Rajshai best hotel.

Food is overpriced. Service is not that good either. They dont even recieve the phone. 8000 tk per night,is never worth it.

Room and services are not up to date.

Been there for corporate visit purpose.Pros:* Mesmerizing 360 degree view from the 11th floor rooftop. Besides enjoying the beautiful scene of infinite horizon, one can enjoy close view of aircrafts taking off and landing on Rajshahi airport.* Located 3-4 Km far from the main city which makes it a crowd-less place of accommodation.* Clean and hygienic rooms.* Well mannered and nice behavior of the receptionists.* Buffett breakfast with average quality.Cons:* Water geezer doesnt provide long time hot water service.* ACs sometime do some malfunctions.* Bedsheets contain some old sticky marks.* Highway noise creates botheration when windows are opened.

Just Awesome... first step insideImmediately we were warmly welcomed, we booked the room, we were given the key and room number, then someone took us to the elevator and took us to the desired room and explained everything. After that, we freshen up and rest a bit, after eating and drinking, we go out to visit the whole of Rajshahi. At the end of the day, the religious brothers of Dhaka made many names about our Rajshahi and hotel food. The last thing to say is that the service of the hotel was A1.

I spent 3 days there for training purposes. Truly speaking, this hotels services were the worst among all the hotels I have stayed at in Bangladesh.The room facilities were very much disappointing, interrupting water and AC. Not only room service, but the lift conditions also were not good enough.The hotel staff is not aware of minimum manners and hospitality.I dont wanna mention their food services.Above all, there are some good views also, the hotels location is satisfactory and its rooftop is just pleasing. Hopefully, the authority will augment their service and train their staff.Best of luck hotel star International.

It is unfortunate for us that we have such a poor quality hotel in Rajshahi.Everyone from the hotel staff to the bad guys.It doesnt make any sense and their food is so bad and not so low quality. The price of food from us here is 400 rupees a plate but the food they gave us will not be worth 50 rupees a plate. We all left.So I will tell everyone that no one will go here, they have a lot of good international restaurants.

wifi was unavailable and the restaurant was not good. everything else is nice. specially the room.

The environment is nice but the room rent is more than the restaurant is closed, the service is not so good, most of the services are closed such as gym restaurant etc.

Dining condition in the restaurant is too poor. Example1when we requested for 09 glass of water, waiter said they had only 04 now, could not found any more 🤔2order mixed vegetables and found that they were purchased it from outside the hotel and going to served when we are near to finish our dinner 😇3but only the room condition was good ❤️🤓

One of the best Corporate hotel 3 star standard at Rajshahi city. I specially recomended for all corporate houses and social event planner.This hotel has the best customer service of any hotel Ive had the pleasure of visiting in Rajshahi. From the time Im greeted at the front door until the time I check out, the people here exceed my expectations. Im not going to name everyone that went above and beyond while I was here because Id feel bad if I left anyone out. I hadnt been here in 7 months but the business class star staff at the front desk managed to find the last room I stayed in and made sure it was available for me. The Chairman makes himself personally available on each visit as he welcomes feedback. There are several dining options, the restaurants change every few years to keep things fresh. The food is outstanding! The rooms are clean and well lit. There have been several improvements to the security and comfortable since I began staying here three or four month ago. Bottom line for me, Im no longer a guest here, I think Im extended family. Any at the front desk goes as far as making flight reservations when Im having issues, I get a follow up phone call after I arrive in my room to make sure its adequate. I could go on and on, if youre in Rajshahi, this is the place to stay! STAR peoples choice" Hotel Star International"

Hotel location is good for those people who have intention to stay out of crowd but hotel is absolutely dirty and it will not be comfortable stay over there. It is not 3 star standard hotel . Very much disappointment

Worst experience ever.No room service, no toiletries, not even slippers.Though they advertise about free bufey breakfast, its bogus.Only khichuri and ruti.Room rent varies from person to person.

There is enough supportive staff and they are very professional. They have good knowledge on hospitality services. Food quality is awesome . Rent is also average than the facilities they provide.

Hotel itself is good, with modern furniture and everything. The rooms are fine with. It offer air-conditioned room as well.It has a lift, generator, a good restaurant.Howver, the service is not uo to the mark. Thats a downpoint for this hotel.We have had a training program arranged here and we couldn’t be happy at their service.

Big rooms but the hotel has cleanliness issues. Very limited breakfast menu. Location is outside the main city which is not ideal. However, the staffs are cordial and willing to help. Youd have to ask for things (e.g. change smelly bed sheets and dirty pillow covers, etc. which youd expect to be there by default.

This is the best hotel in Rajshahi. They are 5 STAR hotel and offer various kind of services including gym and spa. Here you also get landry service and many more.They really concern about their costumer and behaviour of reception is really very good and professional.Highly recommend for foreigners.

Room decorations are very colourful but not soothing. Got problem with Air conditioner. Interior Lighting is not up to the mark. Bathroom commodities are not up to the mark. There were some issues with cleanliness. Breakfast is below average. Hotel location is outside of the city thus will cost extra money to get to the city.

There is not enough supportive staff and they are not professional. They dont have minimum knowledge on hospitality services. Food quality is average. Rent is too much higher than the facilities they provide.

The hotel is very dirty. You will not get what the photos show. It’s worse than that. Staff are not that much friendly. Bathroom fixtures are very dirty and I got electrocuted due to a current leakage in the bathroom water line. I complained but they didn’t replace or repair the problem !! I have traveled more than 30 countries. Compared to other countries hotel, this hotel barely gets a star !!! There are many hotels at city centre. It’s actually very far from the city, middle of nowhere.

Hotel is Good, front view is open and green. U can get fresh air. Hotel staffs are poljte and gentle. This place is little bit far from city but calm and quite.

Though Interiors and rooms size is very good but the cleanliness need to improve more specially of restroom. Professional cleaning service need to involve here. Manager must need to visit every room personally. Stains remains on wall tiles at restroom. But overall view from hotel rooms is excellent. If management take care professionally then it may become best hotel of Rajshahi.

We walked in and had an amazing buffet - $42 but so much varietyand includes proper coffee. The chai is very good! We also had awonderful spa treatment (facialwhich includes the use of thepool and spa and outdoor lounges too. A lovely day out.

A very brief write up - this is the third time I stayed at Amari and must say I like it more each time I stay there. It is in a central location, yet very quite and peaceful. Has a great ambience, really friendly and helpful staff, great facilities and in the evenings it has a great bar on the rooftop to socialise and meet friends.

1. Likes the toiletries offered, toothbrush and slippers.2. Hotel Staff, Security is so friendly, they greet you carry your bag for you, the greetings of the day are genuine.3. Hotel is in the middle of the city so very convenient if you are on a business trip.4. The breakfast buffet has live egg station and a good spread, local, american and indian food.5. Room Service is 24 hour.

Hotel star has always done an amazing job at looking after my husband and I.They cared for all our foreign guests at our wedding,looking after dietary requests, birthday surprises, and helpful advice about the area. Hotel star uses coffee beans, and always has a great coffee maker on the machine. Well recommend staying at this wonderful, friendly hotel.

Staff are extra friendly, cant do enough to help. Facilities are great and breakfast is wonderful. Rooftop pool area is a special place to look out over rajshahi.

This hotel doesnt deserve to get a star even. They are completely unhygienic, dirty and fake. They have posted pictures in web, but reality doesnt even reach near to that. Staffs are polite and they know all reasons that "why people dislike their hotel".

Staff are friendly and helpful. The security was good. Location was close to other Chinese and Thai restaurants that I like. Near by has fruit juice shop that I love. Down side, breakfast was not enough variety. Sorry to say it was terrible. The menu was almost the same everyday, I had a long stay. They should think of International guests. The food was too spicy for me.

It is one of popular brands of star hotel. It is situated in Banani area. Various types of foods are available here. Maximum item of star hotel food everyday made this restaurant. From morning to midnight people take there breakfast lunch and dinner from here.

Food test is bad. Room quality is below 3 star (to me poor). Front desk staff, too poor. Need to learn normal cartesy. Also lies a lot. Room rent AC Standard should be below BDT 1,500/-.I dont suggest this hotel to stay.

“Friendly staff, good location but a bit tired It is a three star hotel Perfect in Rajshahi.”The location of this hotel right in the centre of Rajshahi on the Bypass is good with a large car park. It is fairly easy to get to from the main roads into Rajshahi. The lobby is large and clean and the staff are friendly. Our standard room was on Floor 9 and was clean and adequate but fairly small. We were told that there were no Platinum upgrades as they were full on the second night although it didnt seem to be that busy! The room and corridor in our area were a bit tired and in need of a refresh. Also, even though it wasnt very windy we could continuously hear the wind whistling around the building - I dread to think what it would be like with gale/storm force winds! We ate in the restaurant on one night and the food was ok, nothing spectacular and average price for this type of hotel. The service was good but slow despite the fact that on that evening the restaurant was not anywhere near full. The waitress was constantly apologising for the slow service although no reason was given - think it was the kitchen understaffed. Breakfast was the usual hot/cold buffet choice and good with friendly attentive staff. Has a gym in main building.
