Most expensive option in town but it’s worth it. There are more employees than guests when your visiting off season which means that the service is very good. Prices at the restaurant are surprisingly reasonable, the garden is beautiful and the sunset on the river is fantastic.

Forth visit to this place on a business trip. The more I come the clearer it is to me that the hotel badly needs a full revamp. Rooms are clean but lack modern equipment. Lights were not working. Electric box made a suspicious noise. The bathroom is…too old! The noise in the ground floor rooms start at 6am :-( and the restaurant is…limited. Dear owner, it has arrive the time to modernity our hotel please!

Been here twice and both experiences were pleasant. Food is great, customer service is excellent and the environment is calm and pleasant. Highly recommend.

Dont trust this hotel – they added fake charges to my final bill and the staff were incredibly rude. The wifi does not work on iPhones. Otherwise bed was very comfortable and setting peaceful.

Clean hotel.....5 min or less to the port to catch up the ferry to dakar.... Area around is lovely... Shops... Banks.... Market.... And of course the sea view is amazing.... The staff were nice

Though weve only been there for dinner for a few times, we already can tell that this is the best hotel in Ziguinchor. The location is great, food is delicious and the service is friendly, but sometimes it takes some time until being served.

Our favorite place to stay in Ziguinchor. Rooms are nice, bathrooms spacious. Minus 1/2 star because there was no hot water to shower. Minus 1/2 star because we sat at table for almost an hour and no waitstaff come to see if we wanted to order, we did want to order but ended up just going back to our room.

Fantastic location on sea shore, restaurant is on the seashore is good. Rooms are good, staff very hospitable.

My name is Massamba Fall. I recently visited the region of Ziguinchor for work/vacation. I I visited your hotel at night on Sunay 27 of July, around 10 PM for a drink. I dont mind the lack of smile and courtesy as I understand that your staff may have been tired for a long day, but there is a certain standard when in comes to respect. I asked for an ashtray, the server proceeded to pick up , OFF THE FLOOR, a beer bottle cap, right in front of me and told me to use that!?!?!??!I am not going to through how that made me feel, but i cant help to wonder why she thought that was acceptable.I am writing (before I right a reviewto see how your establishment handles this type of treatment toward the customers.I look forward to your response as we continue to better the customer experience in Senegal and west african region.I have emailed them last week. AS OFF TODAY (a week laterstill no response !?!?!

Great location, almost impossible to sleep because of mosquitos, bad breakfast

This is an amazing place to stay, right on the Casamance river. The facilities are rustic, but are clean and well maintained. Lots of renovations are being made and I am sure once completed will only add to the ambiance of this facility. The food in the restaurant was excellent, and the prices were much lower than expected, especially coming from Dakar, where NOTHING is inexpensive. You owe it to yourself to simply order a coffee, turn off your electronics, and sit beside the river and unwind as the boats and fisherman glide silently past!

Stayed for a few night, the beds are ok with proper covers, not just a very thin sheet. Nice garden and small pool. Its pricey for the area, but service is good. You can go out and eat cheaper nearby. Remodelling going on at the moment

Very good hotel in Ziguinchor. Excellent views on the river, good restaurant and good WIFI. The rooms are comfortable.

Beautiful spot right on the river. Rooms are clean, comfortable and well decorated. The restaurant patio especially offers wonderful views and atmosphere at night.

Hands down the best hotel in Zig, in my eyes. Speaking of "eyes", the view is incredible. I recommend a happy hour there just to try it out. I kid you not, youd be back that same night for dinner....its just that awesome.Havent had the chance to lounge in the pool area, but I definitely will next time Im in town.The best part of it is the open space, the view (again), the service and the breeze. I miss it already 😢

I have been in Ziguinshor for 3 times, I always find this hotel full. This time I was lucky. Everything is fine, fantastic place , clean facilities and very delicious food !!! I will say that it is the best place I visited if we consider quality price report.

Very nice and convenient place in front of Casamance lake thats why hotel is one of the most recommended. Bar is very pleasant also and the food excellent. But give a three stars only because full of small insects and gecko. Thrue that they eat moskitos but not nice looking

Incredible place to stay and eat if youre just Ziguinchor for a few days, or even just an afternoon. Come here if you want a pool with a view of the Casamance River, and to meet the friendly staff and wonderful owner Jean-Pascale.

Nice restaurant. Fish was raw inside. Grilled it some more.

Nice hotel, nice location, but they donot respect the bookings, so ypu may find that you show upand they have given away your room! And the staff is extremely unpolite and does not even try to apologise... NOT RECOMMENDED!

Good hotel in Ziguinchor with all its scenic beauty, wide range of menu.

Very very nice for ziginchor! Equivalent t a 4 star in UK with tiny prices! Everything is cheep and well made! With flushing toilets and good food. Cant speek for the room because never had the chance but it has a lovely view of the sea. Sunsets are wonderful!

I stayed in Hotel Kadiandoumagne in January and visit the restaurant and pool area frequently as a Zig resident.The hotel is very clean with comfortable accommodations. Although the hotel is probably a couple of decades old, the rooms feel like new with the majority offering a view of the garden and the Casamance river. The staff is friendly and approachable for anything you need including tips on getting around Ziguinchor.The pool and restaurant are fantastic. If you are not lodging at the hotel, you can pay 2.000Fcfa to use the pool or pay for a meal at the restaurant to compensate for using the pool. The pool is great for relaxing and enjoying the view of the dock stretching into the Casamance river.I recommend this place to anyone visiting Ziguinchor!

Best hotel of zig

The rooms are clean and the view of the river front is really good. Their selection of vegetarian options in the restaurant is not large.
