Buen estado del hotel. Mala atención de la recepcionista. No pude probar los desayunos. Alquilamos habitación con doble cama grande pero quedan justas. Céntrico. Único inconveniente para parquear si viene en coche.

A beautiful hotel, rooms and lobby gives you a good feeling. Great staff with excellent cleaning everyday.I especially liked the courtyard, a small natural haven right in the city.Great location, it is quiet but still just a few steps from the city centre.Highly recommended!

Definitely the best non-corporate type hotel we have stayed at in Cuenca. The owner and staff were exemplary, and the furnishings were top notch. Two parking lots right across the street, and the breakfast was great every morning.

Es muy limpio y bonito el lugar, lo malo es que no tiene parqueadero pero de allí desde 25 dólares te dan buen servicio y desayuno incluído, aunque la verdad últimamente ya no tienen el servicio top, debe ser porque la dueña ya no está trabajando personalmente allí, es una pena pero las habitaciones son bonitas, y tienen un jardín muy bello.

Local é muito aconchegante, bem localizado e limpo. A única ressalva é o horário do café da manhã (7h30 - 9h).

Hermoso hotel en pleno centro de Cuenca

Es un hotel muy cuidado, bonito y la calidad precio es casi perfecta. Casi perfecta porque porque apenas hay una persona para atender a los clientes y para arreglar las habitaciones, aún así las habitaciones quedan limpias y arregladas. También hay desayuno lo que en mi estancia no lo aproveché, ya que solo me hospedé por un día. El hotel queda cerca de las partes culturales interesantes por ver, cómo son la catedral nueva, el puente roto, el río etc. El personal muy amable y conoce los Insiders de Cuenca. Cualquier duda por los tours que se ofrecen pregunten al personal, ellos siempre conocen algo más barato. Un lugar muy recomendable.

Our first impression of this hotel was the kind host, Victor, who speaks excellent English and was extremely helpful answering all our questions. Also, the beautiful entrance to the hotel and the decor. The rooms were very clean with hot water in the sink and shower. My two brothers and I had two rooms in this hotel. The ambience was lovely as was Victor’s wife and family.

If you are in Cuenca, this should be your place. First class hot shower, super clean rooms, directly in the center and near the main streets and attractions. Plus, you wont find any friendlier people then the owners. Absolute recommendation.
