Nice place
Love the place ☺️ very caring waiters and waitresses......was given gnuts btw am so happy its a good review from me guys
Best hotel
We had dinner in the restaurant of the Muhabura is the historic city hotel, which is located in the city centre. We learned that the primatologue Dian Fossey stayed in this hotel, when she came to Musanze. In the restaurant, we enjoyed the pleasant old-world atmosphere. The food was good. The staff was professional and friendly.
Cheap beer
Slow WiFi, broken leaking shower.Reception tried to charge us even more than their own sign stated which is also overpriced. They add extra charges at the restaurant. The maid came in to clean our room while we were resting despite us stating several times that we didnt want our room cleaned. She then repeatedly hassled us to clean our shoes for a price. We get hassled enough on the street and now even in the safety of your own room.In summary, they squeeze every bit of money out of you they can.
It is good I loved their flies 🤩
Very good place to rest
The food is nice
Very bad will never put my feet there again. Not even a star - 3
We visited the restaurant and had very good food. Dishes are copious so order a small portion unless you are very hungry. Staff is kind and prices good
Friendly and welcoming staff
Nice place to stay. Great value for money and very friendly staff. Whether to take a break on the long journey from Kigali to Rubavu or a base to explore the natural wonders of northern Uganda, Muhabura having survived the test of time holds its own as a home away from home on a budget.
Great place, nice food but service is to be improved.
Extremely sweet homemade juice
Travel back in time, friendly service, enjoyable food
I really enjoyed their mushroom soup. The best so far.
Its a nice and cheap hotel
The place is quite and service is excellent
Historical place and this is where Diana the lady who worked tirelessly for the habituation of mountain gorillas used to stay.
Nice one... services are good.
Had lunch during work visit on parking yards from musanze
Friendly staff love the coffee
Nice view over the street of Musanze. But, too old and should be renovated.
Nice coffee! Great working ambience
The Hotel is located on the main road and offers beautiful views of the Muhabura Volcano. This place is in business for a really long time !The food takes painstakingly an hour and more to get ready. However the food was quite decent and their coffee was great. (They use Marhaba brand). For detailed review check my Instagram page deliciouskigali.
Absolutely nice as theyve been there for so long, they know what they are doing!
Ancient hotel on the route from Musanze to Rubavu. Quick orders for travellers along the road. Some entertainment with hired musicians and mini performances. Typically a stop over is always recommended for refreshment
Nice place. Vintage though.
Have you heard of Diane Fosseys legacy with the mountain gorillas? Theres a room in her name here🤗🤗🤗
Good hotel to take breakfast/lunch while on the way to Gisenyi.
Good food but the service is poor. Waiting time is very long
Historic place in Musanze, great for a stop on your way to the volcanoes.
Good food and drinks. Quiet place to kick back.
Ive found my getaway place. If you want quiet, to be surrounded by nature, serenity and to disconnect; I highly recommend this place. The breakfast is included and it is very cost effective. The area gets cold from night to morning so you will definately appreciate the hot shower. Highly recommended for moms solo travelling.
Nice stopover when you are traveling by road to Rubavu(Gisenyifrom Kigali it is on main road
It is historical place but service must be improved
A good place for a cold drink in Musanze.
Good place worth a visit to visit the Dian Fossey Room, depends on the availability though and the visit is not free.
Very popular and good food. Good for a lunchtime stop.
Lovely we stopped here on the way to the DRC and it was very pleasant and the people very friendly.
The hotel is clean and quiet. We had a comfortable double sized bed for two with breakfast for 40k. Had a spacious bathroom with hot water. The breakfast was basic, corn flakes and fruit. We had some trouble with the gentlemen at reception who kept quoting us $80 price per room and pushing $80 transport to Kinigi.
So lovely. Manager is such an awesome guy. Had such a nice chat. Cant wait to bring my family back here. And the lunch is so good.
Authentique spacious place with great style
A simple but comfortable hotel with an interesting history as the place Dian Fossey used to stay when in Rwanda.
Goood customer service coosy place and greatest beer
