10/4,5に宿泊しましたが、夜間が氷点下になっているが、暖房が入らず薄い布団が1枚だけ。凍えます。2日目はもう一枚布団を要求し、電気ストーブを用意してもらいました。だけど、タオル類は濡れたまま。ベッドも湿った感じがしてあまり快適ではない。部屋も清潔とは言えない。スリッパを履く習慣がないのかもしれないけど、用意して欲しい。

The room was ill-equipped. We had to steal things like a kettle/bin from unoccupied neighbouring rooms as staff were not very helpful! When I asked for 2 towels they didnt come, so I went and asked again, but they gave me just 1, still wet. In general the staff were untrained and disinterested. We asked for laundry to be done and had it returned 2hrs late still wet. The en-suite bathroom wasnt too bad (water was hot), but was a strange glass cubible in the corner of the bedroom with no extractor fan.

Unfortunately one of the worst hotels we stayed in in Mongolia. The room was dirty and, despite being a double, only had one pillow, and no towels or bin (even after asking staff repeatedly to supply these, to no avail). The staff had no interest in helping us, and did their best to ignore us. Breakfast was included in the rate, but comprised only of stale bread and tea (had to pay extra if you wanted coffee!). The bathroom was a glass cubicle within the room, which would make for some awkward moments if sharing with a friend! The only positive thing to say about this hotel is that the shower had hot water.

It was nice and clean hotel. I wasnt expecting such hotel in such place. But the price was fair /not that cheap I expected/.
