Hotel Moon Sky Ajmer in Ajmer

Room is in worst condition. Not at all clean. Urine smell on bed. Water leaks from bathroom to bedroom. Flush not working. Irregular water supply. Overpriced. Service is bad. Location not in a secure and cleanly environment.

Too worst management and room, prices is too hike compare to another, and facility is not proper, cleaness is poor, dont waste your precious time

The worst part was is that they deal with autowalas and they do scam together in terms of charges. Then cleanliness was not satisfactory. Amenities were not provided as per standard. Towel bedsheets and blankets were not usable. There was not a single hole for exhaust in washroom.

Hotel services is worst..even if u call hotel manager or owner he do not respond well...room walls are not good..workers behaviour are not good... bedsheets and pillows covers are not neat and washroom also...

I was visited this hotel regarding visiting dargah, its its very close to KGN dargha, I was came from Hyderabad to ajmer, reached in late night, staff was in active.. I was found this hotel very easily, price was okay but Non-A/c room was non ventilated, please try to get A/c rooms if price adjusted in your budget, because this hotel surroundings closed with lots of houses, so No air.

The said distance from the hotel to the Dargah sharif is 1km but I was told it is just 500meters.The room wasnt that good to pay ₹900 per day.The management do not bother cleaning room, changing bedsheet, etc.even after repeated call.I suggest everyone who travels Ajmer to pay a visit to Dargah Sharif never stay at this Hotel called Moon Sky.

Unhygienic rooms and uncleaned toilets. Stinky and untidy blankets and bedsheets. Wall full wet and fungus. Water heater not functioning neither supply of hot water. Very lazy staff and unresponsive. I cancelled my booking and opt out. I wouldnt recommend this to anyt. Dont go by cheap prices. Be very careful if you have kids with you.
