Carrer del Convent de Santa Clara, 5, 46002 València, Valencia, Spain, Carcaixent
A 2-minute walk from Xàtiva metro stop and a 12-minute walk from Valencia Cathedral, this informal hotel in the city center is a 4-minute walk from lively Plaza del Ayuntamiento.Bright rooms with understated decor feature free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, desks and minibars; some have private terraces.A breakfast buffet is offered (fee) in a contemporary dining room.
The staff was ver kind and helpful. The location is perfect.
Rooms were very adequate since we did not spend a lot of time there during the day.The service was very friendly and attentive. The location was the key to a great city break.
very clean and modern hotel in a great location. very nice and extensive breakfast.
Lovely place in a great location.
Good ,clean and good location..
Beautiful and the staff are so helpful would definitely come back. Breakfast is more than enough and lots to choose from.
Lovely room.lovely location.Definitely would stay here again.Good place to stay.
Very nice staff, great location, nice cleaning ladies too! Me and my friend stayed for a week and I can really recommend this hotel :)
Lovely hotel thankyou very much!
Superhotel, very relaxed and the location is very near to the main station Estacio del Nord. Make sure to get a room with a terrace, its worth it.
Very nice, clean and spacious room with a huge balcony. Its right in the center of Valencia City and near to some major attractions.
A nice centrally located small hotel.I will stay again when in Valencia.
Good location. Its in a busy area so expect some noise, but from the 4th floor the noise was faint, unless you open the balcony doors. Staff is awesome, speaks english and gave great recommendations. I also left something behind after checkout and they had had it packaged and ready for courier pickup!
Very cleen and Nice hotel.Good staff ,we Will be back
A huge minus: We just ended a 2 nights stay, 2 adults and 1 child in room 101. The noise in the room coming from outside was impossible to bear !!! We couldnt sleep most of the night. There was also a lot of noise from breakfast area that was near the room... For 135 euro per night you can for sure find something much better considering that all rooms are street view so you will not find a quite room! Stay away!
A clean, cozy and quiet place.
Great location. Helpful, kind and professional staff. Excellent breakfast. Nice rooms. Very clean.
It’s a good value for money hotel, the location is excellent, the staff is extremely welcoming and nice the rooms are big comfortable and very clean, and the breakfast is great, they just need to invest a little in the beds as they are not very comfortable
Very close to the central train station, nice and clean room and bathroom, care about details. Kind and helpful receptionists. Wide variety of products for breakfast (tea, coffee, fruits, yoghurt, jam, cheese, eggs, jam, croissants...)
the room was clean, but the breakfast not good
Great location! Clean and comfortable rooms. The rooms on the lower floors are a bit noisy from the street downstairs. The hotel is close to the main city square, the railway and subway stations.
Good location but not bery clean...
Great location. Lovely room very clean. Breakfast had a good selection. Staff very helpful and friendly especially in reception
Mediocre hotel, but good location. We had to cut our trip short and tried to call them 5 days early to cancel our last day and they didn’t want to hear the excuse and refused to refund our last day even though we didn’t stay here. There are far better hotel options, don’t bother with this one.
It was a good experience. The hotel was good, with a comfortable room (including the toilette). The breakfast was also enjoyable. Finally the price was right.
A great hotel to stay in in Valencia. Very well located.
Good place, comfort, helpful and in the good position in Valencia
Traveler beware: the claim of A/C is not quite what you might expect on a noisy street. They only run the A/C in the summer, ignoring the possibility of abnormally warm days in the winter months. You may be forced to choose between closing up your room at 23C or higher (with no breezeto escape the noise or leaving you exposed to the noisy street and still no way to get cool air into the room other than to wait and hope. Its interesting to note that the positive reviews on Trip Advisor are all in the summer months when the A/C is working. I think management could get some more positive reviews during the winter season if they paid more attention to the customers comfort. At least provide a fan if youre not going to run the A/C!This Hotel seems to have a following among travelers who consider it to be a good value. But theres a beautiful property a block away, competitively priced, that is head and shoulders above this hotel. The name of that property is the Vincci Lys. Just go there instead!
Nice location and friendly staff but I almost want to take off another star because how terrible our shower was. (I wont because I didnt bring it up with staffThe water would go from lukewarm to scalding hot to freezing cold every 30 seconds. Impossible to safely shower with warm water to relax.
Great location. Spotlessly clean. Friendly staff 😊
A fair priced, clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Positioned in the heart of the old town its a long walk or short ride to the beach while being near all the museums, best restaurants and hubbub of the city centre.
This is our second stay here and probably not the last one. Polite nice staff, decent rooms. But its biggest strength is the location: it is literally situated in the city centre. Everyhing is in a walking distance: restaurants, old city, pubs, clubs, public transport. Highly recommended.
Our 3 nights stay at the Sorolla Centro Hotel was an amazing experience, one of the best accommodation we ever had to explore a city. I would just emphasize the sleep quality, the cleanliness, the helpful and friendly staff.
Cancelled my reservation without sending an email. Called the desk but they were not willing to help or listen. Tip for the management: hire a motivated person, willing to think or help a client with their problem. The guy I spoke to sounded like a demotivated clown.
It is the best place to stay in Valencia for City break! Located in The City Center, close to The metro, in The area with a lots of cafes, bars, restaurants. A little bit noisy but remember this is City Center. For The breakfast go to The bakery or cafe - this one in The hotel is very good but also expensive. If you are The person who needs only Good coffee and sandwich for 2 euro - the bakery will be your choice.
Extremely helpful staff good room lovely breakfast
The rooms were clean, the people were friendly and the location was right in the middle of town. I didnt have breakfast, so I do not know what if was like.
Good location and good room. The street is not accessible by car, so the taxi had to park two streets away. The neighborhood was full of bars, restaurants and cafes. We had lunch at Hard Rock Café because its the safer bet. We stayed there for only one night, but it was really good.
Great place to stay and visit the sites of Valencia. Close to the metro and hope on hop off bus tour , plenty to see and do with an abundance of restaurants on your doorstep.
Beds were the worst I have slept on, because they have purchased the cheapest of mattresses. We booked a double got twin beds. The iron is in the basement , great when you are on the 5th floor, the iron must have cost at lest 5 euro, it leaked, the dial did not correspond with the mark, so could not tell what setting.Hotel was clean, but this is more a hostel than a hotel. We will not be back.
Great hotel, very nice staff but the bad isnt comfortable
I lived in this hotel for almost 40 days. All staff are so friendly and very helpful .. the hotel is very very clean and located in the center for the action every thing needed is just around you. if i go back to Valencia i will not search for another hotel and of course i will recommend this hotel to any of my friends.
I went to do a survey about some diferent alimentary products. The hotel looks outside really good but inside maybe it was a bit dirty. The elevator is slowly. But in general the impresion about the hotel is ok.
Customer service is great, location is great (plenty of good food and bars, and monuments nearby. Beds could be a bit nicer, but otherwise great
Great location in the centre of valencia. Near to metro with direct links to the airport. Had a balcony to relax in the sun, shower was ok. The bed was a little hard for my liking, but otherwise very happy
Decent, noisy as its right in the central area but that was my only issue. Everything else was great
Great area, staff are very nice. beds are a tad uncomfortable though
I love it! All super clean, best city area and people super nice!!! "
The staff at the front desk were awesome. Good sized clean rooms. I will definitely stay here again next time Im in town.
Great spacious clean rooms. Excellent and friendly hotel staff. Everyone speaks Spanish and English. Highly recommended!
