Hotel POŠTÁR in Trebišov

Kindly personel, pretty nice rooms in modern style. Hotel is situated in beauty peace of eastern slovak nature, as close as Šírava lake is. Just few steps from beds. Breakfast plenty, you can choice from many of kinds of foods. Dinner was realy good, feelin full after it. Wellness meets the demands of the most demanding. I can recommendet this place in each finger.

Visited the restaurant and it was a great experience. Loved the food, the staff was very professional and service was quite quick, even though we arrived during peak hours.

We have stayed for 2 nights on special offer which included breakfast, dinner and unrestricted entry at Thermal Park and Spa world. Clean and design rooms, delicious food. We have enjoyed the different types of pools (thermal, wild river, wavesand saunas with whirlpool and relax rooms. It`s also suitable and fun for family visit. 2 night are as much as good (shorter visit would be not enough, but longer stay too much).One negative from my side: mattress was too stiff for us, but this could be taken as subjective as it differs from person

Smaller than expected but good, I would recommend to buy the ticket for sauna as well, as it could get quite boring in the pools only. They have sauna rituals every hour. Nice addition.

Disappointed. Rooms are clean, we had a suite with lake view- it was specious and big enough for family of 4. We had a massage bed inside- not sure if it was working as the only instruction was in Slovakian language.When it comes to the service- not the best. Front desk is not very helpful. We ate twice in a hotel restaurant- first evening we made far better choices than during our second dinner. When we were the only guests in the restaurant the waiter forgot to put in our son’s order.

If you havent been here you did a big mistake first eat in the hotel restaurant then go for spa. Best thing about it its that in this spa you never hona get the feeling taht it is crowdy

Receptionist was very helpful (printed out tickets, called taxi, well informedeven before I booked the room - professional at its best. New hotel so it looks nice, very clean and generally super comfy. In the price of the room was generous breakfast and full entry to the spa included. Even had a handy bag with slippers, towel and bathrobe to be used at spa, waiting for me in the room.

Pretty small, really young children up to 6-7 years old can have a fun but definitely not for all the day

Thermal water, a lot of pool for children, small children, medium boys and gurls and for adults. Good services, drinks, food, sauna, massage. Nice view on near Vihorlat mountains.

Nice location, reasonble size. Clean and modern. It has pool with artificial waves, whirlwind pool, pool for kids, therma water pool and also outside thermal water pool which is more enjoyable during winter times. The floor gets really slippery at certain spots so I recommend to use flip-flops. It is possible to get accommodation in nearby hotel. Lots of parking spaces. Prices are bit steep for my taste.

Perfect place to chill out all year round, kids friendly with spacious rooms, though theres no gym or cardio available.

Five stars hotel and great soa services

Probably the best hotel in East Slovakia, for sure in Zemplinska Sirava and Michalovce town surroundings. Great concept of wellness hotel & spa, combined with excellent cousine, kind staff and well-managed services.

Fantastic place to relax

For a place that positions itself as fine dinig there were several flaws that should not happen.Steaks were not as ordered medium-rare and medium, but were both well-done. One of meals was forgotten. The mains started to arrive while soup was still being eaten. Simply the service still has room for improvement. There is not much to complain about the quality of the food itself nor value for money.

For entering Wellness zone with saunas you have to buy the ticket for the pool, even though you dont want to use it. So the price for Wellness is not 11€, but 18€. Totally irrational ! Apart from this, Wellness zone is one of the nicest Ive been.

wow, services first class. plenty of attractions for small kids as well as adults. food lovely. reasonable prices. you can leave the premises and come back on that day. changing area nice. plenty of space to enjoy sun outside.

Actually the best aqua park in Slovakia from the point of cleanliness and overcrowding. Massage pool with 36-40°C, river pool, small and big slide, wave pool simulating sea waves, outer thermal water 40°C pool and 2 other calm water pools. Restaurant, fast food and a coffee bar, wellness including massages and sauna. And that´s all placed on the shore of a huge natural lake Zemplínska Širava.

Great aquatic center with thermal Bath. Very well done and modern. Not huge, but fantastic for a half day fun.

Great and worth the price!

Great local auquapark, not expensive, not big, but super quality, healty water and modern architecture. One of the "must see" in Zemplin. Visit Beňatina on the Ukraine border or Observation tower - Tokaj on the border with Hungary to have nice day trip.

This review is for the stupid First AIDS or rescue that is placed I the area. I have been here many times and saw many accident when people slap in the wheat floor. I never imagined that will happen to me but it happened and those IDIOTS instant of helping me, they were laughing. Just be careful. Food service is good but the food is literally garbage.Not english information, staff know very little or nothing for customer service.

Nice facility with a lot of staff. They keep everything clean and in good shape.

Great facilities, perverted cleaning staff - decided to watch me as I took a shower (naked). After a complaint at reception, they laughed. Definitely need a lesson in customer service.
