I stay here during my business tour in Sylhet, Bangladesh. Rooms a large, clean. They maintained hygiene. Food is too good and also rates are very moderate. In 320 BDT you will get a tasty non-veg set menu which is very good. Foods are fresh. 24 hr room service, restaurant available. Entry road is crowded but its common in Sylhet area mainly inside the city.

Medium level hotel but safe and hygienic.

I was there for a meeting. The meeting room should be renovated. The launch and snacks were excellent.

It is a nice place to stay at Sylhet.

Suddenly I stayed at this hotel, it is very near my customer show room ! Inside the room is quite clear ! Hot water also 24 hours supply ! The rate also very charming! Next time I will stay here again!

My experience was absolutely horrible. The accomodation is fine but service is bogus. Especially the restaurant service. Food is way too overpriced and they dont taste that good. The staff need some basic training on hotel management

Hotel Metro International is a nice hotel. The hotel is situated in the heart of the Sylhet city. Recently I had a wedding party here. The food wasn’t good. They should focus on this matter.

Some management gap like room service found. Overall very good to stay.

Use their conference hall quite often. Like the open place in front of the hall. May not be great for high class events but works with my needs.

Location wise its good. Guest rooms are well furnished. Elaborately maintenance work is needed to keep up its rating. Skill development training is required for staff.

It is as usual budget hotel. It is good if you consider the price. I stayed there during one of my official programme as there was a budget constrains. The staffs are well-behaved and very helpful. They have 2 conference hall and a large Restaurant. Their A la carte menu is quite good in taste and varieties. Facilities within hotel are very basic. The location is near city area but the hotel is situated in a quiet place. Room service and house keeping services are excellent.

The best part of this hotel is its location. One can basically go anywhere conveniently from here. The hotel itself is quite big and has good amenities for the guests. Food is good also

Good place for a party of around 300 people. Car parking is available. Service is good. Residential rooms are also good.

Great place to spend some time after a long tiring day, good food at the buffet breakfast. Its a 3 star hotel in bandarbazar, Sylhet. If you are up for visiting Volaganj, Ratargul, Bichanakandi, Utmachara, Jaflong within your trip and looking for a luxurious place, not a budget-friendly place to stay, this place will be the best. Their service is also good. A rooftop is another attractive zone. Water was clean. Overall, its a nice hotel.

Well behaved staff, nicely decorated interior, 24 hours room service. Breakfast is included in the package. The food is tasty but you wont have many options to choose from. The space in the rooms are one of the biggests in their respective price ranges. Overall it was pretty satisfying.Recommended unless you have a thing for everything being trendy/ Modern.

It is a good Hotel in this locality. Even though it doesn’t offer that much nature, you wont feel disturbed. It has air conditioned room, generator service. The restaurant here provide amazing foods. I liked eating Akhni here which is a local cuisine.Overall, my 8-day stay here was a pleasant experience.

Decent hotel for business travellers at value for money. Helpful staffs, clean rooms, cordial service...all that you need for a good stay in Sylhet city.The food quality is not so good however. Other than that, would recommend the place.

If you booked it from a online website after seeing their discounted price you will not get complementary service like breakfast whereas they will show you that they are going to give you that breskfast. Fake business policy. Fake discount fake promises

Hotel rooms are spacious & beautiful. The staffs are very friendly & kind. They offer complimentary drinks & you can get all the facilities in such a cheap rate. May they be prosperous.

stayed here for one night in Feb 2019beds are neat and cleanthere is hot water available in the bathroomcomplimentary breakfast is provided which is very goodwith lots of items to choose frommaintenance seems to be poor as the ceiling fan wasmaking a lot of noise due to worn out bearingsthe air conditioner was also noisylots of mosquitoes in the room late at night disturbingthe sleepno electric outlet to charge mobile phone on the bedside tablewe had to use a socket outlet near the doorand the clock on the wall was too noisy at night sowe removed the battery from it and put it back in the morningeven the mini fridge in the room did not work

Good hotel with nice behaving staff. The hotel is big and quiet reasonable price. Buffet breakfast is good, they can add few more items like corn flakes, cake etc. They provide 4 towels in the bathroom including soap, shampoo, brush and toothpaste. Some towels are old and become yellowish.

Its a very nice place considering the price. Its budget friendly accommodation. The hotel is very clean, has wi-fi and complementary breakfast. Its an awesome place at a cheap rate. But the location of the hotel is not very nice. :)

Located at the heart of Sylhet. Modern ambience with a flat looking interior. Rooms are not spacious, but their dinning is good. Overall, A good value for money hotel.

I’ve stayed at metro international hotel sylhet twice once in 2014 once in 2017. The metro suite & family suite both are really clean and spacious. The restaurant food is really good. The service is excellent. And the hotel is very safe. I highly recommend this hotel and will book again soon.

A super ★★★ Hotel in the heart of Sylhet. Has 50 fully air conditioned larger than normal rooms suitable for overseas/ corporate guests. Has a banqueting hall to cater for at least 400 people at any one time - perfect wedding venue or corporate functions.Fantastic hotel, fantastic restaurant, fantastic staff - simply fantastic.

They denied to provide the room booked once we arrived. After lot of debate they provided a bigger room though. But during three days stay I had to climb up down six floors each time as the lift was not working fue to alleged failure

Hotel Room is spacious and room temperature is well managed. The complementary breakfast was also good. But some of the room kits were missing in our room which is not expected from a classy hotel!

I stayed there with my family for 2 days.I would say that the bedsheets, pillow covers were not washed properly. The mattress is hard n low quality. Other services such as room service, food are ok.

The staying in the hotel metro was very pleasant and enjoyable for us. We liked the location very much. Price was BDT 4000/night it was bargain. Reception staff kind and polite. The service people everywhere were very nice and polite. We liked the breakfast very much.

Rooms are purposely crafted to a bare minimalistic look and feel. Very bright not so good for a bedroom. But feels good. The court rooms appear like a carnival atmosphere.
