Good value clean hotel with a good breakfast bar.

Nice location, decent breakfast, rooms were very small and a bit stuffy but clean.

We stayed for 1 night. We booked because of the location close to the city centre. The room was nice and clean. Space was enough. The bathroom was not ok. Tiles had mold and the shower was pretty nasty. Water just stayed cold. NO WARM WATER. The room itself was so cold that we had each 1 more blanket to stay warm during the night. The heating did not work at all. Next morning we had to shower with cold water again. We will not come back.

Good for a night when you plan to spend most of the time exploring the city. Shower not very clean, but the bed was comfortable.

Good location friendly and helpful staff they have special deal with a local car park so if possible check in first so you know where best to park

It is a 3 star hotel so you already know what you are paying for. Clean rooms , good breakfast and excellent service. Dog friendly hotel located in the city centre. I totally recommend it.

Great hotel, very central for all bars, restaurants and shops and other places to visit when in Metz.

Good hotel for when you are travelling and need a place to stay for one night. Not to clean but very friendly people.

Clean and efficient but Spartan rooms. Breakfast was fine but are elsewhere for dinner etc.

Nice hotel within walking distance of all bars restaurants, room tidy clean and lovely helpful staff including receptionist who spoke alittle English for us definitely would stay again

The Hotel has small box rooms. Poor bathrooms with no hot water. Breakfast very poor. Staff standing over you while your in dining area. Would NOT recommend.

Nice clean rooms. They are compact but have everything you need. Bathroom has walk in shower. Complementary bottle of water and tea coffee making facilities.

Just overnight stay on the way to Italy, room was OK, shower was a bit small but beds were comfortable and breakfast was good

Rooms are good, small bathroom. Good location, in the center of Metz. Room service is bad, awaken by room arguing room service.

Good location , in the center of the town , private parking for 8 eur/night Clean and cozy rooms , well isolated. Quality products for breakfast. First day I even had frozen yoghurt at breakfast. Helpful staff.

Our room was good it also had the best bathroom in fact it was a wet room best shower ever

Well located and very cute little hotel without pretence. Rooms are lovely but the bar /breakfast area could benefit from a redesign as it clashes a bit with the rooms feelings... that being said : Kyriad is one of those very clever hotel chains that have built a room concept that feel design and cosy at the same time, while hyper functional. I love them because they deliver excellent value for money in every city.
