Prta Real de España, 3, 18005 Granada, Spain, Granada
A 5-minute walk from the Royal Chapel of Granada, this understated hotel in Granada's old town is also 2 km from the medieval Alhambra palace complex.Warm rooms come with free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs, as well as minibars, coffeemakers and rainfall showers. Some add private terraces or balconies, while suites have living areas. There's a cafe/bar and a modern restaurant, in addition to meeting space. A hot breakfast buffet and parking are offered (fee).
This hotel is very centrally located, which is great but also a main problem because you simply won’t get any sleep! Their windows aren’t sound proof. So starting 8pm all the way up to 7 am ( I kid you notthere was cars honking their horns constantly, drunk people yelling at the top of their lungs, a rowdy young crowd just acting crazy and making noise for no reason. I managed to fall asleep for a few minutes, just to be awaked by a motorcade honking and shouting at 1:46 am!The room is comfortable and clean but the furniture is outdated and definitely shows some wear and tear. Management should invest in soundproof windows. I’m sure the noise issue isn’t new. Mind you, this was on the highest floor. Nobody wants to stay at a hotel where they can’t get proper sleep. It’s a shame.
Last minute booked here after a not so great experience at a different nearby hotel and thankfully they had a couple of rooms available. Clean rooms and good breakfast buffet we made us of. No complaints.
Great to be back. Lovely receptionist. Upgraded us to a room with a view. Great room coffee machine, bathrobes and slippers. Surrounded by numerous restaurants and wonderful shopping. Just a few mins walk to the cathedral.
This hotel is genuinely lovely. Its perfectly located in Granada as well. For me the biggest attraction. All the staff were amazingly helpful during our stay
What a terrible service I have received.I am a titanium GHA member and when I arrived, all I got was no upgrade as they informed me that they only realised when I arrived. In addition, no welcome amenity in the room, NO benefits, NO recognition as a GHA member. I do not suggest you to book this hotel as a GHA titanium. You will receive NO benefits.
We loved our stay here. The service was excellent. We had to mail something back to the U.S. and the front desk staff was very helpful. Parking does not belong to the hotel but is very convenient with an attached elevator to the hotel.
Perfect breakfast. Kind staff. Cozy rooms. Excellent location.
Fantastic hotel in the heart of Granads, very authentic suits, love it
Great experience. Friendly service from front office staff. Very helpful.
Super convenient hotel. I have no regrets and was really priced well.
Nice hotel, good price, great location.
This was an excellent hotel. The staff, rooms, location, and amenities were all outstanding! We look forward to staying here in the future.
At the heart of the city is good location but if you arrive with car it is challenging. They have not proper stopping place at the hotel for loading and unloading you bags. So call the hotel and tell them you are coming and you can stop on the sidewalk for a couple of minutes. Large rooms and nice breakfast place but the bar is kind of useless. They were nice with me I paid twice accidentally and they gave the money back by the morning.
Excellent service! Specially from Nacho at the reception. He made our stay a wonderful time in the city. The hotel have a perfect location and a nice breakfast buffet.
Excellent hotel! The room, equipments, facilities, reception, cleaning and other service are all good. The location is the best! I love this hotel!
Excellent location. Great breakfast. Rooms are good size with good quality toiletries. Will stay here again.
As every NH Ive been to this is a great hotel. The NH Victoria Granada staff is super friendly and very helpful. The room was great super clean and the best part of this hotel is the location. Youre minutes walking away from all the attractions in the center and Sierra Nevada daytrips are only 40 minutes away by car. The only downside is the parking.
This hotel is everything in terms of their location, it’s at the center of the crossroads and offers an amazing view of the bustling city. I loved the view of the roads from the balcony. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Though we did not have our car but they have their parking. Amazing customer care and service, everyone was extremely helpful and nice. Breakfast due to covid is not self service but they will help you with the whatever you want. I would also like to take this opportunity and thank Lucía for making our stay a memorable one!
This is a premium hotel with exquisite arrangements. The grand entrance and welcoming staff ensure you will have a nice stay. The reception and check-in process is seamless and professional. The rooms are elegant with fine decor and spa-like bathrooms. The beds are perfect for a good sleep. The rooms can get hot without air conditioning. In our room, the air conditioning unit was adjacent to the pillows meaning it often disturbed sleep. We could not get the temperature right and leaving it off was not a good option. Apart from this slight design issue, it could not be faulted for service and decor. A high-class hotel for a luxury stay in the centre of Granada.
There are a lot of good points about this hotel. the reception staff were fantastic and very helpful with any questions we had. The room was very spacious and was spotless. The bed was very very comfortable with great bedding as well, the location also was fantastic. We found the TV a bit niggly to use (I think the remote was faultybut that didnt bother us. The view from the room could have been better, it was just a window into an internal service shaft....for want of a better word. The breakfast wasnt included so paid the 21 EUR each for what was probably the worst selection of food Ive ever had for that price....21eur for a bowl of cereal and an omelette, no other hot choices than eggs and very little attention from the restaurant staff. normally the most important thing for me is the bed and this came up tops but unfortunately I dont think I would stay here again
Nice room, great location, very clean. I loved the art in the hotel! It was very elegant, interesting and contemporary. I enjoyed ordering breakfast to our room. The food was delicious and it felt very decadent to have it delivered to us in bed. I wish they had been more clear on their website about the parking situation, parking was ultimately very convenient (though not free or included with our staywhich was great for us. However, we really had trouble and stress figuring out how and where to park. We tried to watch a Netflix show on the television (by screen pairingand had success at first only to have to have it bug out and stop working, slightly disappointing but overall not a big deal.
What a terrific hotel! Centrally located, we arrived here via taxi from the bus station (short tripand then went sightseeing around the beautiful city of Granada!!The hotel staff was very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable. They assisted us with our reservation error - we booked a night for the following week, yet they got us a room and matched the rate. Couldnt be more helpful. The room has modern decor, yet warm. The entire hotel was more than clean ... pristine. Totally recommend staying here!
This is the fourth NH Collection hotel I have stayed at on this trip and the rooms, staff, and service have all been great. This is the perfect hotel from which to view the Easter Week processions. Room 310 is right at the turn in the road out front and you can see everything right below your window. Mid Sunday afternoon the hotel distributed a small bag of snacks to all the rooms! After the processions ( 2100 hrsthe restaurant kindly opened for us and let us order from the room service menu. The hotel offers a good location for shopping and dining in the area. Highly recommended!
Great location. Super safe. Helpful staff. Large rooms.Nespresso machine in room is a plus.Good size bathroom with shower head in the bathtub. Hairdryer. Heated towel racks are awesome!!!!!!Special thanks to Lourdes and the front desk staff for all the suggestions!!!!!
To my fellow American travelers, please skip the US chains and come experience true hospitality at the NH hotels. We stayed at 3 different NH hotels during our trip including this one and they all made us feel welcome and comfortable. The breakfast is superb, the room is comfortable and clean with all the amenities you expect, the location is perfect to access the city and the staff is attentive and friendly. If there’s something you need they will go above and beyond to help. Stay at this property and you can access all the sights and restaurants of the city and then take a short 7eur taxi ride up to Alhambra when you’re ready to go. It’s easy and so much better to stay down near the central town.
We stayed for three nights at the hotel, in room 101 which was an accessible room right next to the restaurant. Despite several conferences/functions whilst there it was relatively quiet due to double doors blocking out the noise. We were very thankful as sadly we spent a lot of time resting due to being unwell whilst on our holiday. Room had coffee machine which was good. Staff were helpful and friendly, answering any questions we had. Only slight grumble, the internet was slightly slow, but not essential. As we had a hire car, we parked it at the hotel in the public car park (Victoria if you are seeking it on the map). It was about €20.15 a night to park there. Just be warned driving in Granada is. bit hairy! We had breakfast at hotel which had a good selection of items and staff were again helpful and smiley. The hotel is close to main sights and to some nice restaurants. Would stay again.
I usually don’t rate or comment on the hotels that I visit, however, I’m more that happy to rate this one. We spent a wonderful 3 days in NH Victoria hotel, I highly recommend it; the size of the rooms are perfect, the one that we stayed on can fit an extra bed. Nice breakfast bouffant and the timing sometimes is till 12 pm 👌🏻
We enjoyed our stay at this NH hotel in Granada. It is on the edge of a large shopping accessible only by footpath, a 20 minute walk from the Alhambra (although quite hilly!), and close to tons of restaurants. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable enough, most of the hotel staff is friendly, and the rooms are a good size for what you pay. While not an ultra luxury hotel, I overall enjoyed my stay here.
Stayed two nights. Great location with short walk to major sights. Room is very nice - bathroom and main room are clean and are not cramped. Staff are friendly. Breakfast buffet was quite varied and food quality was great, costs extra and isnt cheap, but its a great option for the convenience of just eating at the hotel.
Great hotel, very centrally located. The room was very nice and was pretty soundproofed except for the church bells very nearby. 😂😂😂. It was a bit difficult to find the hotels parking garage so do yourself a favor if youre driving in and dont arrive after dark. Once we were situated, it was very lovely. The breakfast, though excellent, was a bit pricey. We had a room on the third floor and posted its view. Spent rest of our time exploring and not in room.
