Buen hotel precio economico para la ubicacion muy limpio y bonito por dentro

Buena zona, buenas Habitaciones pésima atención por parte de la recepcionista, para que ponen una mujer toda amargada a atender si no sabe atender a los huéspedes.

Lugar con camas cómodas agua caliente, lo único malo la atención deja mucho q desear el precio económico $20

El lugar es muy limpio, buena ubicación. La atención es bastante buena y las habitaciones acogedoras sin embargo no tuvimos agua caliente.

Here are the good:- The hotel is well located near many of the main sights.- The room was clean and spacious with a nice view of the plaza below.- The shower had hot water and great water pressure.Here are the bad:- During one night there was loud talking/singing/music at 3 am during the night. I dont know if it was another guest, but the staff did nothing about the noise.- Generally unfriendly and unmotivated staff (except one gentleman)- When leaving the hotel, you need to give up your room key. We once where locked inside the hotel and once outside, waiting for someone to open the door.- Expensive laundry service- Sometimes, some shady people congregate at the plaza in front of the hotel.

Muy buen lugar, si hace falta algo podemos solicitarlo (jabones etcUbicados en el mercado 9 de octubre cerca de casi todo. Nos sacó de un apuro porque no teníamos dónde estar y tuvo mucha consideración ya que nos quedamos 3 días.

Muy buena opción de hospedaje si buscan un precio cómodo y una buena ubicación. La habitación con cama matrimonial me costó $20 la noche (2 personas en la haby $5 por noche para garaje. La atención en recepción fue muy buena, la señal wifi llegó a mi habitación, las áreas comunes muy cómodas. Lo recomiendo!

Après une réservation sur Booking, l’hôtel nous annonce à notre arrivée qu’ils n’ont plus de chambres disponibles… les trois excuses données: 1des personnes en 40aine dans l’hôtel 2plus d’eau chaude 3plus de chauffage…On a dû réserver dans un autre établissement. Une grosse faute professionnelle!

A great value hotel in a great location in Cuenca. I had a nice private room with bathroom on the third floor with a balcony and view just outside my room. You will normally pay this price for a dorm room somewhere else. There is always someone at reception to let you in and out. I would definitely go back when I return to Cuenca.

La ubicación muy buena, la atención igual. Lo único es que el wifi no llega bien a ciertas habitaciones.

La ubicación fabulosa, esta rodeado de una gran belleza arquitectónica. Pero, no tuvimos una buena experiencia: todo el tiempo en el hotel hubo mucho ruido, nos pedían la llave de la habitación hasta por salir a comer y puerta cerrada hasta esperar que nos abran.

La cordialidad en la atención a toda hora, servicio 24h, un hotel con ambiente tradicional. Muy bonito

Lugar tranquilo, bem localizado, aparentemente bastante seguro. Os arredores é que não são tão tão seguros, segundo os locais. Estive aqui apenas uma noite e não tive problemas.

El hotel tiene buena ubicación y excelente servicio, pero al reservar en Booking incluía baño privado y cuando llegamos era baño compartido, tuvimos que pagar extra para que nos dieran una habitación con baño privado.

El hotel está en el centro de Cuenca, para donde te diríjas siempre podrás llegar porque esta en un lugar céntrico, además está cerca a un mercado y también del terminal terrestre

El lugar estaba limpio y en perfecto orden, pero la bulla de las habitaciones cercanas no me dejó dormir muy bien.

Dont go there if you want to get some sleep. The dors are paper thin and you can hear every word the staff is speaking, the doorbell wakes you up at night and theres people living in some of the rooms downstairs. Radio music starts at 6am and lasts till 23pm.

Sábanas manchadas y sucias, habitación con plumas de palomas y debajo de las camas ni se diga.. el tv cable no funciona, lo bueno que habi agua caliente para preparar té.... .. Falta ser menos regionalistas y esto se constató con la falta de amabilidad de los señores de la recepción, en verdad fea experiencia. Por otra parte Cuenca una gran ciudad.

メルカドの横、バスターミナルまで10分と立地はかなりいいです。広場に隣接しており、日中はかなりの警察官もいます。wi-fiも強く、動画視聴も可能。シャワーも熱いくらい、水圧も充分。ドミトリー(ダブル１つ、シングル２つの部屋)を個室利用させてくれました。窓が完全に閉まらず、寒さと防犯上気がかりなのと、古く独特の匂いもあり星１つ減です。スタッフはスペイン語対応のみですが、翻訳アプリ等あれば問題ないと思います。コストパフォーマンスに大変優れた宿だと思います。

Okay for a one night stay, very clean but nothing special

Comfortable bed, nice staft, inexpensive. A good place for budget travelers. Right in the center of Cuenca.

The room that I had was just fine, a big bed, the only in the room (!), good wi-fi and quite silent (at the 3rd floor).Common bathroom, in good condition, but missing some hangers and a shelf.The hot water took a while to "activate" (because is a big tank, we were few guests, and, I presume, everybody gave up thinking that there is no hot water... But I asked...).I had a good price, so the things that would make the whole experience even better cost money, so the price should be higher, in conclusion I dont complain about a thing!

Very annoyed about the noise in the hotel. The staff does not care about customer and have been vacuuming rooms at 23:00 and around 7:30-8am with open doors.... When its not the customers shouting.The location is very good however.

Lo único bueno, el precio y la atención del personal. Por lo demás deja mucho que desear. Estuvimos dos días, uno de ellos sin luz en el baño, otro nos hicieron la "limpieza" a las 7 de la tarde (solo extendieron las camas, porque no barrieron ni limpiaron el baño. Ruidoso, unas habitaciones dan al mercado 9 de Octubre... insoportable desde las 5 de la mañana y durante todo el día... en nuestro caso, para no volver. Estuvimos en el feriado de carnaval 2018.

La atención en el hotel es muy buena,poseen habitaciones comidas y limpias.El servicio wifi funciona esporádicamente,pero los precios son muy accesibles,en resumen recomiendo este hotel .
