Just an initial impression after 1 night. Slept very well. Quality of linen, sheets, pillows very good. 10 min walk to central station. Ordered a late dinner room service at 11 PM and it was very prompt. Breakfast buffet is incomparably both good and healthy vs. just about any other buffet you might find in the U.S. (an unfair comparison, but U.S. hotels really need to improve their buffet menu).

Unexpected pleasure. Room was a great size. Full breakfast included in rate. Front desk staff were tremendous and great sources of information. Breakfast maitre d was very helpful and efficient. Trams within short walking distance from hotel to get anywhere in Basel. Would definitely stay here if we came back to Basel.

Very nice hotelStaff are really nice , helpful and politeFood is very niceLocation for me was perfect for my work visit.Hotel very convenient for basel airport and has tram lines close for travelling further.Also i very nice touch is a voucher presented to me on check in for free tram travel for 7 days which included tram back to airport when leaving.

Hotel was modern and great. Location 1@1/2 miles from train food shopping district walking or tram. You get a free ticket for you stay. People were friendly and restaurant food was GREAT.
