Perfekt zentrale Lage - zum Glück bei gut schallisolierten Fenstern. Schöne Zimmer, schickes Ambiente, tolles Frühstück. Parkplätze leider rar - ein (teuresParkhaus liegt gleich ums Eck an der Markthalle.

Road construction at the front of the alley, A nearby construction got a very very dusty, your luggages will definitely dirty and the restaurants nearby smell rubbish all the time at the hotel entrance..The room wasn’t what I booked, no digital keycard, and the bathtub got black moulds, no contact with the airport bus time 😔 Sorry for the true experiences sharing.

Hotel confortável, quarto amplo e equipado com o necessário, pessoal amabilíssimo. Localização perfeita para acesso aos pontos turísticos.

Subir los dos últimos pisos a pie una pesadez aunque digan que las habitaciones son más grandes y con vistas (un trocito de Albaicin y los aires acondicionados). No había mesillas con cajones para dejar cosas y como siempre en la mayoría de hoteles hecho en falta unas sencillas baldas en el baño para dejar las cosas imprescindibles de aseo. Limpieza estupenda y buena ubicación

Estoy en estos momentos dejando el hotel. Mientras espero el taxi que me llevará a la estación, escribo estas líneas. Quisiera resaltar que mi estadía fue muy buena. Encuentro muy bien al hotel. Austero, discreto, esencial. Y me gustaría remarcar la buena disposición de sus empleados, cálidos y gentiles, los de la conserjería, especialmente la de la señora Ana González que ha sido especialmente gentil, amable y profesionalGracias

Hotel muy completo. Excelente ubicación, muy buena atención, agradables en todo momento, desayuno muy variado y riquísimo todo y las habitaciones sencillas, pero cómodas y limpias.

Excelente hotel, muy céntrico, a 5-15 min da Catedral y de la Alhambra, y de las principales calles comerciales de Granada. Mismo estando en el centro, el hotel es muy tranquillo, silencio absoluto en las habitaciones. Habitación grande, con aire acondicionado, caja fuerte, nevera y limpieza impecable. Parking con descuento - 22€/día (Mercado San Agustin- Pl. de San Agustína apenas 10 min del hotel). Extremamente recomendable. Volveremos.

Para empezar,recomendable cien por cien.Por su perfecta situación en pleno centro de la ciudad de Granada,a unos minutos a pie de una gran cantidad de monumentos(Catedral,Capilla Real,Chancillería,La Madraza etc etc)y restaurantes y bares.Del famoso arquitecto Ángel Casas,es un edificio de marcado carácter que conserva intacta su hermosa fachada y el patio y escaleras interior después de cien años de andadura,lo que lo convierte en el más antiguo de la ciudad y donde se hospedaron figuras tales como Ava Gardner.Hoy remozado en lo preciso y actualizado,destaca además por la profesionalidad de los empleados,la limpieza y el buen servicio.Del todo recomendable.

Excellent hotel, très bien situé tout se fait à pied, la literie était très bonne, le personnel souriant et très agréable

Muy bien ubicado, al lado de los bares, cerca de las paradas del bus, cerca de gran Gran Vía. Puedes ir caminando a la Alhambra si quieres un paseo de 30 minutos. La catedral a la capilla real, etc. La amabilidad del personal hotel es inmejorable y la limpieza. Un hotel muy tranquilo y el desayuno muy muy bueno todo.

Hotel muito bem localizado e com um nível de limpeza compatível com um hotel 3 estrelas. Rececionista muito simpática e atenciosa. Local bem situado para visitantes dos pontos de interesse de Granada. A 2 minutos a pé da Catedral de Granada.

El hotel está en un sitio donde sólo pueden pasar buses y taxis si pasas te multan porque hay cámaras tuvimos que dejar el coche lejos y pillar un taxi cuando llegamos nos Dan la planta 5 que solo hay ascensor hasta el 3 no lo había visto nunca. En su favor diré que esta en el centro y la habitación muy espaciosa y el baño genial muy grande

La ubicación del hotel es lo mejor ya que está en pleno centro al lado de la Catedral. Está algo deteriorado le hace falta un poco de reforma para poder modernizarlo para la fecha que estamos pero entiendo que no es tan sencillo. Por lo demás todo bien para pasar unos días en Granada y conocer la ciudad.El desayuno era buffet y estaba genial.

Hotel de 3 estrellas situado en pleno corazón de Granada.Lo mejor del hotel es su ubicación y el precio bastante competitivo. Las instalaciones del hotel están un poco anticuadas pero no están mal, sabiendo que estas en un hotel de 3 estrellas.Además comentar de que hay habitaciones que las ventanas dan a un patio interior, el cual las personas del hotel si no has echado las cortinas te ven.No dispone de parking pero tienen un acuerdo con un parking que se sitúa al lado. A pesar del acuerdo, el precio sale caro. Hay parking a 10 minutos la mitad de precio.Las carreteras cercas del hotel están prohibidas por los coches salvo residentes y comerciantes. Así que o le dais la matricula al hotel para evitar multas o dejarlo en el parking.Tiene desayuno de buffet por 9 euros.

Lemplacement de lhôtel est parfait ! À 5 min de la Mezquita Catedral de Granada et de la Capilla Real. Au pied de lAlbaizin. Lhôtel nest pas moderne mais très bien ! Les chambres sont bien aménagées et le lit plutôt confortable. Notre chambre donnait sur une cour intérieure mais était du coup très au calme du bruit de la rue. Petit bémol sur lisolation des chambres.

Ubicación excelente. Enfrente a la Catedral, con autobuses que van a la estación, al aeropuerto y a todos lados a 20 metros del hotel. Excelente calidad-precio. Personal muy amable. Junto a Gran Vía, zona de tapeo

The Hotel staff were very charming and helpful.My room, a single with Bathroom was very comfortable and being at the back of the Hotel, very quiet, which is so wonderful in Spain is so often guests returning late, noisy.Breakfast is excellent, wonderful selection, and the lady in charge, charming .Overall, I would easily recommend.Thank youJohn Bird

Location is great staff are friendly and helpful hotel was not busy so no sound inside and out. Windows are all new. Breakfast is continental but sufficient. Beds are comfortable on the hard side (room 401 up elevator and 1 flight of stairs). Bathrooms are big. Furniture is older and yes needs replacing but for the price is good. Would stay here again.

Great staff and ideal location. Rooms are dated and basic. Half of bedside outlets were inoperable TV was old and most channels were fuzzy. Overall not a good value. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Good hotel in the city center.The room was clean, it has everything you need, cleaned every day.The bathroom is large and clean also.The staff is friendly, they gave me a map of the city, on the last day I was allowed to leave my luggage.The room has a comfortable bed, it is such a pleasure to stretch out after walking along the streets of Granada.Perfect location - the Cathedral is just across the street.Nearby there is a bus stop where you can catch a bus to the bus station (number 33or to the airport (special shuttle).Right under the windows of the hotel there are several excellent tapas bars, lot of them in the neighboring streets.I was lucky, my windows overlooked the courtyard, maybe otherwise it might be noisy in the evening.You can walk to the Alhambra in 10-15 minutes, the Albasin district is just five minutes from the hotel.I would love to come to this hotel again

I was a little leery after some more recent reviews, but the hotel was wonderful for what it is--a tourist hotel situated in the middle of everything. The guys at the front desk were helpful, fast at checking us in and even made some recommendations on best affordable meals nearby. Our room was super clean and the bathroom, though a little odd in terms of layout, was large and roomy. Shower worked great, too. Our room had a view of the Alhambra, which we loved, and overall, the hotel was quiet. Very clean and nothing out of the ordinary. Most surprising, though, was the breakfast they offer--reasonably priced, but also really, really good. If there is a con here, its: the Alhambra turns off its outdoor lighting and kills the view after 1AM or so. The 4th and 5th floors are also only accessible by stairs, but not too onerous. If youre looking for an Orlando resort style hotel, or if this is your standard, youre gonna complain the whole time. But if youre looking for a cozy room in a central location, this place does the job well.

Friendly staff, fast internet connection, great location and clean rooms!

Broadly a good experience - comfortable and decent sized rooms, good breakfast buffet, great location. Two modest issues: the doors are unlocked by keys on a bulky old-school keychain, and they are very obstinate - it took both us and our next-door neighbors a few minutes to work out how to open them. They also pumped in heavy perfume of some sort; we had to open the window to air it out. Id also love to see them add some in-room amenities like a safe or a hot water pitcher.

First the location of the hotel is wonderful, in the city center at a walking distance to all sites. The bus that takes u to Alhambra is 3 mins walk away. The arabian Bazar, Albayzan neighborhood and Granada cathedral are all at a walking distance.Granada is a wonderful city and this hotel was a great choice.negative: the beds can be more comfortable.

Fairly priced hotel in great location. Close to all the downtown sights, and bus stops with routes to Alhambra and the main bus station. Single room was clean and decently sized for one person. Free breakfast.

Location: perfect, In the heart of a restaurant/tapas bar area, easily walkable to Alhambra, the cathedral is a stones throw away. Quaint and old, helpful friendly staff, some rooms on high floors have excellent views of Alhambra.
