Great little hotel in the heart of the city. Close to the train station. Rooms nice and clean. Staff helpful.
Nice and clean hotel, perfect for our family of five🥰
A pleasant stay, our room was clean, and the location is excellent.
Expedia cancelled my booking and did not notify me. Imagine traveling from Canada all the way to Nice to find out that you have no place to stay having 3 kids with you. I did not get to try this hotel but they were so helpful and understanding!!! Gentlemen at the reception called other hotels to find us a room for same days and made sure they charge what I was suppose to pay. I am so grateful to this hotel and would definately recommend it if you want best service!
Cheap and cheerful. Perfect location for walking to old town and getting the tram. 5 minute walk to the train too for going further outside of Nice. Clean and tidy rooms which were spacious enough for a week. Typical European style hotel breakfast.
Good hotel. Clean and friendly staffs.
We booked this hotel for 92€ which is an absolute steal in Nice. Perfect location being close to the train station so we had an easy trip with our baggage. Staff were friendly, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was hot.Con: the room was tiny so for 2 people with luggage it was a bit uncomfortable. However, hopefully you arent staying in the room other than sleeping.Super cons: the walls are paper thin and you can hear the person next door close their mini-fridge at night, plus of course anytime someone talks next door. The stores across the street got deliveries at night so the trucks were super loud.A note is that you should ask the reception if the airport transfer fee is fixed (they told us it was fixed at 35€). The driver then tried to charge us 40€ which was unpleasant.Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel if youre on a budget or even just not wanting to spend more than you need to in Nice. It was super comfortable being in a safe hotel, you just have to know that the room will be small and you should bring earplugs.Oh also the 9€ breakfast was convenient but you can definitely tell that the croissants dont come from a fresh bakery. We still bought the breakfast and are happy we did.
Good hotel near the station. Very friendly were the guys in the reception.
We stayed there 4nighst in May 2022. WiFi was out of order 3days!Carpet in room must remember Charles de Gaulle - old, dirty, quite disgusting. The bathroom was so small,I had to comb my hair in the room. The only positive point is the location near to Nice Ville train station and Thiers tram station.
Very frendly stuff.Good location.Very clean. Rooms and toalet was quite small but sufficient
The hotel is clean, the staff is very friendly, towels changed daily. It was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was the same every day, but good and enough. The hotel is close to the train station and the tram station, which helps you have a great holiday.
We were here for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay very much. This hotel is located right next to train station and also very easy to reach the main shopping street and plenty of restaurants. We can also walk to the old town or beach in 20 mins. The room itself is very clean and bed is cozy. The staffs here can speak great English and are willing to help.Really friendly and accommodating staff, make you feel really welcome.Excellent value!Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
250 euros for one night is way too expensive versus the standard of the hotel !The location is perfect though, 1mn walking from the train station : its perfect when youre in transit !The room is clean and the bed is great !
A quiet hotel in rue Alsace Lorraine 5 minutes walk down from Nice railway station. Kind and helpful managers.
The hotel was perfect and it completed our stay in Nice. The staff was very friendly and always greeting one when going out or coming back. They made sure that the room stayed clean but didnt have to change the sheets every day (which is better ecologically). We had a big room (we were fourand plenty of space. The hotel is also not far from the main road of Nice (Jean Medecinand at about 15 minutes by foot from the beach. We loved it!Thank you again!!
Very nice location, 3min on foot to central station. Staff very polite, they let us early check in, arranged taxi, gave tips for Nice. Rooms are big enough and cleaned daily. The wifi has to improve.
After my train from Nice had been cancelled, this place was so nice just to relax and unwind from the stress of the day. Very close to the station. The staff were so nice!!! The room was clean too. I found no problems with the facilities, they were great. Thank you!
We went on vacation to the French Riviera, and stayed for five nights at the three-star Hotel Paganini, located in the center of Nice, which is particularly remembered for its proximity to the main train station (and within walking distance of the main attractions. Big time - reasonable breakfast, clean rooms, Kind and professional staff, on the rooms: There are 35 non-smoking guest rooms at the Hotel Paganini include: Double Room Single Room Triple Room Family Unit Studio Unit All rooms feature a shower, safe, hairdryer and telephone. Refrigerator in the room Some important points about the room: the room It was small, with a double bed. The bathroom had a shower, and the hotel provided shampoo, bath soap. The shower water is constantly hot, the room is not so bright. There are some lamps, but no central ceiling lamp. Although there is a large window, I still felt The lighting is not so satisfying. The level of cleanliness is high. There was a feeling that the cleaner went through our room every day. The electrical outlets are like we have in the country and are in accessible places. The safe works great. The noise level in the room is good. And we didnt hear the noise because of the insulating glass in the window. Besides, the stay in the room was quiet but we heard noises from the hall. Breakfast at the hotel includes breakfast, which is served buffet style from 7:00 AM. Cons: Room size. Small but we got a little lift. Benefits: The quality bedding was very luxurious and made you feel as comfortable as possible at the hotel. Both our room and the common areas of the hotel were very clean. Great service. The staff at the hotel were very kind, kind and professional and helped us with every question and problem. Whats Near Hotel Paganini? Great location near Nice main train station and not far from main attractions. The room seems to be remodeled recently and looks new. The wooden furniture is very nice. However, they didnt change the carpet which looks very dirty and unpleasant. The toilet seat is moving, uncomfortable, and needs to change to a better one. The old-style lift is small and is from last century. Overall, the hotel is fine to stay one or two nights, but I will pay more if I visit Nice again to stay in a hotel with better room and facilities.
The location was great if you wanted to be close to the train station to go to nearby towns such as Cannes, Antibes even Monacco. It is a short walking distance to the tram stop as well. It was so convenient going to and from the airport as the airport bus stop is 2 min away from hotel too! The room facilities were basic but clean, towels were changed daily and the sheets were fresh. The staff were nice and helpful. You can have basic breakfast from the hotel and their coffee was affordable. There was no fridge inside the room but you can use the facilities in the dining hall. The only downside was the weird smell in the hallways.
This is a small hotel very close to the heart of all that is fun in Nice. We stayed here for 2 nights with our small son. The rooms were very clean even though the carpet looked a little outdated. The front desk staff were incredible. While staying in Paris before we found it hard to find English speakers but this is not a problem in Nice at all. Valentina at the front desk welcomed us and gave us a comprehensive map of Nice and what to do there. She was fantastic. In the rooms themselves the toilet is separate from the bath and sink area. There was not much of a view out of the window but that was just fine for a 2 night stay. The rooms are fairly big with was a pleasant surprise. With a short walk you are in the heart of Nice, that beautiful stretch of Avenue Jean Médecin where you can see all the shops and have a great breakfast before ending up on a spectacular stoney beach along the coast of Côte dazur. The only thing that would have made it perfect was a better breakfast. The other reviews said that it was a big breakfast. I believe it is a matter of where you come from. If you are from the West, you know a hotel breakfast is pan cakes and scrambled eggs with various breads and spreads. Cereals and many hot and cold beverages along with many meat etc. This was not that. This was various breads with boiled eggs, Cereal and beverages. If this is your taste then great. If not it may be better for you to skip this breakfast and head out on the Main Street to explore the various types of breakfasts that Nice has to offer. All in all it was a great stay and if you are coming to Nice for a week or less this hotel is a great choice.
Loved our stay at the hotel! Such a friendly and helpful staff. Location was extremely close to the train station, less than five minutes walking. Our room was small but tastefully decorated and furnished. Would stay there again and recommend to friends.
