No complimentary breakfast, eat outside because their resto opens late in the morning. Rooms have mini ref which is good. With free wifi. Hot shower is not working. Good price during our stay because its on promo. Entrance to their parking space is narrow, just enough for a car to fit

Single Room (1000Php/night)-Not worth the price.I was transferred to Mantrimonial Room at 12am due to the aircon that is not functioning well.Matrimonial Room (1700Php/night)-still not worth the price.

They are not so accomodating! Careful booking with airbnb because when I get there they told me I dont have bookings and that they are not connected with airbnb. Hence, they are more concern offering their rooms rates rathen than helping the costumers. Considering I am already the 3rd like the receptionist said, still they did not seem to care about the scams happening. Besides, their location is far and reception is so hot with the 36°C weather outside, all electric funs are off. (I own my opinion according to my experienced with them)

good value for money. clean and quiet (except with the noises from the on-going renovation on the restaurant). near to 7/11 and some food shops.

so..so.. they have to close water heater at 8pm apparently if you arrive at the hotel at 9pm you have to wait 30mins - 45 mins for the water to be turn on.

Feb 2018The place is tight.. small table. Shower has no zocalo and no shower curtain so the whole bathroom is wet. Hot shower is not so hot. As in not hot. Not warm also. TV is small. The mugs provided are chipped.
