The facility is well made and has a pretty decent health club with a heated pool. Breakfast OKAY, as expected from a local hotel.However, service is extremely poor.We stayed for one night and one of my travel mates wasnt issued a room key as, "only the manager can issue the key and she isnt available so we will issue it shorty". The shortly never materialized despite 5+ reminders.Similarly, the drain in my bathrooms shower was not working, causing the bathroom to flood when I took a shower; again the shortly in "we will send someone to fix it shortly" never materialized.Another travel mate gave his clothes for urgent ironing; took him 8 reminders over 12 hours to get them back.I had doubts about the freshness of the linen in my room, not expected from a hotel that claims to be a 4-star facility. Didnt bother trying to get the linen changed due to their general non-responsiveness.Long story short, the management needs to focus on staff training, improved maintenance and better quality control.

One person was murdered here few weeks ago! What kind of security this hotel have?? Why havent they CCV camera surveillance around the hotel?

Cant even consider it as a hotel, the management is least bothered to improve it or pay heed to the complaints of the guests.

Nice hotel in the town, located on defence road just close to China Chowk, where you can get all necessary items specially grocery and food. Hotels own food and breakfast is good as well, rooms are clean and nice the drawbacks are they dont have separate keys and you have to rely on housekeeping staff every time you leave the room and whish to comeback as well as it is also use for wedding ceremonies at ground floor but their heavy music and crowd disturbs you sometimes specially when you are looking for a quite palace to do rest. Here are some positive and negative points based on my personal experience. İ hope it will help others to decide while choosing hotels to stay in Sialkot.

Noise pollution does not let one sleep. Waiters talk too loud in the corridors.

It is located in a congested area, but once inside the gate it is reasonably good. Food is not bad. Rooms are so so.

Worst experience, third class staff and very poor service.. all staff members and manager also very rude behavior.. i dont recommend anyone

Stayed there for few hrsFound my room clean , dining area was also goodThere was a guy I guess Manager Sajid arranged everything for me special thanks to him and I’ll suggest all visitors to contact them in advance and tell them to arrange everything before your arrivalI ordered only chicken fried rice and kheer which I found good in tasteWell one thing that I didn’t liked is they need payments on spot for example if they’re serving food in you room they’ll ask you to pay too at the very same time which is not professional and I’ll suggest them to receive all the bills at checkout.And yeah they only deal in cash which is also not good, they need to attain a card swipe machine

Claims to be a 4 star 🌟 hotel but experience was a bit of 1 to 2 star 🌟. Food quality is not good , specially no variety at breakfast, only thing of standard is the Gym. Poor maintenance in the room.

Probably the best place to stay in Sialkot city. With tremendous taste of in-house restaurant.Not so expensive. Front counter Having well trained staff.

They say it 4 star but unfortunately, we find 2 stars hotels in other cities of similar standards and slow service.Staff is not quick to respond.Overall, if comapred to other hotels within same city, they are best in sialkot.Prices of food are too high as well. If youre looking for a place to stay at night , its best for you, but if you are looking for quality food, you may need to visit some other place in city

Had a nikkah ceremony in javson, regretfully we had a very bad experience, worst environment, bridal room without Air condition at a temperature of 43 degrees, staff behavior was the worst, they very rude and stubborn.Don’t ruin your best days over here.

No proper cleanliness, AC stopped working in night, broken pipe of wash basin, untidy washroom, old towels with holes, no tissues available in room, no porter, no lift in basement parking, overall bad experience. Thought, they might have improved but it was even worse experience than my last visit 4 months back.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable. This is the perfect hotel for all events.Staff was very hospitable and they went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. They had delicious food with excellent service.

Attended waleema ceremony. I am giving their food quality and services 2.5 stars but due to lack of option I am going for three stars. They really dont have good chefs. Al the other benquets in the market serve better food quality comparing to them. How on the earth they dont bother to keep a healthy competition alive?

The best hotel to stay in Sialkot. There is no other reasonable option. They have good rooms, with wheel chair excess parking, entrance and a 4 person elevator. Rooms have good air conditioning in Summer and heating in winter. Staff is efficient and trained. Wash Rooms have good cleanliness, although a bit small. Restaurant is small but they have a good variety in food (continental, Chinese and Desi). Security needs to be tightened on entrance.I travelled on my car and stayed for two nights, they have good breakfast and meal options. Well located within city center, so I could move to and fro easily. Hotel is aging, so they need to focus on maintenance. Dont take a room at 2nd floor, they have a boiler on roof which starts every min., so cant sleep due to vibration.

Javson now got better than its initial face.It didn’t not recommend for dining there not for those who like it. It’s my person advice.There are banquet 2 hall for wedding and school universities functions. There is small hall for corporate meetings and dinners.International travellers and businessman stay here at very economical cost of luxury room except sometime the huge volume of wedding ceremony surrounds the whole hotel.Basic gym and pool are available for room holders and on subscription for outsiders.

For a small city like Sialkot, this hotel was better than my expectations, they had a good temperature controlled swimming pool and a gym too. Rooms were clean and spacious. They served welcome tea as well when we checked in. The hotel staff was very nice.

Hotel is nicely designed on a very small area, claiming of 4 star, but I havent seen services and facilities like four star. Administratively Very very poor in maintenance, cleaning and in food services, breakfast is complimentary some how good but services are very poor. Very dry environment, still staff is hard working and trying their best to facilitate but administratively very poor. Health Gym Spa and pool some how exist their but its like a hostel life that you have to place all those things in a row, very humid environment of GYM, even you wont find a bath towel easily, balconies and outer sitting are not properly cleaned. They have a parking in basement but you wont find a lift to go up, you have to use stairs or driving ramp to reach up, they require to hire more bell boys rather than overloading their existing staff. Overall not healthy experience at all

It was good experience I had a great time at this hotel good atmosphere and very good location I like this hotel very much because in small city you cannot find four star hotels so its good in small city but there is only one problem for wheelchair user if youre going to attend any seminar or attend any event in this hotel then you face some washroom problem but they have also offering wheelchair friendly ramps in their office and also offer you gift option is there for overall its very good in small city and second part is rates its little bit expensive

Hotel javson is leading hotel of Sialkot. Theyve good infrastructure, Nice ambiance and cosy rooms however the service level is poor. Room service and laundry response time is very poor. Food quality is average. Service quality during functions and meetings is below average. Location and approach is average.
