Fantastic people, helpful in any matter! Sincerely talking about their city and Kosovo. Very clean room, tasty breakfast. Great location just two minutes walk to the Parliament. Julia & Maciej from Poland.

There are no many good hotels in Pristina so this one is considered to be a good one. And still is a 3 star hotel. Location was a bit complicated to find by car. Rooms are clean, somehow furnished. Food is not really good - simple salads or yogurts for breakfast..

Ugly hotel. Never a 4 star hotel. Horrible bed. Uncomfortable matress. Not clean. Basic breakfast.

The hotel is unconfortable and not clean, the rooms smell of smoke (bed linen and furniture), it is a maximum 2 starts hotel.
