Great hotel, great staff.Just missing more signs to find the access to the parking

Everything about this hotel was perfect from the location to the staff and the room. I will definitely be coming back !!

We had a great stay at NH.Pros:- nice and clean room;- comfortable bed;- big bathroom;- friendly and professional staff;- nice breakfast;- great location - 5min radius from the plaza and the stazione;- gym was fine;Cons:- view could be better but not a deal breaker

Positive: central location, easily accessible from Bergamo airport, very close to the train station and bus stop. Clean and cozy hotel, very good varied breakfast. Nice bathroom, comfortable mattress.Negative: the twin beds are very narrow (80cm). The view of the road (room 302). The towels were changed when we had not asked for it, nor put on the floor.

Very good location. Just 15 Eur taxi to Airport. Close to shops and bus to citta alta

This hotel operates in clown world. 🤡No COVID restrictions during the morning breakfast buffet, but “sanitation must be required” to use the gym. More importantly, why are there restrictions still being imposed?? Accepting a totalitarian restrictions makes YOU part of the problem. My business will not be at NH anymore.In addition the internet is painfully slow.2 stars only because the girls who work the breakfast were friendly and helpful.

Nice clean rooms and pretty good breakfast.

Staff very kind. Big room with soundproof and very clean. Good breakfast. Near the train station, a 10-15 mins by foot to the funicular. Restaurants nearby.

Rooms are fine but friday nights good be busy with some noiseThe upper town is around 15 minutes by car, 40 min by foot and 30 min by foot with the fenicularNo Restaurant and Ni bar inside!!! The photo provided is thé restaurant and the minibar... But you can eat outside

If we cant park in the hotel park before going to the reception, as they told us by phone, as we cant park in the street, we need to park in a public parking next the hotel before... This is a crazy procidmentMust be urgently restored and better cleaned.Internet slowly internet.This hotel is farrrrr from a 4 stars hotel.I sure dont recommend

Honestly the staff is nice the hotel is clean but the issues are that breakfast doesnt have a big variety and the double bed size is too small

Friendly staff, perfect location, an amazing breakfast. Mini bar prices a bit overpriced for what you get.Overall I would stay again.

Not welcoming and some very inhuman personal. Room too small for 3 people. Personal tried to make up for their mistake with free water and coffee. Schade.

The hotel was nice, suitable for a 1 night stay; is in the city center, so you can easily go by foot everywhere around. Breakfast was good. What i didnt like was the fact that we didnt get even a complementary bottle of water, you had to pay for everything.

Room was clean but furniture outdated. The gym is a joke, one treadmill and people in line... nice breakfast, but waste of plastic is ridiculous - they package small salads in plastic bowls!!Manager extremely impolite at checkout

Excellent hotel. Great, clean and modern looking rooms. So close to the centre of Bergamo. Perfect and highly recommended.

Good but not exciting. Standard NH design and decent furnishing. Everything is in a good condition. Professional service and good sleep guaranteed. Really near to the railway station, has it’s own covered parking too.

Nice and good location Hotel, the only one close to the Airport that opens 24hrs. I give them 4 star because the water in the shower was cold. I dont know whether it was only in our room.

I was on my way to milan after landing in bergamo. Not realy in the mood for milan, decided to get to bergamo. After strolling around a little bit i loved bergamo much more then milan. I decided to stay the night as i had some time to spare. Saw an nh hotel so went with that. Hotel staf respected gold status. Lovely bed, slept perfect. Breakfast solid, spend an hour eating ham and mortadella. Gym is basic but sufficient. Would recommend for bergamo.

This is a good hotel for a night or two, breakfast was good, ambiance is simple, staffs are helpful and location is central.

Easy walking from the station to hotel. In general very clean. Room size is proper, good for sleep. Near many bus stops. Breakfast was decent. The detox juice is offered, which is pretty nice.

breakfast is normal. if you stay more than 3 days, you will feel bored with the breakfast. I stayed in an extra large room but the design was not good (it is not 100% sound proof with the noise from the street).

Rooms are very big, breakfast was good and reasonably priced. Negatives: Sheets were a little rough, the shower pressure was weak and the free nternet was not very fast.

Great basis to explore the city, had a superior room on the 6th floor with wonderful views of the Citta Alta. Staff very friendly, parking cheap near the hotel. Full recommendation!

Very pleasant stay and good accommodationThere was honestly nothing wrong with this hotel, save for its location. Near the train station, and kind of set apart from the beaten track - its not in the best location.The staff was more than friendly, speaking both Italian and English - and as far as I could tell Spanish, French and German as well - the room was more than adequate: Beautiful bathroom, large bathtub and shower, two sinks, gold and black tile, and very, very comfortable bed. TV, wardrobe, large room to walk around in, and air conditioner and heat control.No breakfast though - and what there was would not constitute as a breakfast.Otherwise, I had no problems with the hotel, and it made me want to stay at an NH again the future.

More than excellent !!!The staff always with a smile ready to help you, the room were clear and the WIFI free (not for SKYPE). The barista at the cafeteria knows how to prepare a fine Freddo Espresso (well done Claudio).The Hotel is close to everywhere, to the bus station, to the train station, to banks and of course to the City center.Hotel NH Bergamo is a safe and secured place with the Police station right at the opposite.

Superb location with cosy and comfortable rooms. The breakfast spread and taste is very good. Staff is very helpful and speaks good English in addition to italian. It has many eateries and gelato stores in the vicinity. Three place is also walkable from Bergamo station. There is a Japanese restaurant bang opposite the hotel. Theres also Indian restaurant Shiva which is within 1.5 km of walk from this place. The bed and linen are good and Ive always got a sound sleep here. Overall a very good place.

A good and clean Hotel. But they only serve breakfast. Wich is not very good. Very few selections and cost 15 euro a day..

Hotel Looks OK . A bit squeezed in in between buildings. Fine beds . Nice shower. Just What you expect from a good hotel. Great breakfast.

Location, location, location! Close to everything. Breakfast was wonderful. Room was spacious and clean. Gym is small. Staff were very nice and very helpful. Ill stay here when I visit Bergamo again!

Great hotel in a great location, rooms modern, spacious and clean with comfortable beds. Minor complaint would be no free bottle of water which I feel is a must in any hotel irrespective of stars

Very close to the station and also lots of restaurants. About a 20 minute walk to the funicular to the old city. Room was very comfortable with a bath. Breakfast was good although not much hot food.

I like the hotell, it is very clean and comfortable. Free wifi with great coverage is very nice as well. Not to far from the hotel there is a super market which is very important and good to have nearby. Great breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel, with very helpful staff - well situated close to the centre of the main strip and the supermarket, but far enough aeay that there is no noise pollution!

Very good breakfast bar and service. Our room was clean, in room breakfast was offered, showers and bathrooms were clean and very well equipped. If you need anything (including a phone charger apparently!just call the front desk. Overall, the best way to enjoy a night in the beautiful city of Bergamo!

Modern hotel, clean and in good condition, helpful and attentive staff, handy location for autostrada and trains in the città bassa but not too far from the sights of the città alta. Only downside is the limited and difficult to access parking. But they upgraded us to a better room, which was very nice of them.
