Bewertungen total übertrieben!!!Kurz zusammengefasst:Kleines Hotel, wenig Ausstattung, Zimmer und Bad klein, Lage ok, aber sauber, Frühstück war einfach aber es hat nichts gefehlt. WLAN sehr gut, Parkplatz umsonst.Ist eher ein Durchreisehotel, Preis Leistung ganz klar sehr gut, woanders zahlt man das dreifache.Kann ich empfehlen für Kurzreisen. War erst skeptisch aber ich habe viel Geld gespart und der Aufenthalt war besser als hier beschrieben wird.

Aujourd’hui le 8 septembre, ce matin très bel accueil avec le responsable qui était là. Mais cette nuit nous sommes arrivés à 1h, chambre propre hôte très jeune et va et vient de voiture et bruit sur le balcon avec des fumeurs de !!!!Nous nous arrêtions souvent dans cet hôtel qui a perdu notre confiance.

Hotel dla smerfów mało miejsca śmierdzi i strasznie. Łazienki tak małe że majtek ciężko nałożyć.

Je kan slapen en douchen verder moet je hier niets van verwachten. Niet langer blijven dan nodig.

Sehr schockierend!!!! NICHT EMPFEHLENSWERT!!!!!Sehr schmutzige Zimmer.Verschimmelte Duschen, Zigaretten Duft und Löcher in den Decken der Nichtraucher Zimmern, Türen sind nicht richtig zu schließen und es ist wahnsinniger Lärm. Für mich definitiv das erste und das letzte mal. Selbst für den Preis nie wieder!!!!!!Hätte ich keinen Stern geben können, hätte ich definitiv keinen gegeben!!!

Ideaal om laat te arriveren en vroeg weer te vertrekken. Gehorige kamers en niet al te schone badkamer. Ontbijt is prima.

Very smal room with no aircond. Building needs to be renavated.Public and guestst are questionable.....Breakfast was surprisingly good.Receptionist was friendly.

Needed place to stay for a night but most were fully booked. This was cheap and available. You get what you pay for. No fridge, air-condition or water boiler in the room.

I booked through the booking.com but they canceled my reservation without my knowledge and they didn’t inform me when I reached hotel then only I knew that and the staff was very unprofessional and they do not take responsibility of the cancellation and finally I fight with them and leave so that my trip was messed because of the hotel staff …. Very bad experience ever hopefully future customer will miss from them

Je krijgt waar je voor betaalt, niet veel maar het is dan ook niet duur.Het is ook meer een motel dan een hotel. Je stapt vanaf buiten (begane grond of galerij 1e en 2e verdiepingmeteen je kamer in.Kamer is niet zo groot, wel schoon. Weinig stopcontacten. Geen nachtkastje of plankje o.i.d.Alles is alleen behoorlijk gedateerd/lelijk/oud. De trap naar boven is aan de onderkant aangeraapt/dichtgesmeerd en niet meer afgewerkt. Tevens de kamer: er zitten waarschijnlijk gaten dicht gesmeerd, is alleen nooit meer afgewerkt/geschilderd. De douche/toilet/wastafel-ruimte is van een soort roze plastic en klein. Wastafel en plastic plaatje boven de wastafel/over het tl-balkje heen hebben barstjes erin. Is wel enigzins normaal bij oud plastic...De verlichting in de kamer bestaat ook uit 1 grote tl-bak in de hoek van de kamer, en 1 klein wandlampje een stukje verderop. Niet echt gezellig. Ook geen plafondlampje of lampjes boven het bed. Bed is hard maar dat vind ik niet erg. Klein opklapbaar tafeltje bijna in de hoek van de kamer met een stoel, daarnaast de open kledingkast met loszittende achterwand...Wel t.v. (Franstalig, geen Nederlands of Engelsen wifi.En het hotel bevind zich midden op een industrie/winkel-gebied. Ik heb daar weinig last van gehad, qua geluid van verkeer e.d. Maar wel weer redelijk in de buurt van het centrum van Luik (3 Km).Conclusie: zoek je een goedkope slaapplek om de stad Luik o.i.d. te bezoeken of als tussenstop/overnachting voldoet dit hotel/motel.Wil je echter een mooi hotel met mooi uitzicht in het midden van de stad dan moet je deze niet hebben.

Excellent rapport qualité-prix, très propre, réceptionniste très familiale et souriante.Attention, je note 5 étoile par rapport à ce genre de motel, ce nest en aucuns cas un hôtel de luxe.Leurs prix et la propreté est excellente pour ce rentre dendroit, avec sanitaires privés.Bien mieux quune Formule 1 qui joue dans la même catégorie.

THIS IS NOT A HOTEL! Terrible!!! I am freezing and the heating is not working in the room (if you can call it room at all). The room walls are so cold and direct beton like in a Russian prison maybe if you have seen it in the movies. The bathroom and toilet smaller than in the train. Simply ridiculous expensive for such hole. Most of the rooms cost 49€ but it doesn’t worth it. Location is extremely far from the centre of Liege, you must change two buses to get here and then walk 10-15 minutes. When you open the door room is extremely small, you will be shocked, interior terrible and bathroom catastrophic.

Tiny rooms, even smaller bathroom, stunk of cigarettes in the room, paper thin walls and so noisy, had to sleep with TV on to drown it out.

Perfect to stay in for a good value getaway. Breakfast is available and near to lots of other places to visit.

The place is basically uninhabitable. Rooms are cramped, but worst of all, you can hear everything that goes on outside of the room, making it difficult to get a decent nights sleepIve stayed in cozy three star hotels that are much less expensive than this.

Very bad Service very rude stuff i paid for hotel everything on track well at 3:00 am in the morning with 3 kids the gived my room to someone else they said to me wait till 11 am to other room become free wich i did cancel I had to continue my journey back to Germany please do not waste your money or time you don’t know how bad they are special if you speak English No one will understanding your language

Awful place. Noisy rooms with people walking around all night. Someone tried my door 4.00am. Avoid this place.

we stayed for one night. We really dislike the narrow french beds (1,40m for 2 peopleand therefore booked a room with a double bed and a extra single bed.On arrival we nevertheless got a room with only the small fake-double-bed.Moreover, the bathroom sink emitted a very disgusting smell all the time. Coffee in the morning was a stomach-emptier. After getting one gulp, I removed the cup and switched to tea, instead.The best I could say: It was clean.

Basic but clean ita ok if you just want to sleep and the staff are helpfull and understand English

Cheap, cheerful and all you need for a few hours sleep. Were on the way to Spa for the F1 Grand Prix and this was the only place that could accommodate us. Rooms are small and basic, the shower and toilet are a built in unit and there are European 2 pin sockets. Shower is a bit cramped and low pressure, but for €26 a night what do you expect?! Literally all you need!

Small, noisy rooms filled with smell of smoking (even pillows and blankets). You can hear every step and sound from the corridor - no sleeping at all. My worst hotel "experience" ever.

Awful. Rundown and in need of refurb, had to change room as first one was just, well, rotten eggs smell better. Not slot else to say that hasnt already been said on negative reviews.

Cheap and cheerful. A few minor bugbears but can’t fault it for the price. Quite far from local amenities however, unless you like Mcdonalds.

It was an okay stay. I was with a group of five people. We checked in, left most of our heavy luggage and went on spending the day outside in thr nature. Later that day, we had dinner on the room, one gentlemen came and informed us we were using too much elexctricity (2 wall sockets, 2 phones chargingso we were thinking it was to check why there was so much talking in 1 room.But the others had booked different rooms, which were on the 2nd floor.So besides the bullcrap talk about an over usage of electricity, the stay was okay. Beds slept not great, but after a day hiking it was comfortable enough. For reasonable pricing too! About 50 euros a night. (Without breakfast)

Descent place for its price range

Clean room, basic bed and really thin pillow, pod type bathroom. Wi-fi, and basic breakfast at a reasonable price. Ok as a night before the F1 race day.

Excellent staff

Good service of all personal. Good and little rooms and bathroom for a VERY, very budget variant. Good service to make reservation of taxi and taxi services. I must emphasize the breakfast was meager.
