This is a beautiful, comfortable, relaxed hotel in an incredibly nice location. Youre off the beaten path, but only barely. Quick options for exploration and tourism nearby, great places to eat, a canal right outside, and a large area inside the hotel grounds.Service was excellent and easy to get a hold of hence their attentiveness. Moreover, all areas were spotless and beautifully decorated.Great experience, would go again.

Gorgeous hotel, bright both modern and luxurious while still maintainability rooted in the golden era of a grand hotel. Act like you own the place and you will be treated as if you actually did, understated perfection at its best

Our stay with Hotel Palace Luzern was a pre-extension stay as part of our booking with a Viking river cruise. This is a beautiful hotel. We were very glad that we were given a room overlooking the lake. Magnificent view. Breakfast is great, service and attentiveness of the staff is great. Room is very clean. Can be walking distance to downtown. Hotel provides bus pass if you prefer to take the bus. I highly recommend when in Lucerne.

Its a pricey place but its one hell of an Hotel absolutely perfect and beautiful.. 👍

The restaurant is one of the view places not crowded and still the best view on the lake.

Amazing hotel.

Palace Luzerne is about US$600/night, so pricey but most things in Switzerland are rather pricey. Hotel has great views from the rooms and I always felt every member of the staff was always more than helpful.I have stayed at a lot of 4-5 star hotels in Europe and the showers and bathrooms were always tiny. Big bonus for palace Luzerne was the full sized shower and the nice roomy bathrooms. Also, the hotel has a nice cigar lounge with a good selection. About it thing bad to say besides the price is the room AC is not very strong. Had the AC on Max output for 3 days straight and still did not get very cold in the room.

Highly recommend this hotel. It has absolutely everything one could wish in a 5-star hotel. Everything from the entrance to the hotel until the bathroom in the rooms has been planned with great details. Guests might notice that the owners have not only invested money, but also time and passion into this hotel.

Great location, nice rooms, but they have too many policies that arent clear regarding extra bed for kids and extra fees which took us a long time to checkin.

The experience was spectacular. from the moment we came in, the service was magnificent. We went for a walk to check the view and the hotel concierge gave us umbrellas in case it drizzles. had dinner at the Restaurant Marlin, and the food and service was amazing. If given the time, we will definitely go back.

Wanted to have a coffee and cake outside at lake side. No service or greetings for over 20 minutes for us. Others were served in the meantime. Complained and went to another place where we felt welcome.

This is an outstanding hotel, offering the best of Swiss hotel hospitality in an unspoiled location by the lake, yet within walking distance of the city. If you stay in order to enjoy the music festival, its worth an extra few francs to take the boat across to the concert hall.
