Located in Busia town, the hotel is a nice place to be.Secure, with sound proof building that shields from the impact of the busy and noisy Busia town.

The conference services are outstanding. The only problem is the guest rooms; the place is congested and rooms are very tiny.

Probably the best hotel you can stay at in Busia. Bigger rooms have air-conditioning, but some are not functional. Bathroom drainage also needs fixing.. 5 stars for the service though! Benson at the reception was an amazing host and did everything he could to address the issues that arose during the stay.

It,s a moderate hotel with basically traditional foods, and the normal chicken and chips. No hot waters in the rooms, TV s are only set on one or two channels.Staff need more training

So far the best hotel with the best all inclusive service in Busia County. One thing that stood out for me was the attention and concern the manager gives his guests. He is friendly, very caring, always at your service and often checking on you to know how you are doing. Sometimes he used to serve me himself.

Somewhere in the backstreet lies this gem of a hotel. They serve great African meals, and has the warmest and most white beddings. The finish is that of a perfect three star hotel.

This is a beautiful place with friendly staff and wonderful food. The only two cons are the places entrance and parking lot which could do with some work as well as the fact that you will get no food past 11:00 pm here. This can be a little unfortunate for the late night hungry traveler.

Unless you are patronizing the place, dont think to stop on your transit for a toilet break. They dont care about one off kindness

Nice place but your bathroom towels a too small you have to give big towels and if possible two of them.Provide 2 pairs of slippers .Check on your water in the shower it takes a longtime to heat.Meals and other services are great

No doubt the best hotel in Busia Town, Busia County of the former Western Province. Visually appealing from the outside and once in you wont be disappointed. Everything has a touch of royalty, from the seats to the set up to the rooms to the meals to the conference facilities - all pocket friendly.

Conference facilities spacious, beautifulky finished and have AC, which makes up for the high humidity in this town. Food absolutely sumptuous!!

Best view in both Kenya and Uganda as it is tall and erected on the close to the border.She is well groomed hotel with clean rooms and delicious meals. Hotel Itoya is next to Busia vehicles stage. This gives the visitors easier time to access her. As far as Busia is concerned this is the best hotel that matches the rooms prices(as per the time this review was written). I will come again.

Single rooms going for Ksh. 3500.... Thats too high. The hotel fronts a bus station making the place noisy and muddy during rainy season
