Hotel Kebne in Kiruna

Great hotel with an amazing staff.Higly recommended!!

I am a usual guest, and would come back any time. Nice and clean rooms, good breakfast, coffee & cookies in the evening. Sauna, free parking, common fridge, microwave. All you need!

Hotel Kebne easily met all my expectations and I had a splendid 3 night stay. The location was great, my room had plenty of space, the bed was comfortable and the staff provided excellent hospitality throughout. There are certainly a couple of other, fancier hotels in Kiruna and Ive stayed in them, too. But if youre looking for a reasonably priced hotel that gives you the most bang for your buck, this is the place you should pick. In addition to all of the above, Hotel Kebne also had a wonderful breakfast buffet with terrific Swedish coffee. Highly recommendable.

Hotel Kebne turned out to be a great place for our short stay (5 days). We could use the sauna and there is free coffee/tea available until evening. One evening we saw polar lights from our room. We stayed in the second house which involved a 50 meter walk outside to get to the breakfast room. Free parking with electricity was also included.

Great service, clean hotel and honest people. My friend loses her phone and the hotel help us to get the phone back even going the extra miles to send it to us after we checkout.The hotel also provide bedsheets, near the Kiruna city center and police station bus stop. It is also the most reasonably priced compare to other hotels. And the most awesome is the breakfast.10/10 recommended and will come again for the breakfast

We stayed one night in Dezember and it was everything fine. Outside is was around -15°C but the room was heated up to around 35°C. Maybe a little bit too much difference. But nevertheless friendly stuff, good breakfast and great rooms.

Clean and honest place.

It was fine, a little old. I wish the reception was a bit nicer. There is no way to get coffee or tea there also, which was a shame

Nice hotel, a bit old with infrastructure placed in/near city centre with advantages like great location, breakfast included in package, supportive staff member, cozy rooms with heater, TV, on demand kettle, hair dryer, etc.

Its a good place to stay. The room we booked was a double bedroom with all necessary amenities and washroom attached. They do have breakfast buffet as well. It is very near to the city centre

Best and affordable for couples

The place is just 5 minutes walking from the city center and tourist information. From the train station you can either take a bus to the police station (and then walk 3 minutesor walk around 20-25 minutes (you normally go up so consider this if you have a trolley as luggage). The staff was really kind and offered all type of relevant information we needed. The breakfast is simple but a buffet with all you need!We had a double room and it was comfortable, according to the hotel category.

We checked in here last December 2017. We arrived late in the evening but our room was ready. Breakfast is great, buffet style. Location is near town. If ever we have the chance, we will surely check-in again in this hotel.

Ok hotel to stay a night. It doesnt really have anything special, is very basic but clean and organized. In the centre of the city, easy to reach. There is sauna and solarium, as well as breakfast service. From there is easy to access to main activities to do in downtown.

Stayed here as part of a package tour and there is definitely room for improvement. The pillows are way too soft and they dont give you enough of them. The food is also pretty bad, at least at breakfast. It is a buffet breakfast and it has decent variety but everything tastes pretty low quality, especially the coffee. The staff is nice and its clean but dont expect any luxury here.

Fantastic staff. Had an early train the next morning and the staff made us to go breakfast bags, saving us money and time. Very cozy, highly recommend.

Tired and in need of some love, receptionists not very interested in the customers, but overall warm, clean and tired rooms. The old beds probably need their mattresses replaced. Good location though.

We stayed here three nights while in town after a hike. The hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. They had everything we needed including hot showers and laundry service. The breakfast had a good variety of fresh food. Would stay here again.

Great location and a fun look & feel of a older hotel.

They were over booked and we were placed in their sister hotel down the road. The room itself was clean and comfortable, but we could hear the people next door clear as day through the adjoining door. We had to put the TV up quite loud to drown them out.The breakfast was fantastic, and the breakfast staff were great.Not too far of a walk from a great burger place!

Simply amazing. Home like service and staff and the comforts of a hotel...let us check in early and have a late breakfast when we really needed it. Great advice on yours and clothing. Good breakfast and unlimited tea coffee biscuits through the day. Delightful!!

The hotel is nice, neat and clean.It is near to city center so easy to visit the restaurant and tour agencies.

Great price and location. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. My only issue was that the door that connected my room to the adjacent room was not very sound proof. Other than that, I had no problems and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Room was clean and comfortable however it was quite cold in the room without a heater. Breakfast was nice.

We stayed here for 1 night. The location is close to the Kiruna bus station (10mins walk). However the railway station is a bit far away. The new railway station is about 3-4km from here. The hotels staff is very helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. We loved the sauna and complementary breakfast. I would recommend this hotel.

Central hotel in Kiruna. Very nice rooms with blackout curtains for the long summer days. Excellent buffet breakfast.

Good things first:- Very close to the city center- Good breakfast, varied choices, good quality- Nice rooms with comfy beds- Stable and fast wifi- Solarium and sauna included in the price- Very fast laundry service for 100KRBut oh boy, the bad outweigh them:- No luggage room (or at least so small that it is immediately "full")- No information on their services, we had to pull every single bit out of them, very reluctant to communicate- Snippy tone in emails, suggesting we should go to the reception to ask any questions- There is hardly anyone at reception EVER, sometimes in the morning, but not during the day or night- No menu for the restaurant- The one time we did try the restaurant for dinner we sat there, alone, for 20 mins and then gave up- It took 3 days AND asking twice to get some hand soap, which is just unsanitary- A dust bunny in our bath room lived with us for two days, despite two "cleanings"

The breakfast is satisfying and the rooms are more than I was expecting at this price. The bathroom and room overall was very clean. Really enjoyed the sauna at the end of some snow expositions. The staff is super friendly and helpful.
