The water glass contained cigarette Ash. The quilts were uncovered. No wifi. Only cash. Not interested in going there again.

Mr Shankar the receiptionist was really a nice fellow who helped me in all respect. Room attendant was a very friendly guy. I enjoyed my stay in the hotel.Happy indeed.

Its a nice hotel with separate resturent and bar. Its safe, moderate ly clean and hygienic and tariffs are quite legitimate. I stayed here several times and overall satisfied.This service is an absolute value for money.

The price of food is very high, please go and eat outside.

Looks awesome from outside, average inside. Location is great. No mineral water, no food.

The rooms are not maintained , linen, furnitures are dirty, mosquito issue is there but no net was provided. Fan refuses to rotate hence the room was hot. Restaurant was descent. I paid 1000/- for a non AC room, but it doesnt worth. The only Plus point is the location.

The location is amazing but the rooms are ok. The bar cum restaurant is ok ok.

If I talk about the safety features & the behaviour of the hotel stuffs, the hotel is gd abt that..bt the rooms are not that gd according to the price..

Hotel 🏨color design not good

Good place for staying and exploring the city of Siliguri. Ac and non acs are there. Non ac 3 beds ranges from 950 to 1300. Nearby cosmos mall and kalyan jewelry.

Rooms are outdated,not well maintained, poor fooding service.As situated at main road site must be at its best level but needs lots of improvement.

Nice budget hotel on Sevok road at the heart of Siliguri. They dont accept online booking. Staffs are nice. The design of the hotel and rooms are a bit old fashioned. Parking area is available. Restaurant is ok and the hotel has its own bar and foreign liquor shop.

Although the location is good, you will regret staying here. The rooms are very dirty and stinks. It has a in-house bar and restaurant which is ok. Would prefer other options at the given price.

Wrost hotel experience... Rooms and washroom are very dirty. It was a nightmare to be on this hotel. Just stayed for a couple of hour and thats it. Staffs are so unfriendly. Especially one middle age person in the reception. I was in a 8 days tour. And this was my last hotel. Almost ruin the whole experience.

Visited the bar n resyaurant... not upto expectation... dirty tables, slow service, food not so good

We stayed for a night.It is walking distance from the cosmos mall.The room was economic but not well maintained.The blanket was very smelly.The staff out there would constantly knock on our door asking if we needed anything, to the point where it got very annoying ,even after we said we will call for room service if we needed anything.The same thing happened in the morning.Finally when we left the staff forcefully asked for tip which was very unprofessional and irritating.I wouldnt stay there unless its an emergency or if your on a budget.There is an axis ATM right at the entrance as well.

Good Banquet Hall with elevator facility.... But the dining space is not that specious.... Easy accessible from Haiderpara main road, Eastern bypass and Sevoke and....

That place is quite good but the road near that place is extremely crowded.if u wants to go there from venus more it will take near 35-40 minutes just to cover only 3km..😢

It is very nice and I think it is safe for family staying. Though the stuffs are little bit rude. Food prices are high. The bar area is kept separately. The rooms and bathrooms here are really very clean.The location is superb. Many exam centres are near by this hotel.

Quite good palace, but plug is far from bed.So cant use mobile during charging.

Average. Rooms are very old. U can see cracks in the wall & its painted over it. TV is of Box type which is not usually seen now a days. Restaurant is average but costly with concern to their quality.

This hotel is at a prime location near Cosmos Mall.Food is delicious, with accurate dose of spices and it offers variety.The service is very good, the staffs are polite and professional.Rooms are spacious with proper air conditioner.Overall very good experience.They do all ID verification which is good. You can hire a cab or auto or car from here to Bagdogra or NJP.

Location and comparatively cheap food is the only plus point for people who have to be around there.The attendants are available on short notice but dont expect them to be disciplined.Avoid ordering food later than 9.30pm at night.
