Hotel Omega in Olsztyn

Visited for a wedding in another venue, large group of us travelled together. Service was extremely accommodating and going extra mile for all of us and our requests. One downside is that the room floor was slightly sandy when we arrived and as rooms have panels on the floor you end up with sandy feet!Rooms have A/C and mosquito mesh in the windows so theres no risk of mozzies at all. Beds are marshmallowy soft. Ideal for lake excursions and you can hire a motorboat without licence!

Diabeł tkwi w szczegółach. Ogólne wrażenie, które hotel robi na pierwszy rzut oka jest ok, ale…. Pokoje proszą się o odświeżenie (nocowałam tu dwukrotnie), ściany są brudne lub obite i widać wiele technicznych niedoróbek (a to brakuje listwy, a to gniazdka są w dziwnych miejscach, a to scianka prysznica nie spełnia swojej roli, a to coś jest obite i ma dziurę). Największym dramatem jest wykładzina w korytarzach. Jest tak brudna i zużyta, że przy bardziej bujnej wyobraźni można w nocy nie zasnąć. Śniadania są ok, smaczne i urozmaicone, choć dla mnie problemem jest brak mleka bez laktozy/roślinnego do kawy.Plusy hotelu to:świetna lokalizacjaprzemiła obsługaelastyczność rezerwacjisuszarka do wlosow w pokojuduża łazienkaduży parkingbliskość jezioraopcja dog friendlyObecność spa też na plus, choć tą usługę można by nieco dopieścić.Hotel jest fajny, ale bez fajerwerków. Our best stay ever... this hotel is a very nice for kids get away. My 2 year old son loved this place. Beautiful property overlooking the lake, nice view from the room. Very rich breakfast options for adults and kids.

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Nie ma problemu z dojazdem. Przed hotelem duży płatny parking. Druga strona hotelu to dostęp do jeziora, plaży, boisk i baru. Jeśli ktoś chce mieć widok na taflę jeziora pokoje na pierwszym i drugim piętrze. Do centrum miasta marszem bardzo wolnym 45 min. Można dojechać także autobusem linii 107 - przystanek naprzeciwko hotelu. Jeśli ktoś wybiera się na weekend może trafić na wesele i wtedy jest trochę głośno. Raz że goście weselni, a dwa wyciszenie też pozwala na usłyszenie wielu rzeczy. Pokoje duże i ładnie oraz wygodnie urządzone. Śniadania bardzo urozmaicone. Każdy znajdzie sobie coś dla siebie. Można domówić lodówkę, ale otrzymać chłodziarkę. Wszystkie gniazda załącza karta magnetyczna, a lodówka/chłodziarka nie ma oddzielnego, ciągłego zasilania. Pewnie przy dłuższym pobycie nie ma problemu, ale weekendowy dość marnie wygląda, szczególnie przy wysokich temperaturach. Klimatyzacja bardzo wydajna i dobrze wyregulowana.

Hotel ma 3 gwiazdki, ale naprawdę nie czuje różnicy pomiędzy 3 a 5 gwiazdkami w tym przypadku. Obsługa to powinna dostać 6 gwiazdek. Każdy kto podróżuje z dzieckiem wie jakie to trudne, natomiast obsługa hotelu bardzo nam pomogła zarówno załatwiając łóżeczko dla dziecka jak i będąc uprzejmym. Tyczy się to i recepcji (2 zmianjak i obsłudze baru i pań sprzątających, które specjalnie szybciej posprzątały nasz pokój, żebysmy mogli wejść. Super sprawa, jeżeli będziemy wracać do Olsztyna to nie będziemy szukać innego hotelu.

Położenie super-hotel bardzo blisko jeziora, pokoje bardzo ładne tylko zamiast lodówki która miała być w pokoju została wstawiona chłodziarka. Jeżeli ktoś chce mieć widok na jezioro to pokój na parterze odpada. Śniadania - rewelacja, duży wybór dań, wszystko przepyszne i dokładane na bieżąco. Obsługa również godna polecenia. Minus to hałaśliwi goście weselni w środku nocy (pobyt w weekend). W pobliżu hotelu mnóstwo atrakcji i piękna okolica.

Very nice, clean hotel. Great facilities, decent breakfast and friendly staff. Negative aspect is the music club nearby, playing loud music till the morning.

(+super lokalizacja - jezioro, deptak, boiska, bar, plac zabaw etc. duży parking przed hotelem, sport, rekreacja duży plus, śniadania ok(-hotel trochę polepiony z kilku budynków, ściany między pokojami cieniutkie, na parterze odbywają się wesela więc jest trochę zgrzyt w czasie pobytu w hotelu. Restauracja hotelowa ma dość smaczne jedzenie ale bardzo ograniczony wybór - np. dla dziecka nie ma prawie nic.Ogólnie polecam ale nie dla wszystkich. Pozdrawiam

Everything is great except wifi, internet access isnt possible when there is a lot of guests in the hotel.

Dwie gwiazdki na zachętę, nocowałem tu kilka razy i póki co chyba ostatni. Największą wada hotelu są cienkie ściany w pokojach, kompletnie wszystko słychać. Każdy pokój jaki do tej pory miałem posiadał brudne ściany. Remont idzie pełna para. Szkoda, że kosztem zdrowia recepcji która wita gości w kurzu i hałasie szlifierki... Plus za dania restauracyjne i bar choć. Może kiedyś tu wrócę ale to po zmianach...

Excellent! The rooms were nice and the staff was attentive and helpful. Highly recommend this place. Especially if you have kids.

Check in - smooth as. When my mask got damaged, a receptionist found an extra for me. Breakfast, due to restrictions, was delivered to the room - super friendly lady, as per the pic - thats class! The lake is kind of visible from the window, great for walks. To sum up - you can go to przystan and pay 3 times the price. If you are on budget, Omega is your safe bet. Rooms were decent - 5* for great value for money.

Nice hotel, good staff and fair breakfast. Beds were ok, pillows not great though

little bit too expensive for what they offer, very loud rooms (i heared every word of my neighbours above). Good loco (100 m from city beach).

This is an average hotel with a nice location. Nothing fancy but everything required is there. No bad experience except the credit card machine was not functioning well but this was not of a great disturbance. Personnel quite nice. Good value for money. I can recommend.

Decent hotel, location is near a beach and many restaurants which is good. For the price a fair hotel although the toilet seat wasnt clean at all and the bed had a stain in it. Breakfast was decent with a fair but not amazing selection of food. Great and friendly hotel staff at the reception.

Was literally for few hours (but booked a room). Fine. Nice breakfast in the morning. Cant tell whats the value, if we take a look at the prices, as I didnt pay for it (wizzair flight cancellation).

Common place and good value for its money. The price jumps dramatically on holidays, so try to book at least 90 days before the trip begins.The room was noisy. They wind was from the road side. Windows can stop the cars sound but not the train. Some real noise comes from other guests over air ventilation hole.We found some hair on the bathroom floor. The rest seemed to be cleaner.Service stuff is on the 3-star hotel level.The breakfast is amazing.

Good place, it was close to the beach, back yard of hotel was nice for hanging a lot of hours, and there was playing room for children with cartoon playing and there was football table game and billiards and renting bicycles and so on... But the breakfast was not marvelous 😅

Dear Hotel Manager, I strongly recommend to revise your hygiene policies.I was expecting more of this 3* Hotel. When we arrived the room didnt even fulfill a minimum standard of cleanliness: dust bunnies on the floor, red stain on bed sheets, toilette with brown stripes and from the dirt in the sink one could guess the hair style of the guests before.When we got another room, it was even as aweful as the first one. The waste basket wasnt emptied and all surfaces were either dusty, hairy or dirty.A renovated bathroom, lake view and good breakfast choices dont help when you feel disgusted by the room.

Nice 3 stars hotel. Position very comfortable just in front of the public beach. Big parking lot. Breakfast could improve. But overall very satisfied of my weekend holiday.
