Set along a narrow street in the city center, this casual hotel is a 5-minute walk from the Granada Cathedral and 1 from the Alhambra medieval complex. It's 2 km from the Granada train station.Bright and airy rooms with a modern vibe feature Juliet balconies, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, minifridges, and tea and coffeemaking equipment. Room service is offered. There's a bar and a contemporary tapas restaurant with terrace dining. Breakfast and parking are available for a fee.
Great place to stay! The room was clean, aircon was great and it was quiet. I would definitely go back here.
I booked the day before directly with the hotel and got an excellent rate with parking included. The communication with the hotel was 5*, the directions they sent were spot on, we also checked street view before to be sure we didnt mess up. On arrival the receptionist came out to help us park the car, we have a T-Roc and it was very tight (maybe an 2 inches at pointsthe space itself was a decent size but getting down the ramp was the tricky but the receptionist was beyond brilliant and guided us in, getting out was much easier and we could do this without help. The hotel is spotless and bright, an oasis of calm in the madness of the city. The location could not be more perfect, ideal for all the sites and more importantly easy to reach when you need a siesta mid day. The room itself has good beds and a decent shower, the two things that you really need, plus a kettle and tea/coffee and mini bar. For such a central location, there was no street noise either which was surprising. We look forward to returning again soon for a longer stay, great to have found this gem to come back to.
Perfect hotel - excellent location, clean and very big rooms, comfortable beds and bathrooms. Great assistance and service at the hotel, parking space available, ideal location in the city center, close to main attractions, tapas bars, Alhambra, Albaicin and many more. Highly recommend it.
Great value. Staff is glad to help. Super breakfast. Granada was our favorite location and this hotel helped make our visit special. Lots of shopping and restaurants near the hotel with convenient bus stops. The rooms are spacious. Love, love, love the free tapas with every drink!
Elegant hotel with very comfortable rooms at the very centre of Granada. Competent and kindly staff.
I rarely write reviews, but here is a 5+ recommendation. Comfortable beds, silence, even the air conditioner works noiselessly, good plumbing. Very friendly staff
Excellent service from the front desk when my luggage was lost by the airline.
The room in the second floor was good! Staff was friendly. Location was perfect and it was quite calm even there were bars down the street. Really easy to go for walks and all interesting places. Thank you for everything!
Excellent, highly recommend
The hotel is located right in the heart of activity. Beds and pillows are fine. Not the cleanest place they need to learn how to vacume. Stayed in worse places. Parking at hotel but a nightmare if you cant find it...
Modern, clean, great value, unbeatable location, directly in the heart of the city, in the middle of it all. The rooms with a balcony are lovely, but noisy at night since there are busy restaurants directly underneath, so its hard to sleep with the windows open. Close to Alhambra, close to Albaizin, close to the tapas bars. Parking underground is expensive though, at 23 per night.
Great hotel and great value. Hotel is located very centrally, and felt like it was close to everything. It is walking distance from Alhambra, but there is also a bus that goes up the hill (bus stop is very close to hotelthat I would recommend.Hotel room was big, bathroom was large and clean, and beds comfortable. There is also a kettle and lots of tea options, which was helpful as I was sick during my stay.I would recommend this hotel for any traveller looking for a comfortable accommodation is central Granada.
Nice hotel with a lot of amemities. Room is wide, clean and tidy. Staffs are very kind and nice. I like this hotel so much.
Great location, friendly service and nice rooms
Friendly staff! Wonderful location near attractions, restaurants, and shopping.
Decent and clean room with good price. Walking distance to all major tourist attractions. Street and restaurants noises may be loud until midnight if you live in a low floor room. Another problem is the WiFi, which is slow and the signal is weak.
At the foothill of the Albaicin, a 10 min walk to the Alhambra (Justice Gate entranceand 4 min walk to the bus stops for lines C32, C33, Alsa airport bus. Clean room, nice staff.
Great little hotel with the best location one could dream of in Granada. The staff was super helpful and since we arrived on New Years Eve, they had bubbly and flutes waiting for us. They even scored a great restaurant where locals go celebrate their New Years!!
Decent distance from the Alhambra, right next to the Albaicin. Bed was warm, although double bed was two beds pushed together. The floor boards were not fully secured. Good view from the window. Clean room. Good location to explore Granada from.
Excelent hotel, very clean, comfortable rooms, good beds, well insolated windows/doors to terras and nice clean modern bathroom. Breakfast is sufficient, missed my eggs in the morning. Indoor parking is small but very convenient in a city like Granada. Hotel is very close to all interesting places in the city. We will definitely book this place again.
Centrally locatedNot too expensiveWorth the money
Amazing location in the heart of downtown, steps to many historical sites. Very modern and well kept. Parking however is a nightmare. If you are planning on driving, reconsider it. In need of a valet service. Most stressful parking experience ever.
Cozy Hotel very near all the major attractions
Parking is awful, Im sure that its not to code as the turning circles are not possible without 3 point turns.Rooms are large but dated. Reception is snooty and cold. The place is also super difficult to find. It is in town centre so thats nice.
Great location and clean.
Excellent small hotel in the heart of the city
Modern facilities.. And comes with car parking. 👍
Great positioning in the center of Granada, but poor services: car parking very expensive and very small, receptionist doesnt understerstand English very well, breakfast is really basic and the choise for lunch sufficient. Room quite cleaned, toilet brush was not present and hairdryer really noisy. I suggest to improve comfort and a more orientation to customer.
Location of the hotel was really very convenient. However the rooms are not very clean and seems quite old with a musky smell.
Great location, nice rooms. Highly recommended
There is a racist reception staff. Even if the staff change, their tendencies are similar. The staff does not listen if you do not speak English well. The water does not go down and does not check the room condition because I can not speak Spanish. The concept of hotel is recycling. Because the towel is recycled. If you want to visit this hotel, master Spanish. This advice will be a great tip in the future. I applaud the wonderful reception staff !! Your ability to listen to English is terrible, just as much as your personality.
Fantastic hotel for the price paid. Clean and comfortable with a great location and parking within the hotel.Would highly recommend for short breaks Im this fantastic city.
Plus points great location and fair value room. C3 bus to the alhambera stops virtually at the back entrance of the hotel. Negatives driving to the hotel by car is a challenge and their underground car park is a shocker. Breakfast is poor value, avoid and go outside.
Located very centrally but not on the main road so was quiet most of the time. My room was very nice, modern for the most part, but the bathroom needs updating and the hardwood floors are not well laid. One piece was too short leaving a visible gap. In other areas you could feel the subfloor was not done well. My foot felt the floor sink a bit in areas. Also the hotel restaurant had a patio just under my window. Very loud until 1am each night for the two nights I stayed there. Service was ok. Adequate only.
Location and ability to park = 5 stars hands down great location, but ....... Hotel room 3 stars max. Beds were uncomfortable, pillows even worse, bathroom dated and not nice amenities, tiny tv, and WiFi very bad - constantly dropped out. Front desk staff were average.... had to ask for extra pillows twice even though the girl at reception was playing on her phone most of the day.
Much better than the last 2 hotels I stayed in. You get a fridge, water heater, and a good breakfast.
Good location and nice room, staff a little reserved and breakfast not worth the cost. Better just go round the corner. Parking is available, but very tight and overly expensive.
The location is amazing and the rooms at the price is outstanding. Cons : parking is redicelously tight and at 22 euro a night you are better off finding a parking house near by.
In heart of city. Clean and modern. Restaurants right next to hotel, as well as C3 bus to Alhambra.
I changed my original review from 4 to 3 stars after staying here 3 days. The beds ARE hard, the wifi is the worst Ive used in Spain, and the front desk service is lacking. As others have said as well, the hotel breakfast sucks. Go across the street to Cafe Lisboa. Eat anywhere else. Pros: The air conditioning is the best Ive experienced in all of Spain (it will seriously freeze you out if you drop it too low), and the location is unbeatable. Its walking distance to everything, no transportation needed.
Sizable rooms, very central to the city of Granada. The front desk was very helpful in assisting and advising us on how to get to Alhambra. Well sized bathrooms as well. TV was a little small but gosh if youre traveling to Europe watching tv should be your last concern. Air conditioning worked well. Only quibble is that it wont run without a room key, so while youre out the ac wont be running. Overall, 4/5 or 5/5, met and exceeded all reasonable expectations
Beautiful hotel and room, but fairly old towels and pillows. Helpful staff. Pretty good breakfast buffet. Amazing location that is close to attractions and lots of dessert places!
Very happy with our stay here. It is right in the heart of Granada and provides easy walkable access to many sites. We came in a small car and the streets and parking garage were *very* tight, but manageable. My only complaint would be the noise - the walls seem pretty thin and our window opened up to an alley that echoed voices anytime someone passed down there.
Stayed at Hotel 2 nights. A little difficult to find with car but once we did we had a nice stay. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Clean hotel, rooms on small side and very warm.Beds uncomfortable unless you like hard beds, pillows almost non existent.Buffet breakfast reasonable value.Parking garage very tight, but on site.
One nice place to have some fun with friends
Great hotel. Stayed four nights. Quiet, modern rooms, nice staff. Highly recommended. The hotel is situated right at the center but is hidden away in a small cul-de-sac alley so its very quiet. The rooms are very comfortable and modern.
We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel. Its conveniently located near the Granada cathedral and the bus stop for #C3 to Alhambra.
Is a good hotel for been in Granada.
Nice location and pretty good service.
