Awesome staff. I feel like Im at home when I come to this hotel. If I had 4 hands I would give it 4 thumb up! Hands down best hotel in Sherbrooke

I chose this hotel for my family as a base for a two night stay in the area. I looked at prior reviews to make this selection. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the property. The room was clean and the king bed was comfortable but the pull-out sofa mattress was in need of replacement. There were no extra pillows for the sofa and it wasnt until after check-in that I realized that maid service wasnt included and that you could not request extra pillows. Luckily, I saw the maid cart in the morning and was able to get clean towels and supplies on my own. I was also surprised to see the entire parking lot filled both evenings after we returned from our excursions and those same cars were gone early in the morning. I am assuming that the hotel was housing workers of some sort . There was also a row between a few men around 2AM with yelling and screaming of profanities from the parking lot area below our window. In all, the website description of the property looked promising but it turned out to be a fairly expensive and disappointing experience.

Only have 110v options for electric cars. You can only charge one car at the time on each set of two outlets. And only one of the two set is working. The front desk staff is not welcoming at all, I’d even say rude. Rooms are ok but not worth the price.

Lots of things I dont like about this place. I came to the hotel this past weekend and heres my recap:- Breakfast was inadequate and not appetizing, but they charge $10/day which doesnt make any sense (went to the nearest Tims or McDonalds every day for that)- Rude staff, especially the director (The dude literally refused to help us and didnt understand our situation)- They will give you discounts but later on, will not honor them. I am a government employee but also came as a member of a group attending the National Track Championships at the local university (Government employees and group members get discounts). When they didnt honour their discount, they threw away all our eligibility paperwork that we provided a few days before and it caused an argument an hour before checkout- If you are under the age of majority in Quebec (Im 18, the age of majority is 19and a reservation is in your name, they will take advantage of you- Pool was good, but could use tiles on the floor to prevent injury risk (I am a certified pool lifeguard so I know the risks of using concrete)I was gouged by the hotel and had my family taken advantage of. Fortunately, I was refunded the discounted amount at checkout. This place could use a lot of work!

Staff were professional and efficient. Accommodations were clean and as advertised. A couple of small issues. Hair dryer did not work and the safety latch on the slider would not engage properly.

I booked a room here but miscalculated the distance and wasn’t able to make it. My cancellation time was 4 o’clock the day before and because I called at 5:45 It took several phone calls to have them finally charge me half the room rate. They then tried to put through $360 on my credit card. Then they tried to put through the half room rate which was $77 twice. I understand cancellation times but I was an hour and a half past the time I didn’t think I should have to pay for that. For this I would not stay at this hotel on my travels

Check in was easy, I didnt have my card on my person, but they were able to charge to the card anyway. Free parking in their lot was accessible and close to the entrance; we could have driven the truck and we wouldnt of had an issue with space. The room was clean and the temperature was comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed a very hot bath.Next time I will request a room away from the elevator, as it was loud for my daughter to go to sleep. I would have liked if they had a gym or if the pool opened before 9am as I would have enjoyed a little exercise before starting our day.

all went well and have 2 observations. First - very few hotels actually charge for breakfast. Those that do, its most likely a restaurant. the breakfast choices for the money charged are not adequate not to mention they specify limits on what you can have.Second - the daily rate is quite high for the hotel location and amenities.
