Excellent pool area! Close to the beautiful beach. Nice cafe and spacious rooms.

No comments can describe the miserable situation of the hotel !!! We have booked sea view room and were given an other type of room , we had to stay for the available room, next day they change and gave us what we booked , both rooms were dirty. Mini Bar is an Empty Bar 🤣 Even no Water , for 5 night they only gave us a small bottle of water. Receptionists all with no exception are not qualified, one of them -black hair- is very rude. Like Im coming to her house or Im staying for free.is like leftover 🤮 water leakage everywhere near the buffet. This place is such a big shame. If only theres (-star because they dont deserve even a half star

Very disappointing hotel with extra charges for each person , be careful of this point, they will just oblige you to pay extra and way more expensive than booking. Com, about your money; you will never get it back, i don’t recommend this place at all😡

Nice room and living place.Large bathroom and nice shower.I would have preferred I little bit more clean the floor. There where a lot of hair of previous guests.Nice and kind personals.Good breakfast and dinner buffet.Good swimming pool and nice place with always present personal at the beach.I will surely return.

A very good place with a decent services on an amazing place

Beware of this hotel !They charged me for 1 night stay 3 time and an extra 48 $ for frivolous room service …The director Mr Mohammed was nice guy but the hotel clearly lack of accountability..I returned to the U.S and disputed the charge after I tried to resolve the issue with Ms Hajer that she give me the runaround..Be carful of 5 stars fakes reviews as well!

They are nice the reception manager are nice the reception front disk is going by the book 📖 , the room Is super clean

The hotel has changed a lot in the last few years with better rooms and service. Staff are excellent and friendly. The View from the balcony is breathtaking. The beach is awesome. The old town is a few minutes walk away. La Corniche, Les Grottes and the forest are not far either.

Amazing hotel, delicious restaurant, professional and super friendly staff. Pool is fresh and super clean. Facing the beach is even better! Honestly amazing service Ill be back!

Don’t waste your money u less you like to be toasted. The hotel is extremely hotThe air conditioner does not function as an air conditioner, it is just a fan.They turn it off on purpose to save moneyWhen we called about it, the front desk said she had no mainline guys available to look at the AC we have to wait till tomorrowThen a maintenance guy showed up turned the AC off and on and leftWifi isn’t available in all the rooms eitherWe had to move roomsThe one star goes to the awesome maid/cleaning lady who’s smile is heart warming and for the room’s cleanliness.Oh also we got stuck in the elevator upon trying to find our room since the sign isn’t in front of the guest but behind and it’s easily missed. We weren’t stuck in it for long since we sounded the alarm but still I got the scare of my life.We stayed in 305

Excellent rooms, warm service, great food, front sea side, well maintained and clean.No items into the room fridge, no water bottles as well no coffe or tea in the room.No gym and spa available
