Nice hotel for Room amd Food in Ajmeer

Third class hospitality rude staff rooms were not cleaned, water comes out of bathroom & smelling bad in whole hotel they dont have proper staff for management specially the short hair lady at reception was too rude

Hotel cleaning & servicing was very good , their staff behaviour are very polite & decent. Their are very good room space & very calm & protective weather of this hotel

For middle class family its fine and hygine .But it can be much better if they can improvise there services.Providing fresh towel and soap for customer it has to be compulsory. But they are not doing it like other hotels .But you can get very safe parking.And helpful staff members over there.

We booked this hotel for family stay through goibibo. They did not let us check in because my husband had local ID as he was staying at ajmer few years back and we came to finalise a property deal. This hotel had nothing mentioned on their policy that they do not accept local IDs. Moreover they could clearly see that we are a family but the receptionist and other staffs were highly rude and unprofessional. I will never ever advice this hotel to anyone. Thanks to goibibo they arranged a different hotel for us in 30 mins and also refunded back partial amount as a voucher to use next time because of the hassle we had faced. I booked this hotel seeing the reviews but now i doubt if all the positive reviews are genuine or not.I was unable to reply to you Ankit so adding here. The Govt rules that you are talking about precisely mention that on goibibo site as well and do not mislead the guest. And train to staffs how to behave they are highly unprofessional. Am happy that we did not get to stay there and never gonna recommend anyone as well.
