Kurfürstendamm 101, 10711 Berlin, Germany, Berlin
A 5-minute walk from the Berlin-Halensee S-Bahn stop, this modern design hotel is set directly on the Kurfürstendamm, western Berlin's main commercial thoroughfare. It's 3.1 km from Zoo Berlin and 14 km from the Berlin Wall Memorial.Airy rooms with minimalist decor have satellite TV and free Wi-Fi, plus en suite bathrooms with heated floors. Most rooms also offer city or courtyard views, and upgraded rooms add sitting areas.A breakfast buffet is available for an extra fee. Amenities include a contemporary bar, a spa with a steam room and a rooftop terrace with a garden. There's also meeting space and parking (fee).
Could be more welcoming. It feels a bit like a hospital.4* and no minibar available, at all!!!
Excellent and polite staff always ready to help. Breakfast was rich and with quality/healthy ingredients. Hotel was not that expensive and we got much more than we paid for.
Still renovating but it is really nice and close to everything - restaurants, coffee shops, stores etc. Breakfast not much vegan options but if you lower expectation with soy yoghurt than it is ok.
Simple place in great location with lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance.
Good price qualityCheck in was dificult- not the right room at first night. Solution on day 2
Nice 4 star hotel. The Upper class room was really comfort and cozy. The reception was friendly and welcoming. It has a wide buffet of good quality of meals for breakfast. Whithin my 14 days stay in this hotel, i stayed in rooms on 1st, 4th, and 6th floors. and i was almost satisfied from the service and room. rooms in upper floors specially in 6th floor, based on my exprience were barely used and there was some problem in room service before my check-in. The room on 6th floor was not 100% ready to use, and i had to change my room. Based on my exprience, the most satisfied upper class rooms were in the 1st floor
Staff was nice and the location is pretty good, but I couldnt turn the air conditioning off (its October so no need for itand the air conditioning made loud clicking noises the entire night so it was hard to sleep. My room also smelled like someone had smoked in it. My friend was in another room and she had issues with her sink leaking. The room is pretty sparse as well and the hotel doesnt have many amenities, but it does just fine for one night.
This hotel is located a bit far from the main touristy area of downtown Berlin but the best part is that you can rent bicycles from the hotel itself for the day so thats really cool. It allowed me to visit Berlin at my own pace. There are a few bakeries nearby (skip the hotel breakfast and eat local!as well as a very good Vietnamese joint at the end of the street. My room was big with a balcony. From the airport, its easy to get there, take the bus (5min journeythen the subway for 10 and walk for 10 and youre there.
Together with a couple of friends, we went to Berlin for a city trip over New Years Eve. The hotel is directly located on the Kudamm, with a bus station right outside the hotel. A subway station is a 5-minute walk away, so its easy to get around Berlin with public transportation. The rooms are very airy and offer a lot of space. The furniture looks quite new and is practical, but comfortable. A huge plus is the in-floor heating in the bathroom, so you never get cold feet when getting ready. There is also a make-up mirror with a special light, which makes it easier to apply any make-up.The only downside of the central location is that it is not completely quiet at night, so be prepared to bring some ear plugs. And a sleep mask if you like your room to be completely dark, since the curtains do let some light through. We were also missing a few more power plugs, especially closer to the bed ( there was only one on one side of the bed). The Wifi didnt work all the time, sometimes you couldnt connect to it, or it was connected, but no data could be transferred. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.Definitely check out the hotel bar, the cocktails are delicious. We ordered some via room service as well, where they were served quickly and tasted even better than downstairs at the bar.We didnt book the breakfast, as some of us have food intolerances, so we checked out bakeries and cafes nearby instead.Overall, we really enjoyed out stay at this hotel.
This place is very clean and modern looking. The beds were comfortable, the staff were helpful as well. The downstairs bar area looked really nice (though we didn’t try it out)! It’s in a good area too, not too far from train stations, shopping, restaurants etc.
Great hotel, very friendly staff, spacious rooms, equipped with everything except a cattle. Bus stop right near the hotel, U-bahn, S-bahn in 10 minutes by walk. Enjoyed staying here for 4 nights.
Excellent staff. Big but basic rooms with no deco. No room mirror , no coffee facilities no ambiance. Room is coming from Sparta !!
Have stayed here a couple of times. The staff are friendly and easy to work with. For cleanliness, its immaculate. Pricing is very fair. The breakfast is nice. Yet, it does have its peculiarities. The corridors and floors are very cold and industrial, almost like a hospital - but the room furnishings and lobby bar are very stylish indeed. Id definitely visit again for a single night, but for longer stays the charm wears off after a couple of days.As for parking etc. this part of Berlin has very easy access from the motorway. Location, its quite a long walk up from the main shopping centre, but a very chilled part of town. See also my review of the nearby Greek restaurant. It seems to attract an odd and varied crowd - weve encountered noisy families with small kids and hair/beauty conference guests.
The street Kurfürstendamm, or like the Berliners say the Kudamm, is one of the famous shopping streets in the world and all tourists go to there, just to see the flair of being part of the jetset community ... and than, they see a very modern and very normal street with many brands and flagship stores and restaurants and hotels like in any other capital of different countries. The hotel Kudamm 110 is situated more at the upper or west side of the street and its quite modern hotel, just more in style of the late 20th century, but they offer the style of Bauhaus by colors and the Amish like interiors. But ok, they have a small spa facility for the hotel guests too and a very beautiful roof top restaurant, where you can see the complete western part of Berlin, including the awesome Xmas lighting show at the complete Kudamm street. You will love this view!
Cool place. Modern interior in my room. Facing the street but very good sound isolation so couldnt hear much traffic noises. Excellent breakfast. A bit of walk to nearest train station.
Frankly I am extremly disappointed and wonder how it is possible that this hotel is four stars place. Room I got was rough, not cozy one.Inside there was not even a small electric kettle which could be used to make a hot tee in these cold days. In comparison with pictures in internet rooms look totally different in reality. Attention: Parking is NOT for free for the customers. It costs 17 Euro per day, which is ridiculous for me. Especially in the case in which the pure charge for the night is not low! During booking there was no informaton about it! The assistance was not nice as well. I needed to ask questions otherwise no welcome informaton was provided. The lady Maga had no smile at face, maybe she does not like Polish people. Only breakfast was fine. Summarizing :for me this place is not worth the cost and time spent.
Really surprised on how nice this hotel is, the room was really really big, clean. Maybe they could make it a bit more fancy, but its not really needed. The bathroom is of a very decent size, when you put on warm water it doesnt go randomly to colder and warmer....The staff is really nice, havent had my breakfast yet so cannot comment on this. But considering how often I have been disappointed by 3, 4 star hotel, I really recommend this one.
At first I was only gonna give 3-4 stars but that was based on the A/C not working. It turned out it was our fault because while the A/C control display is on, you have to hit a separate button to actually turn it on.Breakfast was good - nothing special.Parking garage is tight but we managed to get in / out without any scratches.Overall the hotel has a pretty cool vibe, all the service folks were nice and there are quite a few good restaurants / bars within walking distance.
4 not 5 because when i asked for a knife to peel my fruit at breakfast they said no. i then asked if someone in the kitchen could peel it for me they said no. as a mainly vegan this was very frustrating. nice hotel.
Beautiful place! Staff very friendly, the Hotel is big and the room was also quite big. The only thing I didnt like was the pillows for sleep, they were very uncomfortable and thin. But I will recommend this hotel :)
Very Modern Hotel. Rooms are big but plane. Rooms are quiet. No coffee machine nor tea in the room. Nice breakfast cost extra. Rooms to the courtyard have a little blaconey.
Spacious high ceiling rooms with large windows. Even without carpeting to dampen noise, the place is quiet. Room comes with hand soap, body/hair wash combination, hair dryer. Located on the main road near plenty of cafes, market and shops (also across the street from organic shop).
Nice hotel close to Messe area. Public transport - bus stop in front of hotel, two S Bahn stations in walking distance. Parking for cars in underground hotel parking. Rooms in industrial style. Shower and toilet in one bathroom but very clean. Surprisingly good breakfast - tea kettles and big variety of tea available. Never seen in continental Europe. Unfortunately no hotel restaurant, just a bar. Friendly staf on reception.
Good, practical, close to the Lidl supermarket so that one can go for small shopping. Perfect breakfast, though not included in the standard price it is worth every cent paid.
Very cool hotel.... the rooms are very nice and modern.... the hotel bar is very good..... very friendly service....... a very good breakfast with all what you like....
I only was there for a christmas party last year and I had a good time. There was food and it was good. I have to drive past this hotel on my way to work and back home and i always see a lot of people going in or coming out there.
It is perfect place, worker are very kind and help, and the room is like a factory workshop, clean and standard, different styles, not like luxury but it is comfort.
Rooms were quite small and not suitable for 2 people. We had twin beds, very hard beds and some really bad pillows. Breakfast included, was quite bland, boring and not very adventurous. Got the job done. Very good parking facilities, although not free.
Nice and clean hotel. Spacious rooms. Great breakfast with hot food, a big variaty of bread, nice cheese and cold cuts. The only thing that made me give this hotel 4 stars instead of five is the reception staff. The dont seem to like there job and it shows in the way they work. Not even a hello when we checked in and not a God bye when we checked out. Very bad when you are the face of a hotel.
We needed a place to stay last minute, and the Ku Damm was available for a relatively inexpensive price. It was a very nice hotel and I would definitely stay here again.
Nice room, clean, quiet, comfortable beds. Aircondition and free wifi. The breakfast buffét was fresh and with many varieties, and the staff was so serviceminded. Bus stop just outside the hotel. I can absolutely recommend this hotel! This was our first visit to Berlin but we already plan another trip.
Nice Hotel. Clean and beautiful rooms, staff is very helpful and speaks english. Wifi is good. 2 supermarkets nearby, and a bus stop.Starbuck not far from hotel, 10min walk.If I attend Berlin. I will stay there for sure.
Nice, clean hotel with a good "breakfast restaurant with a view" on top op the hotel. Value for Money, so well return!
Central and easy access from all destinations around Berlin! The hotel was modern functional in a kind of "no fuss" way. The room was functional but comfortable, although no air condition on a very warm day. Bathroom superb, plenty of space for clothes and suitcases and smart tv! The water on the side should have been complimentary as breakfast was also not included for the price. Would book again!
Good value for money. Great design. Clean rooms, nice staff. Breakfast is pretty basic though.
Nice hotel. Room is spacy, cosy and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The best thing is the breakfast, which is outstanding in quality, with plenty of home-made ingredients and dishes.
I have stayed in your delightful hotel many times. The hotel was selected by my German Lady Friend as a modern freundlich hotel. I always stay in room 501, oder 601. We love the hotel for the friendliness and helpfulness of your staff. Is there anything else an hotel should have......Nein.
The hotel is very cosy, very friendly staff. The breakfasts are just amazing!!! This hotel has no minuses. In case I travel to Berlin again, I will stay there.
KuDamm is a very pleasant and relaxed hotel at the end of the Kurfursterdamm. So not near places with a lot of excitement. However, its very easy to reach by bus. The room was as it should be. Excellent bed and the bathroom is OK. We had a room at the back of the hotel, which is excellent and very quiet. The hotel is minimalistic in design. Staff is friendly and helpful . Breakfast is served at the top floor with nice a view over Berlin. Overall a very nice hotel for people who are looking for a quiet neighborhood.
clean, simple. nothing fancy, no mini fridge or air con but room was clean and simple. Great area, close to metro and bus. Feels safe at night and clean. for the price, cant complain.
Good location and reception desk staff warmly and focused to solve problems. Its possible to access Messe Fair Zone by S5 line in just two stops and also possible to Tegel Airport by TXL bus line.In my room, there were no carpet. According to my personality, i always prefer flat floor without carpet reason of health.Lobby bar also furnished by modern lines. If i go again to Berlin, ill check this hotel firstly.
People were all very nice. Very convenient Location for any Events at the Messe. Close to the Airport. I would be very happy to stay here again if I have Meetings or Events in Berlin or even for a pleasure visit.
Friendly staff.I left my luggage their and Im from the UK. Was so impressed with how much they have helped not only to get it back but also to reduce the cost!! Wonderful service over and above what I expected!
This was our first stay, and we are very sure, that we will come back. Perfect surroundings. Impressing breakfast table!! Marvelous view! Quiet rooms. Thank you very much for a nice staying!
This hotel is very nice and in a convenient location, not far from the bus stop and the subway station. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only drawbacks were no in-room refrigerator and no air conditioning.
Despite the quite central location the room was very quiet. Perfect staff service - including a change of rooms without any fuss, as we due to a booking mistake at first was placed in a smokers room. Also a breakfast-to-go without any extra charge at our last morning where we had to leave by train before normal breakfast serving hours! The neighbourhood is very charming with interestering shops and excellent restaurant and cafés.All in all a hotel we can highly recommend.
This was our second stay, and we are very sure, that we will come back. Perfect surroundings. Impressing breakfast table!! Quiet rooms. Thank you very much - for everything!
The hotel is modern and minimalistic in style, with rooms small but clean and well serviced. Its location is good for those who are keen to explore the city either by foot, approx 1/2 an hour or by public transport as the hotel is located on the main route into the centre. You can hop on either the # 19 or # 29 bus at the stop opposite, which will take you to Kurferstendamm Plaza,
The experience was OK but we missed Free WIFI and more amount of bath products. Breakfast is the best and the attention is very well.
