Cutlery and dishes were dirty and not much options of food for vegetarians and the pool could be warmer but everything else was overall really good.

Huge spa with medicinal waters in the foothill of mount Vlašić.

Everything was just perfect, wellness and massage 👌indoor pool and in a few days outdoor will be open, food😇

Some small details are not ok: the soap in the bathroom is missing or not enough and the plastic buttons for acced the wellness center are useless as long they are asking the room card. Everything else is 4 and 5*

Visiting regularly with family and friends each year in January for the Relax Start-up package. Spacious, comfortable, clean, warm, great wellness centre, sporting ground, good service, excellent price!

This hotel and spa center provide excellent services and facilities that could make your stay pleasant and have nice time.All pools are with thermal water from 28 up to 32 Celsius. For relaxation one can chose different programs.Hotel is very clean and food selection is exceptional.Highly recommend this wellness center.

Hot spot for summer.My family and I went here and had a great time.If you dont know how to swim,stay away from the middle,thats the deepest.The indoor pools are not my cup of tea.They smell kinda weird,and I dont really like it.The resturant is very nice.I recommend the french chicken sandwich with ice tea,its very refreshing.One more thing I want to mention,The deck chairs.Theres alot of pepole using two deck chairs,one for them and the other for their belongings.Another tip:Go in trough the parking lot(its cheaper!).

Great rooms, clean and warm, great pools and water, loved the jacuzzis. Great service and food, theres a wide range of different food you can choose from, also great paths to go for a walk. Wish there were more things for young children.

I did not like the pool, the water was way too warm. I did not like breakfast, eggs were dry and generally terrible. I loved it though how they label all the food, so you know exactly what you are eating, thus the two stars. Wifi in rooms is not working. Bar is understaffed so service is bad.

DISAPPOINTMENTIt was horrible. That weekend came several groups so there was not a lot of place in the swimming pool. Massages were done by interns as it was not professional and they cut couple of minutes. Instead of having the massage 55min for sport massage they finished after 45minutes. We asked Dijana Stojakovic she just starred.The water in the pool and jacuzzi was cold.The heating stone bed was not working even if a lot of people complained to the receptionists Drazen and Ivona KosićThe elevator had an accident, it went up before time, it could hurt or injure somebody. Immediately we went to the reception but nobody even bothered to ask or write the feedback.Food and service it is not for 2 star!!!!!!!!We came here many timed but after this no more.SHAME ON YOU IVANA KOSIC(SHE SAID SHE WAS THE MANAGER)NOT PROFESSIONAL

Didn’t stay in the hotel but used the spa facilities. Had sports masage with Nicola, he was fabulous and professional. Found knots in muscles I didn’t know I had!! Legs and back feel much better today.Also had a foot massage from the fabulously smiling Tanja. She was so sweet, caring and professional and gives a foot massage from heaven. I now feel i am walking on air! Also gave some good advice on possible reasons I have sore feet.Thank you Tanja and Nicola for a great experience.

I stayed in this hotel for about a week with my parents as get away trip. I must admit it didnt feel any different between hotels in USA Canada or Mexico. The customer service was just as, if not better than the US and Mexico locations.As for the food, there wasnt much variety but it was delicious.Highly recommend, for middle age or older people who want use their rehabilitation program wouldnt recommend for young couples or families with kids.

Hotel is really good, food, service, facilities, really no questions about that, but one small and important thing is beside Reception and one Girl in SPA, no one speak English and they try to help in any way, thats really awesome

Friendly staff. Nice rooms, clean and spacious enough to accommodate you while staying. There are indoor and outdoor pools with enough space to enjoy. Outdoor pools are closed outside summer. Food is ok. There could be more local, Bosnian meals on the menue

I wasnt sleeping in the Hotel Kardial but went to the Hotels restorant. The waiters are not up to the "challenge". The tables are dirty, we were waiting for food too long (1h 30m), we couldnt get anything to drink ether. In the end when we got food, meat was not baked,... ... All in all, Im not happy with the service.

We had really nice time there. Not so great for very small children.I broke my phone.

Recently refurbished. Walk up the hill to the spring water or try natural sparkling spring water near the hotel

Za novac koji date za boravak u Banji Vrućici, očekuje se više. Neljubazno osoblje, počevši od gorile na ulazu u parking, pa do svih ostalih, naravno oni sa kojima sam ja imao kontakt. SVE U SVEMU CENE EVROPSKE....... USLUGA BALKANSKA....For the money that is spent for staying in Banja Vrucica, more is expected. Unfair staff, starting from the gorilla at the entrance to the parking lot, to all the others, of course those with whom I had contact. ALL IN THE PRICE OF THE EUROPEAN ............ SERVICE BALKANS ....
