Hotel Sadova in Gdansk

Really good hotel , nice rooms , near to the old town , amazing staff , very good pool and infra red sauna , amazing coffee and very good food.

Great hotel! Would recommend. The air conditioning in the room didn’t work at first but after a call to the reception they fixed it. The breakfast was also nice.

Very nice hotel, situated almost in the center of the city. Clean spacious rooms and a excellent pool/relax area. The restaurant is also very good with great food.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, delicious food. Advantage that hotel has a swimming pool. Although, sauna could be bigger and hotter. Nevertheless, would stay again.

Nice hotel and breakfast was good. But there wasnt trashcan in our room so we had to leave all the trash on the table

Sadova is always my first choice for accommodation in Gdańsk , I’ve been there many times and they never failed.Nothing is too much trouble and all members of staff are always happy to help.Special rewards for customer service to front office team especially Benia, Karolina & Eryk.

Perfect service and delicious food.

Nice and fresh hotel. They have a nice swimmingpool in the hotel. The pool is little small, but good for the childeren. Not the best breakfast. The tram stop is right outside the hotel.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel (family with 2 teenage daughters). The rooms were impeccable with a nice modern bathroom with large shower. Even though we had a street side room and there was a fair going on (St. Dominicsthe room remained quiet.The pool is free to use for guests and is very well kept, plenty of towels are available in the pool area.The location is easy walking distance to the historic center of Gdansk. Parking was easily accessed but if you come late in the evening it is possible that there is no more place, we did find a public parking just across the street when this was the case.

Hi there,thank you for the good time in Gdansk. We stay there from the 26th of july to the first of august. I have only three remarks:No room service within six days ?I asked at reception four or five times. Result: no cleaning. Do you know: Four stars means service. Service means - doing everything that is necessary for the customer. This includes: bed linen is changed every three days.The Restaurant closed spontaneously overnight for two days ?The hotel Sadova is international. Why is information only published in polish?Parking fees.Nowhere is there any information that the parking space costs 40 zloty per night. You can do better. At the Check-in - for example.Everything else was ok. Sometimes, however, a breakfast buffet can be made more varied.In conclusion: a very nice hotel, great location and short distances to the city center.

Overall good experience while staying for 3 nights last week. Nice, modern and clean. Location of it is a huge bonus as well. The friendliness of staff thats different story. We only met four members of staff at the reception during our visit but only half of the team has a clue how important is the body language and full professionalism. Well done to Szymon and lovely blond short hair lady which I dont know the name of. You Guys making a masive difference over there smiling when engage with customers. Hope to see you two again soon.

Me and my partner stayed in Sadova hotel last month for a few nights. Hotel is modern and clean and great located,reception staff was nice and helpful. Only one thing wasnt great the breakfast staff attitude. Theyre were so rude and grumpy...part of it its a great hotel.

Nice hotel at a good location. Rooms are clean and comfy. Has a little swimming pool and a gym and the breakfast is realy good.

Good size rooms and very clean. Modern hotel with a pool if you want to have a swim. Breakfast is Fabulous and very rich. Location of the hotel is convenient with a bus stop in 2 walking or 10 walking to the very center of Gdansk. We probably use this hotel again in our next visit to the city.

I stayed in Hotel Sadova for 2 nights during a weekend trip with office colleagues, as an when we entered in the hotel we received a warm welcome, proper guidance and support at the hotel reception.The interior and decoration of the room is very-very comfortable, good location and highly spacious also bathroom and toilets are very clean and spacious, you can compare these facilities with 5 Star hotel.Not only the rooms the complete hotel is very beautifully decorated. the staff is very polite, helpful and understanding which is rare in ground staff apart from the reception staff.During your stay you can enjoy amenities like gym, swimming pool, sauna, breakfast in a big dinning area the hotel with good quality of drinks & foods and there is a separate area dedicated to bar which will be on till mid-night.I will definitely recommend others and choose to stay at this hotel for my next trip in Gdansk.

Hotel Sadova is a great place to stay, great food, the staff are very professional and friendly too. The hotel is situated just outside old town Gdansk around a five minute walk to all the great sights of Gdansk. I would recommend this place highly.

This hotel has been well maintained, it seems. It has a modern feel with smart building / energy saving in mind. Rooms are not necessarily spacious but theres just enough room. Breakfast seems to have plenty of options for everyone. Service is pretty good.

Fantastic hotel located just a few minutes walk from the old town. The breakfast was incredibly good with lots of options to chose from. We used the swimming pool and sauna which was free of charge which also was a pleasant experience. Overall the hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly.

I went here with my fiance, mom and her boyfriend about 2 years ago. I was surprised upon arrival that this is just 4 star hotel because everything was just so perfect. We were astonished by professional service, quality of the food and its price. Definitely worth recommending.

The hotel was not too expensive and located just beside the city centre with walking distance to pretty much everything. The breakfast was amazing. Beds a bit small (140cmof you take a standard double room. Otherwisw the room was nice and clean. There is also a nice pool as well as a small sauna and a small gym. The gym is basically bikes, treadmills and a rowing machine. Staff was friendly. Girlfriend also booked a massage and was very satisfied. Overall a really great hotell!!!

One of the best 4 star hotel in Old city of Gdansk and everything historical things are very close to this hotel. Well furnished room and 24 hours service. You can get discount in the group of people.

Very poor service at reception and in the restaurant. Nothing mean about it, they are oblivious and have zero desire to please. Think Faulty Towers but without the sense of irony. Really, really poor service, would not recommend, you’re likely to do better in a youth hostel.

Nice hotel in an up and coming area of town. Rooms were big and modern. The pool and spa facilities were quite when we used them. Minutes away from the old town.

Had a lovely stay at Hotel Sadova in February this year. Could not fault the room, impeccably clean and well equipped. We used the leisure facilities and loved them after eventually finding them. The signage was a little misleading. The highlight was the meal we had in the cider garden on our last night. The seafood pasta I had was definitely the best meal of the trip and washed down with homemade cider! Excellent. The location was a little outside of the main drag but we enjoy a nice walk.

Very nice hotel. Good foid and nice service. However spa is on low level but there is. Shower should be better maintenced. Overall very good.

Fantastic, clean and modern hotel. Stayed here for 2 nights. Room was fairly spacious and quite modern. Also decorated to a high standard. It was on the 4th floor but we didnt hear any noise from other rooms and from outside. Hotel is a 5-10min walk from the city centre. Facilities include a small gym, swimming pool and sauna. Swimming pool clean and never very busy. Gym small but okay. Food and services were great as well. Highly recommended this hotel.

Stayed here for an extended weekend. A very new and modern hotel close to town centre and attractions. Rooms were nice and clean. Good breakfast included. Spa facilities and pool. We had everything we needed and would sure like to return for future visits. If you go from the airport I recommend to use taxi as the public transportation is a bit complicated to get here the first time. Takes only half an hour and fares are reasonable: around 12 euros.

Good location and nice spacious rooms. The spa zone didn’t meet our expectations. Ok level of service and cleaning.

Lovely hotel near the town centre. Approx 5-10min walk i it town. Modern interior. Spa facilities to use free of charge. Only negative would be the size of the beds which were tiny which led to two bad nights sleep. Therefore only 3 stars as sleep in my opinion is the most important factor when staying in a hotel.

Beds too small, service not really good, SPA has only capacity for 2-5 persons and overall just a bad experience. 1 Star for its good location

Beautiful lobby, cozy swim area,small room and bed but clean, we were compensated dinner by the hotel manager for the rude attitude of the receptionist, excellant restaurant overall it was okay.

Very good hotel with very friendly staff and big, well furnished and clean rooms. Very good food at restaurant with especially good beef tartar. Only minus is that there is only one sauna room (infrared). Pool is not big but clean and good for kids to play. Very good location few minutes walk from old town.

Beautiful hotel. Clean and tidy rooms with a very nice looking bathroom. Cleaning staff was always on time, efficient and very polite. The rest of the staff was flawless when it came to service overall. They Were always helpfull, and glad to assist in any guidance about the Town and/or information about the hotel or special personal needs. The highlight about the hotel is definetively the restaurant, in which has some of the most Amazing service one can offer. The Food, a level of its own. The breakfast have a lot of variety, and is as Good as expected.Yes, the rooms are a litle warm and beds probably harder then one Would have expected, but that is for me a minor bagatelle that can easily be fixed with an open window and a softer madrass.All in all a high class hotel

It was an okay stay, but it did have a few minor mishaps that could’ve made it better. Like having slippers in the room, a hook for bathrobes... very annoying night light that you can’t turn off without taking all electricity, the room was very hot, and one of the heaters was slightly broken, air con not the best, housekeeping sometimes not done at 5 pm, and so on... also lots of drunk people (some drinking by the poolduring our stay. Probably wouldn’t stay again, unless getting a good deal. It’s clean and comfortable, which is of course most important.

First impressions when arriving at this hotel was very good.We arrived very late and the staff were still vrry forthcoming and friendly.Instantly upon going further into the building after checking in we were met with stylish furniture and well designed rooms.Our room was elegant and quite nice, cleanliness in this hotel is absolutely fabulous, very good! Standard room.The beds were a little hard, but not too much so, bathroom is sized perfectly for two.We made use of the in-house massage offer, twice, they were very skilled and quite strong masseurs, did wonders.Breakfast had a great selection, many different types of bread to choose from and pretty much any covering you could want was present.Stopped by the hotel bar once as well, statisfied with the service and selection here as well.The hotel lies close to the old town and constantly has taxies outside it incase you dont want to walk, there is also a grocery store a mere 150 meters away, with a 6-7 min walk to the main tourist area of Gdansk and the resturants/shops this hotel is a heartwarmingly recommendatiom from me, very quiet location yet very central.Absolutely using this hotel again if coming back to Gdansk

10 minute easy walk to the Old Town. Reliable WiFi. Good breakfast. Limited but decent gym (no free weights, just Cardio machines). The entire place is almost brand new. All in all a great value.
