellers.

It’s a nice hotel. Well maintained. Staffs were also professional. Everything was clean and working fine. They were helpful. Complementary breakfast was included. Elevator is also available. We stayed in family suit, for family suit there was separate WiFi.

Great Service and the environment is good. Have hot water in bathroom. Neat & clean rooms. Reasonable room rent. But the wifi is not good and very slow. Authority should take care of it and also need a to improve a little bit the morning complementary breakfast.

Hotel supreme is situated at very heart on sylhet city. Their location give you all the plus point you can get while visiting sylhet. I dont wanna say much about their room as i found its ok for tourist. Dont forget to try evening snacks at their very own restaurant "Exotica", Specially "chicken muglai" and" cha".

Hotel Supreme is not as good as I thought it would be and certainly not as good as everyone says it is. Rooms are dated, quality of fittings are not great and they do not have the slick card entry system Hotel Noor Jahan Grand and Hotel Mira Garden have. No kettles in rooms for complimentary tea/coffee and no daily room cleaning service. Service is also not great, the staff only just do their part! Breakfast is also a fixed menu as opposed to the buffet style others offer.Rooms are however very large with high ceilings, double that of Hotel Mira Garden next door. Bathrooms are basic but there is a big bucket which is helpful. I really am grasping at straws here. I couldnt quite recommend, fo a few extra pounds per day, I would suggest going for Hotel Mira Garden next door. A two minute walk to your left as you leave!

Mid range nice hotel. Well staffs behavior. Neat and clean hotel. We were 2 days with 1935 bdt each. King sized bed, AC room, small LCD tv, 2 chairs and table, a dressing glass, bed table, 2 sofa with tea table. Each day they provide a Prothom Alo paper, a litter of water bottle, small soap, 2 mini shampoo pack, a small paste pack and few toilet tissue. Free wifi and its pretty good. Complimentary breakfast (parata, vegetables/lintels, eggs fry, water and tea). And restaurant is nice clean and food quality is also good. I asked extra 2 pillows, they gave me 1 at first day and second one after a day.One thing I didn’t like that I requested to reception that we have a transport at 9 hence we want to stay more but free. They didn’t accepted my request and we checkout by 12 pm. Whereas some hotel accepts up to evening.

Hotel Supreme is a well knowned residential hotel in Sylhet city. You can find there comfortable living, delicious food. A AC conference hall is available there, where 100 persons can be sitted. Also mini conference hall and party center are also available there.The rooms of the hotel are well decorated, where Luxurious VIP Suite, Double Deluxe, Twin, Couple, and Single & Triple Deluxe room are available.

Really liked the restaurant. Neat and clean. Waiters are very decent and helpful. Food quality is very good and tasty. Youll love the Fish Fry over here. The Fish dish is also tasty, but little bit spicy. Overall, its good to visit.

Good place to staying in Sylhet in economy budget. Room is nice and clean. Corner room view is nice (upper floor). Not special. Toilet facilities is as usual.

This place is not so good according to its pricing. Washroom was clean. Bed was not so comfortable and blanket was not clean enough. They gave a towel was old. They provide breakfast as complementary which is very much tasty. They should serve any fruit/juice and add choices of menu as it is a high price hotel in its class.

Everything feels comfortable.abundance of staff available.their services were also praiseworthy. Restaurant is very convenient. Food menu is appreciating.varities of items available here n they were tasty of course.hotel location is very congenial for all directions movement. One thing I found deficit, no laundry is available here. Another boring issue is thatTV is very old model n only few channels we got to see.

Very friendly environment. The room service is good. Most importantly there is heater in the washroom so you can enjoy hot shower. They also provide complementary free breakfast which is also of quality. The location seems to very not very crowdy though its in the middle of a town. So overall my experience is good.

Positive observations - clean hotel, free wi fi, elevator, good room service, stuffs are very friendly and co-operative, hot water available in bathroom, air conditioned rooms, ground floor restaurant, daily free drinking water, free complementary non- Buffet breakfast, budget friendly.Negative points- wi-fi is slow, bathroom is not up to date, bed is not that good, CRT tv without clear channels, not located in central area of sylhet, loud noises came through the doors from outside corridor.So, as a whole positive points are more... So, i recommend to stay here if you think budget friendly one..my rating- 7/10.

Hotel Supreme is a top quality hotel in Sylhet City. It iis also budget hotel. Its have a restaurent facility in gtound floor. Its food is very tasty and fresh, Its has free WI-FI facilities, All the stuffs even Manager are helpful to their customer. Their service is very good. Room service also available here. It is suitable for groups. They maintain class and quality about everything.

I like their rooms & specifically the washroom. Staffs are well behaved. Only problem I found that they are not capable of handling big group of people (we were 60 personsat dine in at a time.

We, a group of one hundred plus people stayed here. Except Wi-Fi everything were fine. Their restaurant at ground floor was a help for us. We got our breakfast there. Though their service was little bit slower because of our number but those were tasty.

Its a budget hotel and the service is very good. The complimentary breakfast was also great and they have also a restaurant downstairs. The food taste is mind blowing and the environment is very good.Im satisfied with the service.

The Hotel is situated in a strategic place, near to main shipping area and on the way to Zaflong. Room rent is reasonable with breakfast and AC having hot running water. Food price is also within the reach & good customer service. Car parking is at basement. Free WiFi & room service.I recommend Budget Travellers to enjoy this hotel.

Worst hotel in Sylhet. Reception has no knowledge about there hotel policy. They are not well trained to handle customers. Rooms are comparatively cheap but Rooms are filthy and dusty. We have requested room service to clean the room but they said they will clean it in the morning.***Not Recommendable at any situation***

A very good hotel in Shylet. The room rent is within budget, safe as well as rooms environment is standard . Foods are also excellent at a lower price. You can easily get a flavor of 3 stars hotels within a budgeted price at the center of the City.

This hotel is good. Large rooms, sofas in double rooms, hot and cold water in bathrooms, complementary breakfast are available. But be a bit careful in ordering foods in room and check your bill otherwise you may have to pay others bills also. XD

This is nice Hotel to stay in. I would say a good Value for money. Room rent, food price are not high, but quality is good. If you expecting a 2 or almost 3 star hotel at a reasonable price and at the same time would like to stay at the center of the City then this is the best!

Changing my review due to my recent visit. The hotel has become unclean and furnitures have expired their service life. Washrooms has issues with gate locks, water taps. ACs have become tired. Rooms give a stinking smell. Service quality has dropped drastically and over that the room tariff has almost doubled in just 2-3 years. Not worth the money and NOT RECOMMEND. ROMS ARE NOT AS THEY LOOK IN PICTURES.

The hotel has its own restaurant. Food is good but a bit costly. Location is also good. It is a quiet and peaceful place. Room service and attendant behaviour is also good. There is no laundry service. Overall its a good place.

I stayed here for two days. Bath room fittings was not good. Leaking in the water 🚿. Flash in commode was not working. Bathtub was dirty and Door lock was non functioning. Room services is not good. The service in swimming pool and gym was not ready. their complementary breakfast was tasty. Room rate is reasonable but exotica restaurant 🍴 price is a bit high. Location is good. They had no laundry service.
