Nice staff…Easy to book online. But the room was too dark not enough light which making me feel depressed. TV doesn’t work and very old😳 The room was very hot so I went outside next to the swimming pool to take some fresh air then all the sudden an employee came around 09:30pm and ask us to leave the whole area and go inside the hotel 🤔 seriously? I can’t get it. The blue chairs in the lobby next to the elevators are very dirty need to clean or change them.

My stay at Mercure hotel was wonderful.Service was excellent, and do recommend it to everyone.I was here for 1 night following a canceled trip by Vuelling Airlines.Samia from guest relations was above and beyond, taking all the necessary steps to help guests throughout the evening. She is a 5-star employee.I hope to come back again one day.
