Hotel Sindbad in Multan

I just attend a business seminar.

Sindbad was Sindbad..but now very change ,i am disappointed about the rates and services,i will never again try this hotel,

Serves its purpose. No food/kitchen. No Room Service

Room service was not upto standard. Room upkeep was also not good. But location was very good. Overall good hotel.

It was okay over rated not that much clean even we change 3 rooms because in first room their are insects on the bed and the 2nd have some strange voice from the AC so i can say it was expensive

This could have been a much better rating as the property is on the main road and is quite big in size. However the fact we entered the room and there were cockroaches and mosquitoes was too much to handle. Also the bed cover had stains.

It was great experience being there. Crockery perfectly washed and cover.

Breakfast is not up to the mark. There is no options except breab, butterand omelette and chick peas gravy.

Neat and clean with polite, good staff. However was disappointed to know the hotel doesnt serve coffee at all.

I had a wonderful experience at the Hotel Sindbad. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! This was absolute a big plus.

They dont react to messages if sent on Facebook! Even after seen!! While they have given the option of fb on their Fb. Then after 3 days totally irrelevant response

The hotel is nice. With reasonable prices. Although the services need some improvements. The room service was not that quick. No mini bars in 2 types of rooms we stayed in.The management need some good changes. But over all the hotel is decent enough for the charges.

Not enough staff and a bit uncooperative, some how hygiene but not enough, they charge for facilities not for quality

No heating in winters, warm water only available after long wait of running tap water. Overpriced compared to other decent options very nearby in city.

One of the Old hotel of Multan city it is situated on the old bahwalpur road , very good place to stay , many NGOs organise functions and trainings on this hotel

Our first choice for stay in Multan is always DHA Arena, but as due to covid it was closed so we stayed in sindbad for one day, though room was ok but they charged us 7500 rupees including breakfast and matres, it was single room.with same amount i used to take suit in arena, which consists of two rooms, two large air conditioners/ heating units, two large LEDs, two matres, very nice breakfast buffet, and very large fruit basket.Most of the rooms of Sindbad do not have inverter A/C so no chance of heating in cold weather, however they supply one electric heater, but frankly speaking its good for nothing, room was dead cold we hardly spent night there, blanket on the double bed was so small that it couldnt even cover my ten year son properly.I took room with tub but despite my so many requests, i was not provided the plug to use the tub.On phone they didnt inform me that their restaurant is closed and for food and i will have to order online for food, it was also a big job as no restaurant was taking online order for sindbad, however later on they arranged KFC for us.Breakfast also had bare minimum things, like omelette, pratha, chana and bread," tea "one has to make by him or herself with tea bags.At check out i requested reception to send some one for shifting my luggage but after waiting for almost 30minutes when no one came, i took my luggage by myself, later on i came to know that no one fm reception informed the guy who shifts luggage

The rooms were very nice but I came with a 4 people family and there was only one bed. But no problem we ordered a mattress and slept for the night. The workers were very nice too and helped and provided us with everything. The most annoying thing was that, there was no warm water to bath. Since night we were telling to warm water but there was no warm water. And then atleast late in the morning we got warm water. Only 2 of us bathed. Besides the hotel was great 👍

I have attended a wedding in their marquee. The marquee was good and clean. The bridal room was great and the food was also good but the I don’t like the parking style. The overall experience was good not the best! They were not taking care of SOPs also🙁

Very good, after renovation. In this hot weather of multan, the AC in my room 229 is chilling. Excellent. Courteous staff, quick service.Just a suggestion to put new towels in washrooms

Rooms are good no doubt. But the man on counter offered me complementary breakfast, i asked him for how many peoples, he said for all of you. Now in the morning they are saying no breakfast is included in your package. And also we will not serve you in the room.Poor staff behaviour.I will not stay here next time.

I loved the hotel, its food and services.. All was superb.rooms were very neat and clean.. Furniture and decorations, settings all were excellent... Food was cooked fresh and hygienically.. Staff was Co operative.. Owner himself was a great man..We enjoyed our trip in multan as our decision for staying in sindbad instead of any other hotel was ideal and satisfactory...

High class hotel standards, moderately decorated rooms for price. Added breakfast, very convenient parking, i didnt try the dinner so cant comment about it. Rest of the services were good. I stayed at foreigners block that was quite luxurious. Worth a visit !

Stayed at the Hotel Sindbad, Kaswar Gardezi Road, Nishter chowk، Multan Princes location,Great location except in the room I found a ladies bra behind a chair!Explained this to the front desk, received an apology from the receptionist, expected at least something more for the fact they clearly hadnt cleaned the room correctlyOverall quiet hotel but doubt I would stay again due to this

Used to be a good place but now needs improvement and renovation. Wont suggest until they renovate. A hell lot of noise is created due to some marriage hall construction work. No proper system of water sanitation in washrooms!...

Good hotel in the hart of Multan but the hotel staff needs to training how to deal with Guests.Location is convenient but if somebody want to go out near by to have dinner or lunch cant find good Resturent to have it.This hotel is good for tourists specially for foreigners keeping in view of security measures

It is one of best places to stay in Multan. Its not only about staying, services to be provided inside rooms, lounge, guests refreshments and much small tricky things to make your stay really joyful. Furthermore luxurious rooms and hall with awesome look. I love here.

Stayed 2 nights. Other Multan hotels that accept foreigners are Hotel One and Ramada. Foreigners are given rooms in a separate section, and may be better than those for locals. My room is clean with hot water. No WIFI. Electrical sockets can only take 1 plug at a time, my power strip did not work. Room AC stopped working for an hour. Load shedding? But now it is back on after some calls to reception. No central AC, so corridors stifingly hot. Very limited breakfast selection.As a foreigner, the police will come down and ask you questions about your visit here. Bring business cards as they will want them. I was not allowed to leave the hotel without a police escort.

Multan lacks good hotels when it comes to category A.Ramada is the best option but remains booked out always. Sindbad is a nice option for mid tier however.Rooms were renovated but the management is still the same, no fixed rates, AC doesnt work when the electricity load shedding happens, etc.

Please bring your own toothpaste. Its not included in the room charges 😯😯😯 The breakfast is probably similar to what you would get at a dhaba. In short, this place looks good but its really not. Theres lots and lots of room for improvement. The room doors are ugly to say the least. They are extremely overpriced for what theyre offering. Stayed here once, never again.

For a small city like Multan, this hotel has all the basic facilities that a mid ranged hotel should have. The room was neat and cosy and the bathroom was clean as well. The place is easily accessible and offers complimentary breakfast.

A waste of a good building. Very poorly managed hotel. Written info of my arrival at 8 pm was with reception yet room was not prepared. Casually dressed staff, food was served in an hour (food was tasty anyway). Floor was new, made of shining tiles, but bedroom walls were dirty, lift is out of order. Had arrangement to accommodate driver in a hall but in hot night fan broke down and no alternate arrangement was done so the driver spend the night in car. Our organizations need to understand the importance of service.

The hotel is excellent. I have stayed here many times and have found the staff to be prompt in response to your needs and very courteous in their dealings. Excellent place to spend a few days when you visit Multan. It gives you a very homely feeling and I have come to regard it as a second home. It is a home away from home. The ambiance is simple but pleasing to your eyes. Well done, all at the Sindbad hotel, Multan.
