Its a average hotel. Behaviour of staffs was good. Room service is average.Not up to the mark. Room was clean.Decorations are average. But, view from the hotel room of 7 th floor was nice..But, some times there are too much noise from the road can come.

The rooms had very little space compared to the money we had to pay for the business trip.To be frank and by the words from others, this is ranked as the best hotel in Barishal city. But, things to me could have been a bit better.One good part though was the morning breakfast. They sent it to our hotel room that saved us much time on our busy schedule.As mentioned that this is the best mentioned by many and as I did not visit any other hotels in Barishal, I would recommend u to see other rooms before making your final decision to stay over for the night.

705 room was not clean. There was spider web and dust in the curtains. In bathroom sink tab was broken.

Its good. But room service should be developed.

The complementary includes 3ruti, egg, vegetables, 500 ml water & tea.

Its very simply hotel, however if there are no seat to others good hotel, can select this.

Fraud, 2 family rooms booking confirmed before 4 days but rejected after arrival. Offering lower graded room causing not vacant the booked room.

Hotel room was good & location in suitable position in barisal city.hotel stuff also helpfull.but biggest problem is their toilet flash & plumbing system is not working at all. What places customer an embarrassing situation & give lots of trouble.if these was not happen I would have given 5 star to them in review.

The hotel management was so bad. We booked the Vip Suit 10 days ago over telephone but General Manager deny that which was so disapointing. After reaching hotel they fixed a new bed and ac was not working. Not recommended to stay with family. Management should be more careful and improved behavior about customer service. We bound to leave there for another hotel.

One night experience at hotel Sedona international.,........,......................................At reception there is a girl which general behaviour is very unsocial. After that we selected two rooms one for us and another one for our driver. We went to our room and get ready for take shower but shower control handle was broken and water did not come. Complained at reception they said you need to wait one hour that time night was 22:30 hrs still we did not take our dinner. Again call them and said pl change our room otherwise all dining hotel will be closed. They admitted our offer, so again all luggage taken and shifted to another room. Hotel boy and reception did not ask for help.We were sleeping and suddenly waked up with a shouting of a ladies, we checked my watch was 06:30 am. The ladies shouting and telling why you have sold my booked room etc.Such a hotel.Conclusion ... undoubtedly this hotel service is very very bad .....

Compare to others this is the best one at value. They have good rooms at best price food service. But they have to improve on room service. Its below standard.

Their facilities doesn’t meet with price comparison. Rate so much high considering the facilities of room conditions. Other hand, not hospitality. Same of single room and double deluxe. Huge of sound when AC (Mitsubishistart and running. Also geyser condition not good. No any menu and service guidelines in to the room. Fully unprofessional.

Human has no limitation of satisfaction!The 10 stroyed fully commercial building has been well furrnished with common essential items which is required to be a hotel room.But the space of every common room is smaller size which means to me very much disturbing.Choice may very man to man.The hotel provides complimentary breakfast in a small dinning room.wifi avilable.Else nothing everything will be comfortable.

Faol..they say its 3 star like bruh really? Bedsheet stained ,floor dusty, toilet is uncleaned, even didnt feel welcomed here. Had to carry all bags on our own untill 4th floor which is reception. I dont recommend it at all.

Hotel Sedona international is a well known residential hotel in Barisal. It is in Sador Road, Barisal. They have a good reception area, which is very helpful. The hotel has their own conference hall. The staffs are friendly. They have complimentary breakfast. The hotel is easy access from Barisal launch terminal.

Spent one night this year in a AC deluxe room. Room was average to the quality. Worst thing is that they dont have any knowledge about complimentary breakfast. When we asked them about it they informed us they will arrange. Guess what happened! Served with cheapest breakfast with limited plate option. Sigh! I am not staying there anymore.

Clean room with hot water, decent wifi and A/C. Very helpful reception staff that went beyond expectations and helped us a great deal. Very pleasant stay in Barisal.

You have to find some difficulties to the hotel in the busy street of Barishal city as you have to go upstairs for their reception. This hotel starts from the 3rd floor. But their warm reception and hospitality is great. You have to face some problem if you want to park your car because Sadar street of Barishal is one busiest and narrow road. And so far I know Sedona has no parking space which may compel you to face miseries. Dont forget to taste their food at least for single time. Food is so yummy by which you may taste the traditional village food. Standard room quality wont let you think you are boarding in a down graded hotel.

Room is good with great view from balcony. Washroom is also good with hot and cold shower facility. And more than that you can rent it with a very attractive and affordable price.

One of the worst hotel I saw ever. The entrance is confusing. There is no parking to unload your luggage. The reception is at 4th floor which you can access either through a very small lift or stairs. We had to ask to clean our room when we went there. After cleaning the room the bedsheets seemed to be used. We were not offered room in non-smoking floor and strong smell of smokes came through big cracks on the door. The hot water system was confusing (we stayed there during winter). The breakfast was included but the dinning seemed to be used as another room to stay in, very small and dirty. There was not any option for breakfast menu, however the food was fresh.

A great place for comfort and hospitality. Caterimg service is up to date. Free wifi zone in this hotel. Hall room is available for Conference, wedding ceremony and corporate celebrations. Nineth floor is for corporate meeting. Nice view from rooftop will gave a person good at a glance of Barishal city. Kirtonkhola riven can be seen from the windows. Moderately expensive hotel for accommodation.

No more then bed and breakfast,toilet drainage un health very bed air circulation not very clean, specially dining area. Very unprofessional reception stuff. Parking and drop off is unsafe. Only to be used if you are stuck for a room, other wise For me Personally its a complete No No.

Very good hotel in Barishal after Grand Park. Very neat and clean. We stayed in double AC room. Room is tiny but well decorated. Surprisingly no hot water at washrooms.

Luxury hotel. I have no staying experience. I always go sadar road & pass it walking on foot. I need not to stay here. I think it is expensive, and for high class people. But may be it is not the most expensive hotel in Barisal. Grand park is known as the most expensive hotel in Barisal.

Its a lively place. No doubt it us safe. Its very near the Police Station. As its beside the Sadar Road you would get transportation very easily. Its a nice property. Room rent is reasonable. There is complementary breakfast.Biggest and only complain I have is Room Service. Its sub par. Really average room service. They dont clean the room properly and dont change things shoukd be changed everyday. They really need to amp up their service standard.I have observation about their overall cleanliness.But as far the budget goes this is the first choice in Barisal City after Hotel ONE.

One of the best residential hotel in Barisal city. It is situated in Sadar road. It is really cheap according to its service and decoration. lift available. however, it has no restaurant service for meals.

Room decoration was good and it was clean as well, but WiFi was extremely poor and breakfast was not good. You will not get any WiFi signal in your room, but there is a four antenna WiFi router just outside the room.

Room is very clean and almost new. All fittings & furnitures are fine. Service is more than satisfactory, food is good. Room rent is reasonable.

It’s a small scale hotel in Sadar Road. Rooms are equipped with basic service and don’t expect anything fancy.I found the towel pretty dirty.Be sure you carry your own stuffs.Breakfast is ordinary with no option. It’s set.The staffs are noisy & lack of professionalism.Only positivity is the location.

Nice place but bit expensive for budget travelers. Small hotel but arranged with modern comforts. Best part is associates are well mannered, friendly and cooperative. Surely wanna check in next time.

Very nice place, the staff is really friendly. The room is suitable and clean. Breakfast is included. I am a foreigner outside asie and I was been treated here very well. I will recommend this hotel to anyone also foreigners.
