Centrally located hotel. Clean and well maintained rooms.

The room was ok but I give a 1/5 because my personal information was shared with a third party without my consent. I wrote 3 times to the hotel about that issue in order to understand what happened but I still did not get any response , even acknowledging receipt of my email.This is not what i expected from professionals.

If you are a women don’t stay at the pool. We had a staff member staring for over an hour. Staring like not just looking it was vicious and made us uncomfortable. Two if my friends left.

A peaceful vintage home in the heart of buzzing Kinshasa. Well catered for, warm staff with a huge international guest community. The pool side bar is exquisite. I really like the place.

Location and rooms are awesome for staying.Im giving the reviews for Indians based on food, well not get food for Indians here. Mostly No for the Indian dishes.I liked the pizza and french fries only 😁In desserts: Vanilla IcecreamBreakfast: Ate fruits, dates, juices and omlet.Very Slow room service.Good swimming pool ❣️Overall in other perspective except food its 4*.

In the heart of the city , very well appointed rooms , clean , spacious with good and wide windows . Every where was clean and tidy . Good linen .The front desk staff , only one person was well behaved and smiled all throughout , the other person was just grumpy and unwelcoming .The same thing at the pool side restaurant / bar . The waiters were extremely rude and inattentive. Only the managers work well and help .Such a beautiful property but I believe the staff is unhappy and underpaid , that reflects in their behavior .The breakfast spread was good . Would be nice for a few days stay .Good affordable and clean . Everything else in the hotel was great .

Nice place. Though logistically challenged a bit. No keys for the rooms. Receptionist must take you and sign with his key in order for even the LIFT to move from ground floor to ypur room floor. God help uou, if your room is the last and its the 1 guy who has the key who has to go to every floor and oprn the rooms. Youll be standing at ypur door for a cool. 2.minutes with your books or stuff in your hand.Staff very courteous and helpful.Challenge for english speaking clients. Only receptionists can speak english.Food is great and always fresh. Well prepared, well. Presented. Clean rooms and facilities.Would recommend a microwave in the room to heat food and take away goodies.Perhaps 1 or 2 english speaking channelss pn Telly would be helpful ? 😬

The hotel is comfortable and well located, fair price. I was a bit disappointed that they couldn’t provide me with the electronic key to my room, there was a problem with the system that wasn’t solved in the 2 nights I stayed there. Also, the restaurant is quite slow to serve.

Good hotel, clean , nice breakfast. Far from the airport but generally its a fine hotel , WiFi is average .

Its a nice place relatively, considering its geographical location .Traffic n communication was only challenge to me

Memling is one the oldest hotel in kinshsa that deliver good services. Its located in down town and surrounded with big super markets.

Stay away from Memling Hotel. They stole my belonging and management is not helpful.Your stay at this hotel will turn like living in prison. They will NOT give you something like iron, seriously. Housekeepers will steal your belonging, YOU HAVE BEEN warned.

Not even close by 5 star hotel. Poor service (e.g. few times my t-shirts were destroyed during the washing & never refunded), average food, the personal has a poor knowledge of English... I wouldnt recommend it for a long stay (I was there for about 2 months so I know what Im talking about).

This hotel is not safe at all , it may look nice but a very dangerous place , I lost 5000$ in my room. I went down for my breakfast , when I went back up my money , my watches where gone . I went to report to the hotels , they were so rudes and the crazy thing with this hotel is everybody get in the hotel , in the loby there is even more than 300 people . There is an easy access for evrybody. Every body come get in the hotel building without verification. Plus clients die in their rooms . I stayed there for a week 2 cases of client dying miraculously in there room ( people around was saying it poisonI strongly disrecommend this hotel.

It deserves it 5 stars, with its old charm, warm and kind staff, a special though for the old man who distributes chocolate( one of many but this one was a favoriteas he closes the curtains on the busy streets of Kin. The small but well equipped gym.

I do prefer the old world hotel feel more than the glass and chrome of the more modern hotels in the city.The surrounding area and the outside of the hotel at first let you think you made a mistake to book a hotel room here. But once you are inside it is quite the opposite. Staff are helpful, and the rooms are quite acceptable.The lounge area is comfortable and there is live music some evenings. The pool area is not very large but it is very enjoyable, cocktails and light meals are also served thereThe food selection at breakfast is a bit limited.Dinner at the hotel is not bad at all, but if you are looking for a variety of dishes to select from also rather visit a restaurant in the city.

It’s an old hotel. Clients should be careful of their personal valuables in the rooms. I lost a gold jewelry in my hotel room while staying here. The hotel is located at the center of tge city. This makes it easily accessible from other parts of the city.

There is a lot of history in this place. Food is very good, staff are friendly & helpful, a perfect stay if it wasnt for the insanely expensive prices. But that might just be how Kinshasa is, otherwise, its my place to go.

Just ok...I stayed for many weeks, they made me leave for three days to another hotel in the middle of my stay due to overbooking.The room cleaner drank from my water bottle, then refilled the bottle from the tap.

Food not that great and very expensive. Sometimes have to request little things like towels that they forgot to replenish. Great atmosphere though and helpful staff overall.
