Its a safe and really close to Guadalajara center! I walked from hotel to the center and never felt safe.

Hotel pictures are misleading. As others have mentioned, this area is not safe at night. The hotel looks like it has bed bugs. I booked through booking.com and once I googled the hotel location and saw the front facade (entrance picture not later on their site or anywhere but googleI immediately knew I made a bad choice. I tried to cancel the booking with no fees and they refused and tried to keep my money, so I hope this review helps people make a well informed decision to not stay here.

A hidden gem in Guadalajara.Breakfast is good not free but worth it.Rooms are big and spacious dogs are welcome for $150 pesos Friendly staff.Will definitely be back !100% recommended

Nice hotel and good parking lots but the area is not safe to walk at night and during the day it’s noisy as folks get to the swimming pool and brings their loud music. Also, there was no internet during my stay and I had to leave.

It was a very clean place and beautiful all over. My room was very clean the people that work there are very friendly and polite. Food is very good specially there chilaquiles and enchiladas

Extremely good value! Spacious room, full service hotel, nice on site restaurant and a good pool. It is also just a very pretty property in hacienda style. Location convenient between the center and Chapultepec.

Its got a great spot for tourists but honestly its not worth it. I wouldve rather paid $20 more to stay in a different hotel than this one. They dont leave any towels and I have to call the lobby everytime for utilities. After a day of walking around I just want to rest but people are still outside yelling having their own party right at your window and banging walls...it was certainly annoying and its a lack of rest through the night even if you complain or bring it up to the receptionist. The food is alright but most of the waiters drag themselves to serve you, I only had 1 waitress be attentive and heartwarming towards us but the rest are just bad. They didnt keep up with refills or took forever to bring our check. The cleaning service was just floors being cleaned but your toilet and shower will continue to be dirty even if you leave the card. Definitely DO NOT recommend this hotel and I wont be staying again. Thank you and Im sorry I hate to leave this review but it was honestly one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at.

A little bit of paradise in Guadalajara. I understand people’s comments that the rooms are a bit outdated but you have all necessary utilities (expect for a hairdryer maybe). This is however more than compensated for by the amazing atmosphere and friendly personnel. The hotel is really the most idyllic place to stay in Guadalajara and the location in Chapultepec is really spot on. Again really recommend this place. Just don’t expect high luxury, just a joyful local experience for a ridiculously cheap price (and it is amazingly clean too, just book it!)

Nice location, quite street (was important for us), huge comfortable bed, clean enough (was a bit smell of sewerage from the bathroom), cozy territory, parking. Suggest yo check price through the booking app on the phone, might be cheaper :)

Pictures of room does not comply with reality. Had to upgrade my bedroom to a higher level due to the lack of comfort and cleanliness from the original. Not so close to city center and strange area nearby.

Basic.Food was not good for us, prices too high for what it is. First day we came in they had this noisy party at the little green area, which is just in the middle of the hotel. Kids couldnt sleep, so didnt we.Pool area is ok.

Fantastic place to stay, helpful staff, strong wifi and great location to visit the city. I am giving it 4 stars, instead of 5 because the restaurant is great for breakfast but not for dinner, and the water pressure is very low so showers take a while... other than these 2 things, a fantastic place.

This is a beautiful little hotel in the middle of the action of Centro and Americana. The staff is really nice, the pool is great, and the rooms are clean. I will stay here again.

Probably one of the worst hotels weve ever had the misfortune to stay at, and if you bear with me through this long and ranty review I will tell you why. The first night we were assigned a room on the the building at the front, on the second floor. It had a horrible stench of naphthalene (you know, the stuff used against mothsand the bathroom was also unpleasantly smelly, and generally the furniture looked dirty and stained, so we came to the conclusion that the room was most likely not cleaned before it was given to us, and if it was it was done rather mediocre. The second night we were able to arrange the change to a room on the building in the back, near the pool on the first floor, and although it was a little better it was somewhat smaller and there were some things that were off about it like some mold that was on the ceiling of the shower. Also the cleaning lady was up at the door very early and I imagine had we not answered right away we would have her open the door while we were still on our beds. And before I tell you about the third night, let me preface with this: I understand that it was December and it is the time of the year for festivities and celebrations, I get that. But what we found unforgivable and very much unprofessional was for the hotel staff to party ALL NIGHT LONG at very high volume and continue though several guests complained through it, not only is it irresponsible for the staff because the next day they had to get early to work on the place but a disrespect and lack of judgement on the guests that paid you money to have a place to rest undisturbed. I seriously cannot think of a worse kind of business to throw a party at the workplace than a hotel, I mean for real... In conclusion: DO NOT STAY HERE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THERE ARE PROBABLY BETTER PLACES TO STAY NEARBY THAT WILL NOT BE A NIGHTMARE. We would not stay here again even if they paid us money to.

Its a good economic hotel, which worth the price you pay, its location is good, just a few blocks away from Templo expiatorio and you can walk directly to Catedral. Nice restaurant, breakfast was really good (not included).
