Agradecemos a Víctor, Adrian, Marthita,los chicos del bar que nos hicieron muy amena la estancia en el hotel, gracias chicos por sus atenciones son increíbles sigan así, José y Manuel en el restaurante y a Carlos por siempre estar atento de la seguridad del hotel, muy bonito solo le falta mantenimiento y hacer algunas mejoras, lástima que vaciaron la alberca antes de irnos, no lo descuiden el lugar es encantador. Nos llevamos un pedacito de Agua prieta y mi México hermoso en nuestro corazón. Mil gracias por todo!!!

Volví ala semana se me olvidó una tablet la tenían en recepción esperando la reclamará con toda mi información de cuándo me registre no apunte mi teléfono por eso no llamaron me la entregaron. Del hotel recomendadisimos!

La habitación se siente fria porque no está alfombrada, algunos cuartos tienen la cama de piedra y los minisplits de ventana son muy viejos y no sirven bien

Lamentablemente no hay muchas opciones en Agua Prieta y es por eso que debes quedarte ahí. Colchones viejos, ruidosos, ropa de cama y toallas viejas y rotas. El precio es similar a hoteles de cadena qué sin duda te brindan mejor experiencia y amenidades.

Fuimos a desayunar y el buffete no tenia mucha variacion de comida ni de fruta se supone que es a las 7AM nosotros fuimos a las 7 1/2 y tenian muy pocas opciones del desayuno sorry

Never stayed at the hotel but the restaurant has good food and fast service. On Sunday they have a buffet.

Pedi un cuarto para desavilitado y me mandaron al 3er piso y no tiene ELEVADOR! lograron darme en el 1er piso porque le dije al chico q había reservado uno de esos, el cuarto estaba limpio pero no tenia agua caliente, ni sevia la llave para habrir el agua,,muy mala experiencia la estrella q le doy es porque estaba limpio el cuarto y el restouran estaba bien, le dije al checkar salida q no servi y ni siquiera dio disculpa o algo parecido.

Muy buen hotel, buena cocina en el restaurante y no me tocó entrar al bar pero se miraba muy bien el lugar. Quizás el único detalle que por eso no le pongo las 5 estrellas es que hubo una atención de un mesero un poco mala.

Todo muy limpio y cómodo. Solo un tache, el bar que tienen en medio de las habitaciones con la música a todo volumen, llegamos a las 12 de la noche de un largo viaje y muy cansados y no pudimos dormir con la música sonando hasta horas de la madrugada. Definitivamente tiene una mal ubicación el bar

Santo Venado RestaurantFood was average, and the service was actually very bad for the type of restaurant they claim to be.They took a while to take our order and bring drinks to our table, They also forgot our appetizers so we had to cancel them because the main dishes came up first.Not impressed.

Loved the rooms we got. We got 2 rooms with double beds. Heaters worked great and were greatly appreciated because of the climate of agua prieta these days. Only thing is there is a bar like down stairs that love to party 😂😂 Im not complaining if you are a party person this is great for you. If you are a person that. Read to be up and going by 6am is still good just turn on the tv and you are good to go

Good and clean rooms, it has avaliable and restaurant with a an excellent / lot of different mexican plates, food . Also, its offer a bar where you can relax everything in a friendly environment. Very affordable prices

I loooooooove your waffles they are the best part of my visits to AP however the last time I was here your waffle maker was broken 😭😭😭💔💔💔😞. Pancakes are still delicious but its just not the same as the waffles 😞🤤🤤

I went to the Hotel Plaza because there was a birthday party for one of my parents friends. Everything was great. It was such an open place so there was a bunch of tables and there was even enough space for a mariachi band. If you needed to take a little breather or wanted some privacy you can walk up stairs and walk out to the balcony. It was great and I recomend if you want to have a party of some sort

My mom loved all about it she said it tastes like real Mexican food and i loved the drink which was choco milk

Dont get me wrong the hotel is very nice the food is great.... the only bad thing I have to say about this place is that they gave me a room right on top of the bar and the music was so loud!! Called the front desk three times to ask at what time does the bar close or if theres any way they can lower the volume of the music and the front desk guy just said he didnt know at what time the bar closed and that there wasnt any other room available away from the bar area.... music didnt stop until 2 am. I couldnt sleep after a long drive from LA and now I have another long drive to Zacatecas without any sleep because of their inconsiderate loudness!!! First and last time Im EVER STAYING HERE!!!

Nice people awesome stay

One of the best hotels in Agua Prieta. Ive been staying in this hotel three days out of the week for a couple of months now. This place has a very nice restaurant, bar and pool. There is also a small gym. The hotel is normally booked up with foreigners on business trips. It is relatively quite. I always get a good night sleep.
