Bien situado, buena atención y las habitaciones muy cómodas.

Un hotel muy céntrico y muy bonito! Todo muy limpio, la habitación preciosa nos dieron una superior por el mismo precio, también contratamos dos masajes completos y la verdad muy relajantes. Yo destacaría la cama se duerme genial y es enoooorme! El roof top (terraza del último pisoes preciosa pero solo abre viernes y sábados. Eva una de las recepcionistas nos trató genial muy amable y profesional! Volveremos sin lugar a dudas 👏

Muy buen trato, emplead@s muy eficientes, la habitación muy espaciosa, con un cuarto de baño muy completo y solucionando de manera muy ingeniosa ser interior, y el desayuno bastante completo.

El personal muy amable, hotel limpio y bonito. El fallo es que es imposible ducharse sin mojar todo el baño porque la mampara cubre solo medio plato.

Hotel nuovo, camera grande e pulita. Buona e varia la colazione. La posizione è ottimale, meno di 10 minuti a piedi per arrivare al centro storico. Dotato di un comodo garage a pochi metri. La vera nota di merito è però il personale dell’hotel, sono stati oltremodo gentili e disponibili sia nel darci indicazioni per il nostro soggiorno e soprattutto nell’aiutarci in un momento di difficoltà. Me sorprendió el diseño/aspecto de la habitación (colorido y con cierto aire "festivo"). No le pega a un hotel de cadena NH. Cama muy cómoda y el baño espacioso muy bien. Mejoraría las toallas q son finas y la calidad de la bollería del desayuno. Resto desayuno buffet bueno con zumo de naranja natural. Aire acondicionado bueno.Aparcamiento complicado x los alrededores. Recomiendo contratar el garaje del hotel q está a pocos metros del hotel.

Un perfecto hotel cuando vienes de viaje por trabajo. Nunca hay sorpresas malas, habitación como solicitas, limpieza, buen desayuno y sobre todo las personas que trabajan , fantástico trato.

Casi un hotel boutique. El personal es encantador. Muy bien situado. El parquing sale caro pero es la mejor elección ya que la zona es imposible para aparcar. El desayuno es espectacular y muy bien atendidos. La terraza es espectacular con unas vistas increíbles a los incendios que rodean la ciudad.

El hotel es precioso nada que ver su exterior con el interior, económico para lo confortable que es, recomendable para cualquiera que quiera como yo desconectar

Siempre que vamos a Ourense, nos quedamos en este hotel. Habitaciones modernas, desayuno buffet muy bueno y con mucha variedad. Céntrico.

Hotel en línea con la cadena. Habitaciones cuidadas, limpias y después de cientos de hoteles reservados he de decir que en el top3 de comodidad en las camas de mi lista.Baño completo, espacioso y cuidado.Desde mi punto de vista la cadena suele ser salvo raras excepciones apuesta segura si no quieres sorpresas.Recomendable.

Buena ubicación, trato excelente, limpieza máxima, el garage cómodo y cercano, todo un lujo en comodidad y calidad. Ahhh se me olvidaba, también con regalo de bienvenida.

El hotel tiene una buena decoración, la limpieza es exquisita y el personal muy amable, pero nuestra habitación era una suite (406con un precio bastante elevado y lo estupendo fue la cama que era enorme, por lo demás no la veo como una suite, además las vistas por la ventana a un patio no eran acordes.

Buen trato. Muy limpio. Desayuno muy completo. Habitaciones algo ruidosas pero lo normal en edificios tan viejos.

Em geral realmente um 4 estrelas na região, perdendo para a questão do estacionamento que não possue, o que dificulta a logística! Ainda sobre a região, é fácil resolver a questão do estacionamento, e sendo assim, eu indico como ótimo local para se acomodar.

He estado varias veces y siempre me ha encantado y le daría 4 estrellas, pero la última vez que estuve me dieron una habitación (102que era uno horror, del tamaño de un armario, y al precio de siempre.

Your Typical Old and Ugly Styled Hotel, But Expensive and Full of Lies and Extra CostsWhen I booked they told me they have Wi-Fi for working and that they allow pets, and that I would only need to pay 25euros for extra cleaning fee.After arriving I was told I would need to pay 25euros extra for each DAY!It gets worse - after being ask for all my personal data (for free!in order to get access to the Wi-Fi, then I got 1Mbps speeds of internet (cant open a site or video). I call the reception and I was told that the Free Internet is like that and that I can pay 10euros extra for each day of normal Internet.Other than that, its a very ugly and over the top looking hotel. They try hard too much to make it look fancy. Staff is incredibly rude. Worst pillow in the world too.

Its a 4* hotel and deserves 4 stars. The room wasnt the biggest, the decoration was odd to say the least and the shower leaked out the top of the head.The saving grace was the staff. Working in a hotel in Covid times must be a difficult job.and everyone was friendly, professional and helpful, especially in the breakfast room. Ill definitely go back but hopefully next time I get a better room! 🤞

I think this is the only place with a rooftop bar! Would recommend to visit during sunset for the best picture! Went with a group of people and went with my boyfriend. Both occasions the waiters were very professional we had your normal toast. I do wish they had more hours currently it’s only open from 20:00-23:00. With the given circumstances I totally understand!

Make sure you check your rooms view. Great rooftop terrace for view although range of drinks isnt great.

Its a clean hotel. Under the Covid condition its an important factor. Location is good. There are public parking around but hotel does not cover this need. I checked comments about it before going there and people was talking about very good breakfast. Because of Covid they offer breakfast in the room. But unfortunately it was very bad. It was much better if they were saying in this time they will not cover breakfast. You pay for a superb but you get very bad. I donno in normal time is also same or not. But for whom will ho there I reccomend to dont pay for breakfast and go to the next cafe.

Great value for 60ish euro. Nice and very clean room with all specs you would expect from a brand new hotel. Staff at the desk was very professional. Something I didnt like: 3.5 euros for a tiny can of pringles is a rip off

My wife and I stayed here for 1 night during our vacation to Spain. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I don’t speak Spanish and they were super nice and patient. The room was very nice and the spa is really nice. They also accommodated an early check in for us. I can’t say enough nice things about this place.

Sophia at the front desk is the most courteous, kind, friendly, patient, and professional person I have ever encountered in the service businesses.We stayed at another NH Collection hotel in A Coruna. Complications with the booking resulted in us getting charged an extra night. The staff at A Coruna were nice, but really were not easy to communicate this error.We bought this discretion to NH Collection in Ourense and Sophia took complete ownership of the problem. She emailed corporate for us and handled the situation. Sophia also provided us with a nice gift basket of bottled water and other items.I hope NH Collection recognizes that Sophia is truly an outstanding employee.I highly recommend this hotel and hopefully Sophia will be there.

Lovely and varied breakfast. Incredible selection of loose leaf tea, which was nice being British. Rooms are very cosmopolitan and smart.

Fully modernised hotel in walking distance of the Old Town. Our room was large and well provisioned (inc. Nespresso machine). Some people may not like the modern glass wall between the room and the bathroom, but there is a blind that can be lowered.The breakfast buffet is excellent, including some tapas each day and lots of delicious pastries and cakes. You can also ask for eggs, bacon etc and get just about a full English...The staff were all very friendly and helpful.They told me that I could not put my car in their own garage because it was too large and I had to park in a public car park that is about 300m away and cost 10 euro per day.

Lovely modern hotel, very close to the center of Ourense. The Staff was very friendly, they have lactose and gluten free options in the buffet breakfast. And a nice little gym and mini spa facilities that include massage treatment. A overall wonderful experience.

Why on earth is there a window into the bathroom from the bedroom? Yes there is a shade you can pull down, but? Also theres no real bathroom door, just a glass shower-style door with a small hole instead of a door knob. Very awkward if youre sharing the room, since the other person can hear everything (no fan either). Besides this the room is fine, but the bathroom situation is so bizarre I definitely wouldnt stay here again.

Small room, poor noise insulation with room next door, room service but no number to call, bed was uncomfortable and there was no number on my door, which was at the end of a sequence but right where you would expect it to start, also right next to one with the first number, so spent 10 minutes trying to find it, hopefully wont be staying again.

Small but nice hotel. Free WiFi for customers for 24 hours. The only thing I didnt like was that the bedroom was a bit noisy.
