The most awful hotel i have seen. No room service. Breakfast is really not eatable, rooms are dirty. Never suggest this hotel to stay.

A great place with swimming pool. The location of the hotel is quite close to city centre and 14 km away from the Airoport. The enviroment is eco-friendly. The food is tasty. The staff members were profesional, attentive, pleasant and friendly. Everything was at a high level. Reserve beforehand and enjoy every moment there.

Lots of space! We booked the family room and it had two bedrooms and its own living room which was really nice for family time at the end of a long day of touring. Its enjoyable to spend time in the hotel. The balcony view of Mt. Ararat this morning was beautiful! We enjoyed the outdoor patios and terraces overlooking the canyon too. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is fresh and has many options. The staff is very friendly. We walked to the monument and genocide memorial from here. 10 minute walk to metro. 30 minute ride to airport. Definitely recommend! One downside was the wifi connection wasnt great in our room.

Three star hotel with awful customer service.. Not friendly or accommodating at all... Guests have to please the staff instead.. Unhelpful... Most of the time the staff expressed a very unpleasant disposition.. The chef was however most helpful in preparing the meals... The hotel rooms are ok with drinking water supplied only once in our three night stay... Its location is the plus point... A money exchange operating 24/7 is walking distance away.. A supermarket and food outlets are nearby.. Maybe its the location that makes the hotel popular and makes staff very aloof...PS: Thank you for your prompt and positive response...

The hotel has a convenience store close by. Good view. The rooms are not equipped with water,tea coffee its all chargeable. Plus the furniture is old.

Staff were very very helpful, friendly and speaks very good english! Rooms are not too fancy but it is clean and comes with a great view of the mountain and the river. Great value for your money!
